During the winter months, keep an eye out for the possibility of whale sightings from the lanai (whale sightings cannot be guaranteed).

Our home features an open kitchen layout with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, Vitamix blender, Instapot, and various other essentials for all your culinary needs. There are BBQs for grilling in the common areas of the complex. There are also plenty of dining options in Princeville as well as in Hanalei.

The spacious master suite has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Enjoy ocean views and the sound of crashing waves right from your bed. Through the sliding glass door, you have direct access to the lanai. There's also an office nook with a sit-stand workstation, a smart TV, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, similar to the master suite, you will enjoy ocean views and access the lanai through a sliding glass door. A guest bathroom with a walk-in shower complements this room.

For the 5th and 6th guests, the sofa bed in the living room easily converts into a comfortable full-sized bed.

The layout of this home is perfectly oriented to catch the refreshing trade winds. Simply open the lanai's sliding glass doors and allow the gentle tropical breezes to flow in. Ceiling fans and cool tile flooring maintain a comfortable temperature, but we know air conditioning is desired by some guests. The A/C can be controlled separately in each bedroom and the living room so that guests can customize the temperature in every part of the house.

Entertainment options include large smart TVs in both the living room and master bedroom, along with Bluetooth speakers for your convenience. Additionally, we offer four yoga mats, a yoga strap, a couple of blocks, and a foam roller.

Should you need to work remotely, you can choose from various workspaces, including the lanai, the living room bar, or the master bedroom's office nook.

Numerous beaches, including Hideaways, Annini, and Hanalei Bay, are within a 5-10 minute drive. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and a cooler are provided! You will also have access to the swimming pool in the common area. Princeville offers an abundance of walking and biking trails to explore. For those looking for more adventure, amazing jungle hikes with breathtaking views and waterfalls are within driving distance. Also, be sure to explore the shops and restaurants in the charming town of Hanalei (10-minute drive).
