The place was clean and looked just like the pictures. Also conveniently right by the bus stop and a few min walk to the beach. Highly recommend if you need a place close to the Ritz, but without all the frills.

We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was the mosquitos just outside the front door. The condo was otherwise great, particularly the king size bed with a better than expected mattress, the spacious and well-stocked kitchen, and the view from the lanai. The community pool was also a very refreshing temperature and kept very, very clean and nice.

Just a 15 minute walk to the Turtle Bay Resort, access to the beach and dining. Condo is totally upgraded new appliances and laundry. Short walk to pool for the complex very clean. Kiley (Host) is very responsive and helpful. Quiet lanai view of one of the Fazio Golf course holes but very guarded by trees and shaded.

It's the best feeling when you book a property and it exceeds your expectations. This was the case for our recent stay at the Turtle Bay property!Everything was clean, comfortable and well -equipped without feeling cluttered. The bed was extremely comfortable, as was the couch and peaceful lanai. We had everything we needed in the condo and nearby at the restore and in the nearby towns. The bathroom and shower we very nice too.Kiley, the host, was super attentive to our questions before and during our stay. If you're looking for a comfortable, relaxing and beautiful place to stay near Turtle Bay, I would highly recommend you stay at this property!

The unit was the best we have stayed in on our many visits to O’ahu. Newly remodeled and well equipped. Comfortable furnishings and well stocked with all needed supplies. Quality bedding and towels. Kiley was very responsive to our communications.

Exactly what we needed

Clean, conveniently located condo in the turtle bay neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach/hotel, neat and clean, and well stocked with towels, sunscreen, and a ton of beach and snorkel gear which was a huge bonus. Would absolutely stay again!

Great location and amenities

Property was as advertised. Great value, sure there's a few things are little rough around the edges, you're on a tropical island surrounded by saltwater air, metal rusts. Accommodations were clean and enjoyed all of it.

We loved this condo for exploring the North Shore. Very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything, having laundry was great, and the bed super comfy. Great to have onsite parking. Easy walk to Turtle Bay Resort and their beaches, restaurants, and gorgeous sunsets.

Turtle Bay resort stay

We had a lovely time at this home on the Turtle Bay Resort property. The location was perfect, very short walk to the beach and resort. The golf course is right outside the back door. The space was very clean and cozy.

The one bedroom condo is clean, loaded with anything you would want in a kitchen…yes loaded!! Very neat and extremely clean and beautifully designed with a crisp minimalist living room design… beautiful. I stay in turtle bay condos multiple times per year, and they are usually over decorated and loaded with junky Nick-nacks that you have to move to even get counter space. A Also walking distance from Lei-lei’s restaurant, a true north shore “stand out” of greatest quality. Walkable to great surf breaks, hidden gems for the seekers willing to walk the shoreline!! True gold

Great unit in a fantastic location

Great floor level unit with an AC unit in the bedroom, which is a good thing in the summer months. Decorated nicely and the bed was comfortable to me. I would definitely stay at this place again.

The condo was very simple and renovated, sofa was comfy and so was the bed. Didn’t have much for the beach just towels and some very old barely working beach chairs couldn’t store things in the pockets as none of the zippers worked didn’t have beach umbrella or cooler so get your own. Didn’t have a blender no cleaning items available floors looked kinda dirty upon arrival. Whe we barely got there we’re leaving to go get supplies and gonna celebrate my husbands Birthday and we got locked out because we locked the all doors including a screen door that we didn’t get a key from host/owner, we assumed one of the keys provided would work for that screen door since NOTHING on instructions said anything about that door and or not to lock it! We got locked out finally host got back to us said she called a locksmith and would pay the locksmith. Once locksmith got to condo called Kiley to let her know the cost she agreed to pay only half since Locksmith she called wanted to charge 250 just to shimmy the lock to get the door open so instead of Kiley taking responsibility over the situation made me Zelle her locksmith the money and after so much after I tried to get ahold of her she again and again and again she never got back to me until after we checked out just to say she’s paying for half and is crediting my original form of payment and it will take up to 15 days because I locked the door we Zelle’s paid locksmith right away and not my fault at all! Provide all keys to renters!

This review is unfortunate but expected. The guests arrived in the evening and locked themselves out. Host was contacted and immediately called the locksmith who arrived 30 minutes later. The guests were apparently inebriated and aggressive with the locksmith (who contacted the host and asked to not ever call them again with guests like that). Host agreed to split the fee and did so. Over the course of the 3 nights the guests stayed the hosts received a barrage of calls and texts during the day and night as well as additional emails and calls from VRBO relating to the guests demanding payment. At some point the guests lost her phone then continued to use her husbands phone to call to complain and demand payment. We are just glad that the condo was not damaged. Our cleaners do a fantastic job and we receive many compliments.

This property gives us everything we look for, a quiet slice of tropical paradise just steps away from any adventure we may want to have. Life is as good as it gets on the North Shore. We love the location with so much to do but still has a homey feel and real privacy.

Wake up to the sweeping landscape and view off our screened in lanai. Just a short stroll away is a gorgeous beach that is as private as you can get- well other than your regular turtles and Hawaiian Monk Seals friends! The combination of the sweeping landscape, privacy, with so much to do just foots steps away, despite living on Oahu, we instantly feel like we are on vacation!
