Sadly only booked this apartment due to high number of cleanlieness reports mentioned on previous reviews, sadly on this occassion thay was not the case. Hopefully this can be resolved quickly by the host as the location of the apartment itself is good.

Hello Annette. We are aware that you were unhappy with the state of the apartment when you arrived. We have apologised and put a plan in place so that it doesn’t happen again. As you know our apartment has amazing reviews on cleanliness due to the keyholder that we use. On this occasion our keyholder was unable to clean due to an accident and we used another cleaner. Sadly this cleaner did not clean to our standard. This will not happen again. Rosemary and Norman

We loved the apartment. It was very clean and tidy. The pools were brilliant and so close to the apartment. Everything you could need was to hand and you could tell that a lot of thought from the hosts had gone into making it as comfortable as possible. It is about a 5 minute walk from the square. Beds were really comfortable too. Lorna was so helpful and answered any questions really quickly. Thank you Norman and Rosemary for a wonderful stay. X

First time staying on La torre golf It didn’t disappoint great communication from Norman reply’s quickly to all your queries. Lorna the key holder was ever so helpful and such a lovely lady! I had a few great nights down at o’leary’s with the other golfers and residents I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! Only a 5 minute walk unless you get lost like me . 🤦🏼‍♂️

Fantastic 10/10 Stay – We Will 100% Be Returning!I recently enjoyed a wonderful break here with my son, and we absolutely loved our stay. The apartment itself was amazing spotlessly clean, tidy, perfectly located, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. What made our stay so great:Excellent Amenities: The air conditioning in both the lounge and the bedrooms was absolutely fabulous, keeping us incredibly comfortable. The TV also has apps like Netflix, which was brilliant for the kids.Lovely Balcony & View: The balcony overlooks the pool and gets beautiful sunshine from 3:00 PM onwards perfect for catching some rays while my son had a rest inside. The Complex & Dining: The Golf complex is highly impressive, with polite and welcoming staff. The on-site restaurants are absolutely top notch we ate at both the Italian and the Greek restaurants and had fantastic, tasty meals at both.Superb Hosting: Lorna was amazing and always on hand for absolutely anything we needed. The hosts overall were incredibly proactive, honest, and helpful.A couple of minor areas for improvement:Just as some constructive feedback for the hosts, the double bed mattress is very hard and uncomfortable, so it would benefit from being replaced. Also, the sofas in the lounge are quite worn and stained, which I suspect is just sun damage from the window.Overall, this was a perfect 10/10 holiday. We will 100% be returning and are already looking to book our next stay here. Thanks again

Correcto
