Vores 1450 sq. Ft. Cascade Village Condo (Unit 45) har tre soveværelser og to badeværelser og er en stor familie mountain escape, med et fuldt udstyret køkken, pejs, to private dæk og fantastisk udsigt.

Cascade Village er mindre end 2 miles nord for Durango Mountain Resort Ski Area, 25 miles nord for Durango og 25 miles syd for Silverton.

Lejlighedskomplekset er fuldt møbleret og tilbyder alle de bekvemmeligheder i hjemmet. Den åbne stue plan og høje ende møbler og sengetøj alle bidrager til den varme atmosfære.

CascadeVillage is our favorite location away in the Mountains any time of year. This unit was spacious and had everything we needed to relax and cook nightly meals for our families.

Wonderful stay

Great stay!

We loved our stay and this property was perfect for my family, two couples and one baby. The pool was fun for our kiddo and the condo was great for all of us. Awesome location to get to Durango and Silverton. We did find the floor to be a bit dirty, all our feet were black and sticky! Other than that everything was clean and great!

Family Ski Trip

We made our annual trip to Purgatory for a ski week. This was our first time staying at Cascade Village. The location is excellent in relationship to the mountain. The actual condo was just ok. We're not picky, but it was in need of some upgrades, better cleaning, and repairs. Nothing our family couldn't handle but I would assume some others would be somewhat disappointed.

The property was lovely and the hot tubs were wonderful! I was disappointed to see that the king size bed was in the loft in which you could hear everything in the whole entire condo the one staying in the other bedroom had to go through our bedroom to get to the downstairs.The pictures and the description were a bit misleading.

A loft implies you can look over and see into the living space from the bedroom. We do include the best photos we can to accurately show the bedroom configurations including one in this listing where you can see the master bedroom and staircase going down. Beds, sheets, conforters and towels are top notch, kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed the lovely wood fireplace during snowy days along with the gorgeous view of Engineering mountain. Laundry room was a big plus. The covered pool was enjoyable with kids. Internet in the unit was spotty which was actually a plus for adult (tech detox).

Very comfortable with all the things we wanted- washer/ dryer, vacuum, dishwasher, kitchen well stocked with appliances, wood for fireplace, etc. The views were amazing! We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not open on the property. We also thought the shuttle to the ski resort was more flexible with the times it ran but overall we loved it and had a wonderful time! We would definitely stay again.

Shuttle travel back and forth we’re easy and convenient. The hot tub and pool were fun to enjoy (1 time) but unfortunately no “swim towels” were left for us in the condominium as relayed. The place was clean, though a little small for 6. We would definitely stay there again.

The little things matter. We had a small issue with dryer and they were fast on communication. The only drawback, and this would be for all condos, not just this one, was the WiFi was not great. Overall I’d give this place 5 stars and would stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was nice and well kept. We received 9 pages of rules and regulations and over 20 very important messages which would not open on my phone and I do not download apps for a one time stay. I would not stay there again because of the lack of information while at the same time messing up my vacation with the constant messages.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about your stay. We're glad you enjoyed your stay at the condo. While we do supply property information and a couple of messages asking if you have everything you need during your stay, I'm not sure why you received so much information and 20 messages. It might be because you booked through but I will look into it. Normally, when booking directly through us you don't receive that many messages. We provide all relevant info in a short pdf and then check in mid-stay to make sure you don't need anything. I'm sorry that you somehow received extra pieces of information that you found annoying - I would be annoyed too! Book direct with us next time and save and avoid the unnecessary communication :) It was a pleasure to host you and we hope you were still able to have a great stay for your visit for a wedding.

We loved our stay at Cascade village. dealing with the property management company however was a nightmare. cell service at the condos is poor. We had trouble with the toilets in the unit. Everyday I was in contact with the management company and the problem was never fixed. In addition cupboard doors were hanging off the hinges when we arrived. the handyman did fix those. the whole place needs sprucing up and definitely needs new toilets!!

I am sorry to hear you had a difficult time communicating with our team, that is definitely not what we want to hear. We are available from 8am to 10pm via phone, text, or email and we want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. I know it is frustrating to have to deal with maintenance issues when you are on vacation. We do appreciate you calling us to let us know about the cupboard door and the toilet that needed replacing. We did purchase and replace the toilet and have had our maintenance check the others as well. We're glad he was able to re-hinge the cupboard door during your stay. Again, we appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. It was a pleasure to host you and we hope you come stay with us again soon.

A wonderful Condo for a special getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at your condo last week and had the most wonderful time. Thank you! It was beautiful, spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed to make a very memorable stay. We did our grocery shopping at Durango, on the way up to condo and made delicious family meals. Thoroughly enjoyed drinking coffee on the terrace each morning. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well each night. We opened the upstairs bed room window at night and woke up to chirping birdsongs in the morning. The Condo has great facility: Kids swam in the Indoor community swimming pool on site, we played tennis (tennis rackets/balls provided in the condo!), within 10 mins drive, we had access to beautiful hikes, paddle boarding at Twilight lake, and alpine rides at Purgatory resort. The host sent good directions and checked on us via text while we were there. It was the perfect family vacation spot. Thank you!
