Wonderful Florida in Feb. vacation

We spent a wonderful month in this beautiful home. Walking distance to the beach, Walmart and a great Italian diner. The fenced in yard was a added bonus and our dog Lola loved it. The kitchen was very well equipped and the master bathroom shower was amazing! The owners were readily available and very helpful. We will be back next year!!!

Terrific Month in Florida

This was our first time taking a month's vacation. Couldn't have picked a better home to do it at. This home was immaculate, furnished well and decorated in a very "homey" atmosphere. The back yard is amazing and the lights that go on in the evening are a very special touch. We especially enjoyed sitting in the lanaii for all of our meals and morning coffee. The location was so very convenient to beaches, Sanibel, Ft. Myers Beach and Ft. Myers. We took advantage of it's location and made almost daily "trips" to various locations. Although it is so close to all of those attractions it is on a very quiet street that barely had any traffic on it. Groceries, Outlets, Restaurants are all within walking distance which we took advantage of. We truly felt like we were "coming home" at the end of our day's journeys.

Perfect Spot

We stayed over Chirstmas and visited the beaches. It is convenient to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. The house was very nice for a base for our family of 6. We enjoy the yard, the yard games, the beach chairs, and the beautiful table on the back screened deck. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, so we cooked most of our meals there. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. We would rank this #1 for a stay on a future trip.

A Comfy, Convenient Get Away

What a delight! My husband and I loved our winter escape adventure here! Our treasured cat, Lexxie had a great time, too. The house is spacious and attractively decorated with extras such as beach chairs and coolers at hand. Bunche Beach is a bit over a mile down the street and is great for sunsets, wading and kayaking. The owners were kind enough to let us use their bicycles and we used them to explore the neighborhood. The location is very convenient, with stores and restaurants close by. Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach are short drives away. The back yard is fully fenced in and Lexxie loved chasing the geckos. Ceiling fans are strategically placed throughout the home and we never needed to turn on the AC for the month of February. The neighborhood is quite and peaceful. All in all, a really relaxing, serene get away!

Family Friendly and Great Location

This is a very family friendly house. The decor is very warm and welcoming. It is an older home but is well maintained. Upon arrival the keypad did not work, but we were able to access a key with no issues. The kitchen and dining room are very spacious and we spent a lot of time on the screened-in porch. The location is very handy to all the beaches. We enjoyed a nice walk to Bunche and short drives to Ft Myers and Sanibel.

Great place to relax

From check in to check out no regrets Location was better than we could hope for. We usually left in the morning and got back mid afternoon for a nap then prepared dinner in a well equipped kitchen. The linia waswonder

Super location!

The week my friend and I spent in the Fort Myers area went entirely too quickly. It turned out to be just two of us so this wonderful house was more than we needed but we absolutely thought it was a perfect location, only 1.5 miles to Bunche beach where we walked to watch a couple of sunsets. It was also very easy for us to explore Sanibel/Captiva and Fort Myers Beach, we were there so quickly. The owners made it an easy stay as well, easy to contact and provided many items such as beach towels, beach chairs and coolers. After a day at the beach their backyard is an oasis. Would not hesitate to go back again and again!

The property was gorgeous. The kids were able to play in the back yard without any worries with the!

The time we spent at the house (while we weren't out exploring) was pretty much all spent on the amazing lanai!!

Just like HOME away from home!

We've been coming to Fort Myers for 5 years and we've done plenty of traveling elsewhere, and this home is by far my favorite vacation rental. The location is fantastic - biking distance to the beach and grocery store - but the house and yard are simply AMAZING. The house didn't feel like a vacation rental; it truly felt like a home. Like a friend had gone away and we stayed at their place. Cozy furniture and a well-supplied kitchen. The yard had cornhole and horseshoes and a hammock and PLENTY of space for kids to run! We truly truly enjoyed our time here and hope to return in the future.

Beautiful home & close to many beaches. Just what I needed!!!!!

This home has everything for a great family vacation and most importantly it’s close to lots of beaches. We tried a different one every day. And the hot outdoor shower along with the big back yard and outdoor games made for hours of relaxing fun!

Terrific property!

The house is clean and homey - like staying with relatives (without the relatives!!!) The care that the owners put into the house was evident by the little touches that made it feel like a home, rather than a vacation rental. We especially enjoyed playing horseshoes in the huge back yard and reading on the shaded patio and screened in porch. The location was great. We enjoyed having easy access to the island beaches during quieter times (early morning) without being held captive to island traffic for the rest of the day (which was our experience last Christmas). It was a wonderful and relaxing family vacation. We would certainly recommend this property.

Truly a Home Away From Your Home

My husband and I spent 2 wonderful weeks in this home and felt very comfortable and pampered. Close to all that was needed. Food, Shopping and Fun in the Sun!!! Mark & Pat answered questions we had immediately and their home is a perfect vacation home stocked with all amenities needed! The house was very, very clean and the decor was very soothing and relaxing after a day of shopping or a day at one of the many great beaches in the area. Looking forward to renting from Mark and Pat again. Thank You for a great Time!

Perfect location!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this rental home! The house had everything we needed to feel relaxed and comfortable for a week. We wish we could have stayed longer! The house is so close to many great beaches, but we also liked that the outlet mall was so close and a grocery store too. We tried many area restaurants, and our two favorite restaurants, were within two miles of the home. The owners responded quickly to any questions that we had and were very pleasant to deal with. The house is clean and we liked the peaceful backyard, especially the hammock. We had a great experience and we hope to stay at this property again someday!

Beach Home

This was perfect for our family. Adults and children alike. Loved the back yard for playing baseball with the little one. Great to have access to barbeque facilities. Close to lots of shopping and the beach. Easy to find and close to major roads.

Great location

We spent part of Feb at this beautiful home in Ft. Myers. Unfortunately, a medical emergency cut our trip short. The house was very well kept , the owners a pleasure to work with.Very quiet location near Sanibel and Ft. Myers Beach. i would highly recommend to families as there was plenty of space and a large yard for children.Wish we were able to spend more time there!

Great rental property!

I would highly recommend this rental home, we loved our stay here! The house was very clean and updated! The decor was beautiful and lent itself well to a relaxing, laid back stay. It is in a great location- close to several different beaches, restaurants, the outlet mall, and a short drive from the downtown area. We were able to spend every day at a different beach! The owners are very friendly and very helpful if you have any questions! Definitely would stay here again if I go back to the area!

Fantastic!

I can not say enough good things about this house! We went as a family vacation and didn't want to leave! You can tell the house was recently re-done top to bottom! We could really tell that the owner takes great care of this property unlike other homes we have stayed in. It was close to everything and we truly did feel right at home! It had everything we needed for the week, towels, beach items, even board a large selection of board games that we played almost every night. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Some day this will be our retirement home, we love everything about it. We can take the bus from the airport to the house and spend days without driving a car, everything is so close.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The master bedroom/bathroom suite is on one side of the house, the other bedrooms and large bathroom on the other end upstairs. With guests and family, we still have our privacy. The big 1/2 acre lot lets you spread-out, make a little noise without disturbing neighbors.
During tourist season Fort Myers gets busy and this private street is a great refuge from the rest of the world. Unbelievable Fishing and Golf Too.
