The apartment was fantastic, very clean with everything you need in it (cups,bowls,pots etc). The apartment was exactly as described on the advert. Location was great, close to train station and beach. Pool facilities were fab. Overall 10/10 stay will definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very clean, perfectly located, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.We would also like to thank Javier for his availability, responsiveness, and kindness throughout our stay. Great stay

Stayed at Javier's apartment for a week and we were very impressed.The apartment was very spacious, quiet, well maintained and spotlessly clean we would not hesitate to stay there again when in Torremolinos.

One of the best stay i’ve ever been to. Location is nice, place is spacious, host is welcoming and helpful. They provide us with beach supply, they have icepacks in the freezer and the kitchen is complete. Large balcony with pool and mountains view. I highly recommend this place, especially if travelling with kids!

Fab apartment in a quiet residential area. Just a walk from the beaches, shops and restaurants. There was everything we needed in the apartment. Absolutely great. Javier, the owner was very helpful and always responded to emails. Definitely highly recommended.

Great location for our family

The apartment was a good size for a family of 4, it was very clean & had everything we needed for our weeks stay! The location was good, as it was in a quiet area, & was only a short walk to the beach (8mins), & to all the shops & restaurants along the seafront. The centre was a little further away, but easy enough to walk! Javier was very good to deal with, & answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Thanks Javier.

Last year we rent this apartment too. It was again very good. It is a pleasure to be in Spain in winter. In Holland it was very cold. We like the sunny balcony. The shops and the boulevard are very closeby. We alsoo like the free internet.

Everything you need for a great family holiday

We stayed in June half term, 2 adults, 2 children. Fantastic facilities right on the doorstep - two brilliant swimming pools which you can see from the apartment balcony. The tennis court was also immediately accessible. Because the facilities are enclosed, there is a sense of security and privacy. The beach is a short 10 minute walk nearby. The apartment is modern, quiet and clean. It felt spacious. The owners seem to have thought of everything.

Clean & convenient

Booked here for ten nights with husband, daughter & 5 month old granddaughter. Very clean and nicely furnished. Plenty of kitchen untensils so easy to cook meals. Washing machine and a drying rack to put out on the balcony. Underground car park with dedicated space. Close to a train station for easy access to other local towns and Málaga. Only downside was that the mattresses were very basic and not very comfortable when you are of a larger size.

We spent 10 days at this ...

We spent 10 days at this very nice apartment, which is located in quit area approx 20/25 minutes walk to the centre and only 5 minutes from the beach, restaurants,mercadona etc.Tennis field,play paddle and swimmingpool to be used.Apartment itself is very well equipped and fully airconditioned. The host Mr U. was extremely helpfull and friendly as we got lost in the area (it was in the evening and route then not all clear) and can only complement him.Can recommend this apartment to all interested.

"Apartment was simply perfect. Exactly as described in the advert. we travelled with my husband and our 16 and 19 year old. we wanted got exactly what we were looking for.Building was quiet, no other obvious tourists, several grocery stores in walking distance. Beach was close and it was good proximity to the train station so arrival from Malaga airport was easy, as were day trips to Malaga and other places. I would highly recommend this to families or looking for a home away from home (just with more sunshine and 2 pools!)"

Fabulous apartment

The apartment is exactly as advertised, very spacious for a family of four adults, I would even suggest that it would easily accomodate six people with a sofa bed in the lounge, there is everything you could possibly need. Javier the host, was very welcoming and friendly and I'm sure would have been very helpful with any problems had we had any, we didnt. There is a five minate walk to the beach, bars and resturants, and a supermarket is a ten minate walk away. The pool areas are lovely but dont open in low season. We had a great time at Javiers, and will be booking again, its like home from home.

Nice apartment. Good location.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nice living room and kitchen and large balcony area with outdoor dining table. The complex had two private pools but no sun loungers. The gym was basic so I simply went to a local gym which was 5 mins walk away. The beach was ten mins from the complex and the town centre was about 25 mins walk. All in all we were very happy with the apartment and would recommend it for couples or young families.

Great Location & Apartment in Torremolinos

This property is in an excellent location. Close to the beach, lots of beach space for sunning, close to restaurants, 8 km beach walk, and grocery shopping. The apartment is large enough for 4 people, (2 couples or couple with 2 children). The building was quiet, has an elevator and parking. We ate out on the balcony every night. Kitchen is well fitted out. The laundry has a separate room. Note that the pool is not open after September. To play tennis you have to interact with the building manager who does not speak English. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment.

Great place to stay close to the beach.

We stayed in Javier's apartment for 6 weeks. Javier was a great owner. Very professional and considerate. The property was "as advertised", clean and had almost everything that you would need to stay. It is 8 minutes walk to the beach and many good restaurants. The secure indoor parking on the lower level is very convenient. There is an assigned parking spot so you don't have to find a place to park. WiFi was always working and strong. The apartment was generally very quiet, but did get a little noisy on a couple weekends. Not bad enough to be a problem. We didn't get use the work out room, pool, or tennis courts, but they were in good shape.

Very nice apartment close to the beach with super friendly host

We have been staying in Javiers apartment for one week and everything was perfect. The apartment is fully equipped, the kitchen has all necessary tools including a dish washer and a washing machine. The rooms (kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, livingroom and balcony) have a good size and it was super clean. Towels are provided as well. There is a tennis and paddel court and Javier had some rackets and balls for us to play. Its about 10 times by feet to the beach and the beach area is not as crowded as in the center of Torremolinos, so pretty nice. The other way you can reach the train station to Malaga as well in 10 mins, which brings you to the city center in about 15 mins and 7 mins to the airport. Communication with Javier and his wife was really easy. All in all, we would definetly stay here again. Gracias!!

L'appartement est très bien agencé, équipé, super propre et confortable, tout est là, exactement comme sur l'annonce. La résidence est idéalement située toute proche de la plage, de la gare et des commerces, restaurants. Un endroit calme, un jardin luxuriant, deux piscines superbes. Javier est un hôte accueillant et ponctuel, tout à fait réactif. On y reviendra avec grand plaisir.

L'appartement est spacieux et dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires avec une cuisine est bien agencée pour cuisiner. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. La localisation dans une zone résidentielle calme est idéalement proche de la plage, des petits commerces, des restaurants et de la station de train pour tout faire à pied. Javier notre hôte a été très accueillant et avenant à notre arrivée et disponible pour nos questions pendant le séjour. Nous sommes enchantés de nos vacances et recommandons vivement notre hôte.

Apartamento excelente

Una experiencia maravillosa. El apartamento muy completo, con todo el menaje necesario. Las camas muy cómodas y el aire acondicionado genial. La plaza de parking un plus en la estancia.
