Nice location!

This condo is clean and comfortable. The building has a nice pool and plenty of chairs. Location close to public and state park right on the gulf. Nice also that owner lets you use coolers and beach chairs.

Beautiful sunset views

Once again, thoroughly enjoyed my time in Naples! This is my third time staying with this host and I’m already booked for 2026. The condo is everything you would want in a vacation spot, especially with the gorgeous sunset view from the balcony. The host was just a text away when I had any questions.

Location and view

In spite of the damage due to Hurricane Ian we enjoyed our stay. Hopefully next year all will be repaired. The condo is comfortable but could use a facelift.

Great Vacation Condo

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Clean and well stocked, nicely decorated. Excellent View from large balcony, boats going by, pool view. Friendly building, quiet , close to church, Walmart, Mercato and many super Naples restaurants. Vanderbilt beach easy, and with silky sand. Ken is a very responsive owner, clear communications. We aim to return.

Excellent Condo

There are so many wonderful things to say about this condo. It has been updated with new carpet and furniture; the kitchen is well-equipped, and there were plenty of cleaning supplies and bathroom necessities. The views are beautiful and the location is great. The owner was readily available to meet all of our needs. His written instructions were very helpful upon check-in. We had a wonderful month at this condo. Arlene H.

Great location

The condo is in a great location. Wonderful view. The king bed was very comfortable. The condo needs an update. Carpet in bedroom is stained and dirty. Walls need painting. Dining chairs are very uncomfortable.

As usual, being able to see the sunset from the condo every night is the best! Can is very attentive to any questions or issues that arises. Can't wait to come back and I already have a deposit down for next year.

Vanderbilt Condo

Enjoyed our stay and asked owner if we could book it again at the same price next April. Unfortunately, next years price is approximately 50% higher which is more than we want to spend.

Thank you for your high rating anyway. The rates posted on vrbo for Jan-Mar 2022 are 147.- per night, which are raised to 280.- for 2023. Because you came recommended and booked early you were charged 158.- per night. Also the toaster oven and the storm door stopper were broken during your stay which I didn’t report to vrbo. Nevertheless I would like to have you back. Stay well.

Best view on Vanderbilt Beach!

Views that go on forever of the gulf, canal, pool and distant towns north. Wonderfully comfortable condo with just a short walk to the beach. Topped off by one of the most responsive and kind owners making sure the smallest of details are taken care of.

Very well equipped and 1/2 mile walk to the beach!

Rent this condo for the proximity to the beach and state park. It is very well-equipped, everything you need is available there. The unit could use some updating, the bedrooms are especially dated, but you can see that from the photos in this listing. The building and pool are very quiet, mostly retirees. The beach gets extremely crowded, but the sunsets are amazing!

Perfect Location

Very nice property, well kept up inside and out. Everything you need to make this your temporary home! The view is fabulous. We enjoyed watching the sunsets, the pelicans fishing and the boaters. Close to grocery shopping, restaurants and kayaking. Ken was great to work with. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!

Spacious Condo in a Great Location

Well-equipped condo with heated pool and short walk to the beach. Central location for visiting area restaurants & attractions. Responsive owner answers questions quickly. Frequent sightings of osprey, pelicans, and shorebirds from the lanai/balcony. Even saw a dolphin!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay in Vanderbilt Beach. The location had great views of the sunset, a large and quiet pool, and a new grill. A short walk to the beach, while it was still open. The unit was well stocked with towels and pantry items. This was a blessing as due to the virus the restaurants closed half way through our stay. All appliances are relatively new. This is a very quiet place. Mostly seniors, so not good for children. Our only disappointment was that it is unavailable for next year.

Beautiful view!

We loved the gulf and sunset views from the lanai. The living room is modern and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Ken is attentive and prompt with any question or concern you might have.

Great Accommodations

We loved the location and it was well equipped for our stay. Our only disappointment was that we were not able to use the lanai, but I took a chair our on the balcony out front and it had a great view. We were well satisfied with the accommodations

Great condo, great location

Over the past several years my husband and I have stayed at other condos in this complex. This condo is by far the best on several levels. It is clear that the owner takes pride in this property by providing attractive and comfortable furnishings, and a well-equipped kitchen (I love to cook). The view from the lanai is terrific with views of the pool, the bay with frequent dolphin sightings, and the gulf with the beautiful sunsets on the horizon. Vanderbilt Beach is in walking distance. Gulf Shore Drive provides for scenic daily walks. By far the best feature for us is the owner, Can, who was very accessible. The WiFi stopped working, we called Can and he sprung into action that day, intervening with the cable company so that service could be restored. We are looking forward to our stay next year.

Highly Recommended!!

The condo is great, with nice layout of the 2 bedrooms. The lanai stretches across almost all of the unit, and is comfortable, spacious, and an excellent vantage point for the great views!! The unit has everything that might be wanted, from kitchen utensils, to towels and blankets. Ken, the owner, is completely hospitable, and goes overboard to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. In addition to the actual condo property, the building has a great pool, a BBQ grill, the staff is helpful, and the location is excellent to take advantage of the Gulf beach, Wiggins Park, biking, restaurants, and so on. I'll be back!!

Wonderful Condo

The condo was located to a very nice beach and my wife and I walked four miles per day. There are lovely restaurants and walking paths nearby. Ken was very accomidating any time we had issues. The issues we fixed immediately. Its a nice and well maintained property. I recommend it highly.

All the Comforts of Home

We stayed in Ken's lovely condo for the 2015 Christmas holidays. The place was very clean and stocked with every amenity you could possibly need to feel right at home. Ken, the owner, was very responsive and tended to all our needs promptly. The pictures do not do justice for the view from the balcony which runs the full width of the condo - each room has a breath taking view! Also, the condo is in a gated community in one of the very nice parts of Naples - Vanderbilt Beach. The people in the community were very friendly and we felt safe and welcomed by every person we met. We will definitely return!

Great Location in Naples - Vanderbilt Beach

My wife and I spent 3 weeks in March in this beautiful condo. The location is perfect; near restaurants, shopping and site seeing opportunities. Less than a 5 minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach and the Delnor Wiggins State Park. There is a gorgeous view of the sunset over the gulf from the lanai each evening. We especially enjoyed the endless areas for long walks on the beach or through neighboring resort areas. The condo was immaculately clean and well equipped with everything we needed (lots of high quality sheets, towel, beach towels, and beach chairs). The kitchen is well stocked with top quality pans and dishes. Surf Colony III is very well maintained with a large pool (never had a problem getting a lounger pool-side), friendly owners, and a manager on site M-F. The owner was great. He worked with us to extend our stay by a day when my travel plans changed.
