Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was good and the customer service was very good. Blinds were not mounted correctly and the outside light shined through the window during the night. There were spider webs with spider in the window. The furniture in living room was really worn out. The coffee table was very dirty. The sheets on beds was like cardboard. Was really disappointed there were no Christmas decorations. The outside of cabin has spider webs every where.

The view outside the cabin is already amazing plus i got a hot tub on the side.The people behind Elk Spring Resort help us navigate to have a smooth stay, their constant messages is unbeatable. I will be happy to book and recomend this place on our future travel.

I will 100 percent stay here again and my husband is already wanting to come back. As you drive in there’s a sign that says something to the effect of not wanting to ever leave and that was really very true. We enjoyed our set up and loved the price for such a clean and comfortable space for our vacation.

Getting down to Gatlinburg and the mountains was super easy and a short drive. Grocery store was 5 minutes away. Wish cabin had coat hangers. Also evenings were cool and would have loved to been able to use the fireplace even in May.

Our cabin was conveniently located close to downtown, but was secluded enough they we weren’t disturbed by nearby traffic or neighbors. Our cabin was wonderful. We used the hot tub every night and we loved watching it snow from the floor to ceiling windows. We had a very relaxing stay and will definitely be back.

The cabin itself is beautifully designed very rustic combined with modern comfort, and it was perfectly clean. It's spacious and and very cozy. It has a gorgeous view of the mountains, the location is the true highlight. The staff were attentive and friendly, they ensured our stay was a comfortable as possible. My stay at the Cabin at Elk Resorts was everything I had hoped for and more. The blend of natural beauty, comfortable accommodations, and top-notch service created an unforgettable experience!

We have stayed all over the world and unfortunately the beds/mattresses were the WORST we have ever slept in...so uncomfortable they would wake you up in the middle of the night! We had carpenter ants in the kitchen but maintenance tried to resolve the problem.
