Terrible screening process for being a VRBO member. WIFI was awful. Great location, walking distance from everything. However, terrible street noise, especially early morning. Would not recommend if trying to get rest.

Location is excellent, steps away to enjoy the heart of downtown Pismo and beach experience, not having to worry about parking on a very busy weekend was the best. We just came and went as we pleased. There is a convenience story across the street that came in clutch, we went there everyday to get supplies. The property was clean and spacious, it had everything we needed, fully stocked kitchen and linens, and extra beds such as an inflatable mattress and pull-out sofa. We loved the layout of the 2 bedroom, 2 bath, as the rooms were separate from each other and the common area and kitchen. The washer and dryer is very convenient.Parking is good for 2 vehicles but we only used one that was behind a gate so that made us feel safe.We will definitely be back and would highly consider staying here again. Our family made memories from such a great experience during a busy Labor day weekend and this place was a huge factor in its success.

Great property but bedrooms are too bright

Great place to stay. Spacious for our family and love the king bed! However the bedrooms are too bright since the top windows lack shades/blinds.

Location and price is amazing!

Property is secure, as long as you have one car, which is awesome! The size was perfect and beds are comfortable. The only thing I would change is putting black out blinds in bedrooms, lots of lighting coming through windows during the night and day.

Beach Getaway

We were pleasantly surprised by the location as it was everything (and more!) from the description. The cleanliness, ease of access, security of gated area, and the tranquility of the environment made our stay feel like home away from home. Walking back from the beach to going out and exploring the many dining options was simple, which isnt always easy with a toddler! The property management employees were very friendly and helpful. I've already recommended this place to my friends and I'd bring my family back and stay here again! Thank you thank you!
