This luxury Penthouse at One Ski Hill Place offers 180 degree breathtaking views towards Town and Slopes and allows you to experience all of Breckenridge, year-round! Located at the base of Peak 8, this ski in/ski out unit provides easy access to the ski-lifts, or jump on the gondola and ride into Downtown Breckenridge (The gondola is closed May - Mid June).

Everything was wonderful. This is a best in class place to stay and the customer service was the best. 100/10 will stay here again next year. Highly recommend!

My family had a great time! The condo was very nice and the location was perfect! The non-skiers were able to stand in the living room or on the balcony and see the rest of us coming down the slopes and getting on to the lift! The amenities of the resort were amazing as well. Would definitely stay here again!

LOOOOOVED location on peak 8 with easy access to both mountain summer activities and Main Street. Apartment was perfect for family gathering.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and views. Kitchen organization was a mess and made it really hard to cook. The mgmt company said they would do an inventory after we left so hopefully they got it under control. Also the oven had electrical problems - it kept freezing up and I’d have to throw the breaker and reset to get the oven to turn back on. This happened 4-5 times over the the hour it took to cook a lasagna.

Condo exactly as pictured and well maintained. We came in shoulder season so many of the amenities were not open; no bar or restaurant, so plan accordingly with groceries etc if visiting in the off season.

Good location

Property location is convenient and view is beautiful… Place is clean and nice… But didn’t like check in process with Pinnacle, we had to go to frisco to get our key and while going back had to go there to drop the key.. They should do better arrangement for check in. If We would have known the check in process before booking, I wouldn’t have book this one.. At night 12 pm we had to drive 20 miles to get keys and the day we left we had to drive another extra 20 miles to drop the keys…

We really enjoyed the amenities we took advantage of the bowling and pools.. We parked the car in the garage and just took the free bus service back and forth to town.. Can’t wait to return..

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My Brother in Law booked through my travel agent at the same time. His rez was booked though moving mountains instead of Pinnacle. They had many more amenities than we did. There was a welcome gift with hot chocolate and coffee and chocolate and snacks in addition to information about the shuttle and they had double the towels than we did. They also had robes and slippers to go to the hot tub/pool. At one point we asked the hotel to swap out our towels for fresh ones but they couldn't because of booking with an outside party. I understand why but also being told the breakfast wasn't included was a bummer. It was just the little things like that which were irritating, each time we were denied something because we booked with an outside agency. If I could do it again, I would choose to book within the resort itself. But regardless, pinnacle should step up the game with amenities like Moving Mountains does. The lockbox was easy to get the keys from and I was glad to not have to drive to Frisco when the resort did the systemwide key update. So that part was good

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For access to the slopes, ski school, and equipment rental, you would be hard pressed to find a better unit. The ability to valet your skis at the end of the day and have them waiting the next morning is made all the more pleasurable by the awesome staff. The view from the living room window is simply spectacular and you won't find a more responsive management company on the mountain. We had issues with the x-finity connection and with a promised blow-up mattress; both of which were dealt with. We were disappointed with the removal of bunk beds (one of the reasons we rented the unit), the cleanliness of the unit (there were actually pans in the cupboard growing mold), and the quality of the king-sized mattresses (they could use an upgrade). Overall, we were satisfied enough to book again for next year.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay and the spaciousness of the unit. The beds were super comfortable. The front bedroom was cold, but the space heaters warmed everything up nicely. We will look to stay here when coming back to Breck.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit checked all the boxes for our visit to Breckenridge. Unit was well kept and property managers responded quick to questions. Picking up and returning the key offsite wasn't an issue for us but would be much more convenient if there was a lockbox at unit with key. Another inconvenience was the fact that you only get one parking pass and the closest offsite lot is quite a ways away that you need to take a bus back from. I can understand there being a shortage of spaces in the winter season but during the summer there was plenty of open parking in on-site garage. Location would be great for winter with access to lift and gondola right outside your door.

ski trip

place is nice, and it was clean. good location. check in and check out process are bad, have to pick up keys (and drop off after trip) at an office that's 20 minutes away. can ski in/out from this building, on peak 8. peak 9 is much better for beginners/first timers (slopes are less steep than here at peak 8).

Best Location in Breck with ski in ski out

Lovely place, spacious and very accommodating. Ski Valet is amazing. Service of the staff of the hotel amazing. Expensive but we had booked at the last minute.

The perfect place!

We had the most wonderful stay! The property was just perfect. It had all the amenities we needed and the management was top notch when we needed anything at all. Would love to stay again!

Great location, great amenities included & very clean condo

- true ski in/ ski out - provided free ski valet (GameChanger with kids). And free, on-demand transportation around town - 2 great size patios & face Grand Colorado - living room windows face peak 8 & my kids loved watching SnowCat groomers each night -entry has full bath (shower) - bunk room has twin over double - basically two master bedrooms (smaller one has connected patio, king bed & en suite shower. Master bdrm #2 is larger w/soaking tub & separate shower that features a steamer.
