Seascape Beach / Golf Course Villa-2BR med udsigt over søen - let gåafstand til stranden!

Vores Seascape condo 7H er på golfbanen ved det 13. grønne og fra baghaven med udsigt over en sø til fiskeri. Det er let gåafstand til stranden og Whales Tail Restaurant, som har god mad og en strandbar. Udover stranden og golf, har vores condo gratis trådløs internetadgang og er tæt på tennisbaner, 5 svømmebassiner og en pool er opvarmet om vinteren. Vores condo er på anden sal i bygning 24 og har et stort hvælvingsloft i familieværelset og spisestuen. Det har to soveværelser og to komplette badeværelser. Denne condo har været vores familie condo siden 1988 og er blevet opdateret hvert år. Vi håber, at du vil leje vores condo og behandle det som en del af din familie, holde det rent og pænt, så du kommer tilbage nogensinde år! The condo was very comfortable and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Our check-in and out went very smoothly and Ron, was very accessible for the couple of questions we had. Definitely would recommend this condo.

Great location! The GPS takes you to the owners gate so be careful to adjust. Kitchen was well stocked with most supplies you will need. We only needed more toilet paper and trash bags during our stay. Some beach towels would have been nice too. House was very clean and comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again.

Great week-long stay!

We had a great week-long stay! The location is amazing—just a short walk to the beach, and the pool is super close, which was perfect for our family. The home itself was cozy and comfortable, making it easy to settle in and relax.The only real inconvenience we experienced was the laundry setup. The washer and dryer are located downstairs, shared with other units, and are coin-operated. With a family of five, laundry was definitely a need, and it was a bit of a challenge finding somewhere nearby to get quarters.Also, the bathroom rugs could use replacing—they gave off a strong urine-like smell once they got wet.Aside from those small issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Thank you to Ron and Leah Redner for hosting us—we appreciated the opportunity to stay in your lovely home!

2BR Golf Villa 7H

Great area. Walking distance to many areas. Beautiful beaches. Owners very responsive. Could have had a thorough cleaning beforehand. Needed to wash a set of sheets and scrub shower after cleaning lady was through. Loved staying here. Very open. Person left cigarette butts in furniture-fire hazard. Most likely coming back. For those visiting we are leaving a fold up cart we bought for other renters purpose. The back patio was excellent. The front area glider is broken-safety hazard dump it.

Very comfortable

I loved tge location. Quiet but convenient to everything. The balcony with a swing is perfect overlooking the 13th hole of the gold course. The owener was very accommodating.

A little piece of heaven

We stayed for 5 weeks. Arrival and check-in easy. Owner mails pass before you arrive so that is nice. The only thing regarding the pass is that the HOA is strict about getting a pass ever 15 days which you have to pay for. One call to the owner and they paid for the passes. Appreciated that!! Communication with owner during stay was good. The condo itself needs a deep clean and some updating. I had to wash sheets and clean out fridge among a couple other things upon arrival because the sheets had sand in them and the fridge had hair and some sticky stuff spilled down the inside. The sofas could use a nice cleaning as there were stains on some of the cushions (spilled food or drink). The ceiling needs some attention as it is peeling. BUT overall, it was a good stay. We made the condo our home away from home and had the most relaxing time!! Perfect location and quiet. Would consider staying again and potentially yearly.

Cute Condo

Condo was nice and in a great location. Once we figured out exactly where to go for the beach access it was very nice. It is a little bit of a walk so we drove over to the other side of the plan and parked. From there we walked right across the street. One of the pools is right across the parking lot from condo so that was perfect. I would definitely recommend this condo to others and we can’t wait to come back.

wonderful spot

Had a wonderful stay. Ron & Leah were very nice to work with. Only downside is that we were not able to take our little dog on the beach with us.

Snowbird getaway

Very nice stay at Ron and Leah's condo. They were helpful from day 1. Ton's of room for the 2 of us.Lots of dishes, utensils, etc. Felt homey quickly.

Great amenities, location, and family friendly

We loved our week stay at this condo in Miramar beach in July. We are a young family of 5 with 3 young boys and this place felt very spacious and also had a large porch overlooking a lake and golf course with a swing, sitting area and outdoor dining area. The owner is very friendly and responsive and helped make sure we were comfortable during our stay. You can choose to either walk to the beach, about a 10 min walk- or you can drive and park in a private lot across the street for convenience (we always had a lot of beach stuff to carry for our kids and found this option best.) The beaches are absolutely beautiful. There are many waterfront bars, eatery’s, and water sport rentals within walking distance. We visit Miramar Beach every year and would love to return to the Seascape complex. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Could be Heaven!

This property could be heaven, but I have to say it is paradise only. The location and the resort are stunning. Miramar Beach is amazing. My only issue is the condo is in dire need of a deep clean and an update. The hosts were spectacular to work with. We had a great time. I would definitely go back to Miramar Beach. However, if you were going to Seascape for the golf course, I would suggest golfing at another course and we were told that they were letting it go because they are building more condos and it was evident. Also don’t travel in April during the concert moon fest, unless you love to have loud music pounding throughout your condo for four days. However, I must say the area is beautiful and has a lot to offer.

Very clean , quiet and convenient

.The owners had everything we needed,the kitchen was very equipped. It was very clean and comfortable . It was especially relaxing to sit out back to watch the golfers . We would certainly consider this place again

Amazing stay

This place is in the perfect location. Very comfortable and roomy. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the deck. Would stay there again. Ron made sure we had all the information we needed for a great stay.

Location/location/location

Loved our stay! Rented for a month, felt comfy and at home. Kitchen well appointed, condo was spacious, and beds comfortable. 7 minute walk to the most beautiful beach, 2 minute walk to pool, and shopping and fabulous restaurants nearby. Condo was quiet, laundry right below stairs. Hope to rent again in the future!

Fabulous Condo at a Fabulous Beach

Clean, spacious, and a good value

The condo is large, clean, comfortable, quiet, and a good value! A few things to note that may be helpful to others looking to book - google a map of the property to learn where the pools are located. The washer and dryer is shared among the four units in the building and is coin operated, so bring some change. The closets holding beach supplies were not marked (maybe recently painted), but a call to the Redners would have sorted that out quickly, we just didn’t need to use them. We had a wonderful vacation at this property!
