Seascape, located between Scenic Gulf Drive and U.S. 98, is a coastal and resort-style Miramar Beach neighborhood with sugar-white shoreline access and a golf-tennis-and pickleball landscape. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around Seascape Towne Centre along Seascape Drive, where patios, casual dining rooms, and small storefronts frame an active, walkable core. Architectural lines lean to beach condos, low-rise villas, and planned streetscapes set among palms and dune vegetation. Beach paths and boardwalk-style connections shape daily rhythms from sunrise walks to late-afternoon rounds. Seascape Golf Club and Seascape Towne Centre act as local pillars, with The Whale’s Tail Beach Bar & Grill adding a toes-in-the-sand landmark. The setting reads as polished, outdoors-forward, and oriented to the Gulf.

Our tennis villa is located on the ground floor. Each villa has its own carport as well as a private fenced in yard . This villa has been remodeled and professionally decorated and is awaited your visit!

This unit is 1,094 square feet and features a fully stocked kitchen with beautiful marble counter tops and opens to the family room. This unit can comfortably sleep seven to eight adults. Cleaning fee includes pet fee for one pet. We do allow a 2nd pet with a $50 fee and prior approval. Please select pet fee to pay for the 2nd pet.

Both bedrooms feature king size beds; three additional twin bed are located in both the family and 'bonus' rooms.

The inside dining room seats six people and the patio dining table will seat another six people. Our guest are welcome to use our propane grill on the patio. Please note: guest is responsible for providing the propane if the tanks are empty.

The beautiful sandy ocean takes a few minutes to walk from our unit. The resort boast five pools. Two heated pools one of which is located near the tennis courts minutes from our villa. Our villa has outside storage for all your beach chairs and toys!

Ring security system is utilized on the carport area only. Security System signs are displayed on carport. Notifications to owner are turned off during rental. Video sent to history can be viewed as needed.
