Booking this flat was the best decision for our trip to Florence. The location was amazing, the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. It was such a breath of fresh air to relax in a flat after our full day of touring Florence rather than being confined to a hotel room, especially considering the price was far less than a room!

Spotlessly clean comfortable, and charming apartment in the heart of Santo Spirito. Giovanella was a lovely and communicative host. We especially appreciated her taking the time to orient us to our neighborhood on arrival and her suggestion to go to Fort Belvedere - worth the climb for the views and the bar on the terrace! We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen so we could cook a few meals and keep some cold drinks in the fridge. So many excellent restaurants nearby and within walking distance of all major sites in Florence. Highly recommend!

The apartment is in a characterful old building in the heart of Florence within easy walking distance of all the main tourist sites. Despite its central location it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. Giovanella is a kind and welcoming host and we appreciated the recommendations she gave us for making the most of our short time in the city. Thank you Giovanella.
