Located on the 5th floor of a secure, luxury building with an elevator, the apartment features a spacious living room with an open kitchen and two cozy bedrooms that open onto a lush balcony. Large windows in all the bright rooms open onto a long balcony. Blackout curtains in every room.

Measuring 70 m², it’s located in one of the capital’s trendiest and most welcoming neighborhoods, between the Haut Marais and the Canal Saint-Martin. Close to 7 different metro stations: VERY CONVENIENT FOR EXPLORING PARIS: direct metro and RER lines serving all areas of the capital.
*Nearest metro stations: Strasbourg Saint-Denis (3 min), Château d’Eau, République, Jacques Bonsergent, Reaumur-Sébastopol, Gare de l’Est. Also close to RER lines B, D, and A. Numerous bus stops and Vélib stations (Paris City Bikes).

It’s a cosmopolitan neighborhood, and that’s what gives it its charm. The street where the apartment is located is rather upscale. If you head right toward République or the Canal Saint-Martin, you’ll find yourself in the heart of trendy Paris; further south, you can reach the Marais and the Centre Georges Pompidou. If you head left, you’ll discover the Indian neighborhood with its picturesque restaurants, the African hair salons district, and the bustling heart of the Faubourg Saint-Denis with its food shops and numerous bars.

You’ll love feeling “like you’re in the countryside” right in the heart of Paris and will fall in love with this small, well-preserved, traditional, friendly, and charming Parisian neighborhood that’s close to everything!

This is a family-style apartment that’s very pleasant to live in, without pretending to be a luxury hotel. I do everything I can to make my guests’ stay comfortable, but I don’t claim to be able to offer the same services as a 5-star hotel. As a result, I have to leave a few personal items in some of the closets.

During the month of August, I won’t be able to welcome you in person, but I’ll provide all the necessary instructions to the person who will be hosting you to ensure you have the best possible stay!
