Great house for our group of 5 or 6 adults. Very nice grassy lawn/side yard to relax on. Being able to walk to a nice beach was a big plus We had a medium sized suv which was a challenge to get up the rural dirt road that connects to the seaside road. I don’t think a large suv would fit or be able to turn into the property (Same issue of course driving around Palermo or other Sicily towns Take a 4 hour group catamaran ride to swimming spots in the nearby port. And nice dinners out at the nearby town of Scopello. Enjoy

Quiet relaxing place

We had 7 very nice days. The place is beautiful and delivers a lot of space for 2 child’s and 4 adults. It’s just a quick walk to the Beach. I really recommend this apartment. Also the tv outside was great to watch a football game with a cold beer.

The Cottage

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hosts helped us out and were available anytime we had a question. Wonderful, friendly people. It is a lovely area, close for day trips, close to the beach. Our family got in the water to swim! We love the Farm to Table restaurant in Scopello and certainly loved Castellmmare del Golfo even though we were ahead of the season. Thank you

A gem!

We loved our stay here! Being able to walk 5 minutes to guidaloca beach (one of the best if not the best beach in the area with lidos, restaurants etc) and only 10 minutes by car from Scopello was fantastic. Cristina left us some welcome treats that were so appreciated. We would love to come back one day- thank you for having us!

Perfection

The House was very nice, in a very beautiful garden. Very close to the sea in scenic surrounding with a Sand beach. From this point IT was easy to reach destonations like Palermo, Trapani and Favigniana and many more for a day trip. The zingaro National Park ist Just a short car Ride away, as well as Scopello with nice restaurants and bars. All in all ist was a perfect vacation.

A great stay!

We stayed at Cristina's place for a week during the easter break. The house was clean and well maintained. Cristina was great to help us anytime when we needed something. The house's best asset is the proximity to the beach. Beach guidaloca us just 3 mins walk away and it is a stunning beach. The water is clean and not too crowded, although it might be in high season. We were exploring nearby area such as Segesta, Trapani, Scopello. Had a great holiday there. I would recommend this place to anyone!

We will be coming back!

Such a wonderful place to stay. A little tricky to find the first night, because the house is tucked down the end of a dirt road. Grounds are beautiful and filled with palm trees, olive trees, and fruit trees. It feels like you are nestled in the countryside but it’s a quick ten-minute walk to the beautiful Guidaloca beach (down a set of 140 stairs) and a short drive to nearby markets and restaurants. The house is divided into two distinct sections with separate entrances – the top floor has the kitchen, a full bathroom, and a very comfortable pull-out couch bed. The bottom floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We had such a lovely time relaxing in the various outside areas. It was a perfect place for our group of 7 with lots of space to be together, but also take time to ourselves. Cristina and her husband were so sweet. They met us at the house on our arrival and were quick to help with questions we had during our stay. It felt like home, and we were so sad to leave!

Fantrastic holiday home

We stayed at the house for three weeks with 2 adults and 3 children aged 0, 4 and 7. We have had a perfect stay. The house was great and I could say it was a very warm place but that's a northerners expression (just meaning we felt at home right away, the air-conditioning worked just fine). The garden was lovely and the children loved it. When we arrived we were welcomed by the owner who was very helpful. When we informed her we needed a baby chair, she arranged one an brought it later. The house consisted of two separate entities with two kitchens. This allowed us to have my parents stay over for a couple of days without stepping on each others toes. The beach nearby was lovely and only a minute walking along the dirt road and then descending the cliff on the stairs. We have had a great time here and would recommend this place tot anyone visiting Sicily. One downside. The medium sized car I rented was almost to big to access the house. The dirt road up to the house is very narrow and with a couple of sharp turns that made me break a sweat every time.

A short walk to the most amazing beach!

Cristina and her husband Piero were wonderful hosts. Cristina communicated through Whatsapp before and during our stay, and my parents who arrived first were greeted by Piero at the house (he left us with the most amazing local pastries!). There is no true address for the property, so my parents who are not tech savvy got lost, and Piero tried to meet them at a landmark nearby. My husband and I had no problem finding the house with the GPS coordinates provided though. The property itself was clean and beautiful, with an expansive garden to relax and explore. Compared to our stay in the eastern mountains of Sicily, we had plenty of access to warm water and were even able to do laundry with the brand new washer and dryer. The best part is the proximity to the most amazing beach set in a cove (Spiaggia Guidaloca)! You have to walk down steep stairs, but even my mother and 2 young children were able to manage. My only recommendation would be to have a flat sheet on the bed (there was only a fitted sheet) and additional blankets available as we got cold the first night with the air conditioners (which we turned down after that for more comfort). A few beach towels would have been nice, since we couldn't fit these in our luggage. We were able to use our bath towels and wash them though.

Ringrazio Laura e la sua splendida famiglia per avere lasciato la casa pulita e curata trattandola come fosse la loro e per i complimenti ricevuti. In generale cerchiamo di fare del nostro meglio per accogliere i nostri ospiti e rendere la loro vacanza il più possibile confortevole. Accolgo positivamente la raccomandazione di Laura circa la mancanza di teli mare e mi dispiaccio non avere saputo della loro necessità, altrimenti mi sarei adoperata prontamente per soddisfare la richiesta. Per quanto riguarda le lenzuola, nella stagione più calda ed in presenza di temperature estive piuttosto alte la casa dispone del copri piumino in sostituzione del lenzuolo e del copriletto. Inoltre, essendo la nostra una casa "green", non dispone e non necessita di coperte in periodi di alte temperature (è sufficiente tenere spento il climatizzatore per non sentire freddo). Infine, essendo un ambientalista, ringrazio Laura per avermi dato l’occasione di rivolgere a tutti i miei futuri ospiti la raccomandazione di contribuire alla tutela del nostro meraviglioso Pianeta con piccoli accorgimenti come quelli, ad esempio, di tenere spente le luci e i climatizzatori quando non si è presenti in casa. Spero di rivedere Laura nuovamente ed insieme alla sua meravigliosa famiglia!

Also zu erdten die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend, hattenw ie ein Problem, haben sie sich sofort darum gekümmert. Die Küche hatte alles nötige was macht gebraucht hat und es war klasse, das Salz, Zucker, Gewürze und selbst kaffe und Wasser für 3 Tage da waren. Die Zimmer sehr sauber, und wunderschön aufgeteilt. Die unteren beiden Bäder schön groß und perfekt für mehrere Personen. Wie waren zu 5 in dieser Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl Gefühlt. Das einzigste was uns ein wenig gestresst hat war der Weg zum haus mit den Autos und das der Nachbar gerne um 7 uhr Morgens die kettensäge anschmiss um die Olivenbäume zu beschneiden. Aber ansonsten haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt. Wie kommen gerne wieder liebe Cristina.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in sehr ruhiger Umgebung

Alles war so wie beschrieben, es gab keine negativen Überraschungen. Eine Anmerkung, das Wohnzimmer im Freien ist wirklich großartig. Wenn man jedoch Pech mit dem Wetter hat und sich länger im Inneren des Hauses aufhalten muss, dann sollte einem bewusst sein, dass da der Platz eingeschränkt ist. Wenn man die Bilder genau anschaut ist einem das schon vorher klar, wie uns auch. Nur schaut vielleicht nicht jeder so genau hin. Unser Aufenthalt dort war wirklich sehr schön, wir würden jederzeit wieder mieten.

Soooo schön und soooo nette Vermieter!

Danke liebe Cristina und lieber Piero, wir hatten wundervolle Tage bei euch in Case Guidaloca! Der Empfang war so herzlich und wir sind bei unserer sehr späten Ankunft (nach 22.00 Uhr) mit einem gedeckten Tisch mit köstlichen Oliven und Öl aus eigener Produktion, Käse, Brot, Wasser und Wein empfangen worden! Ganz herzlichen Dank noch einmal dafür! Das Haus ist wirklich toll und alles so wie beschrieben. Es ist sehr ruhig, so dass der große Garten und die schöne überdachte Terrasse zum Lesen, Chillen, Essen und Entspannen geradezu einladen. Das haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Bis zum Strand ist es zu Fuß nicht weit und mit dem Auto nur etwa 2 Minuten entfernt. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert aber zum Einkaufen, Essen gehen etc. sind die Wege damit recht kurz. Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich traumhaft. Besonders im Frühling, wenn alles blüht. Im Haus selbst war alles prima und alles hat gut funktioniert. Der Kontakt mit Cristina war total nett und sie war immer erreichbar. Es war rundherum alles toll und die beiden sind super lieb und herzlich! Danke euch beiden noch einmal für Alles! Modernes, gemütliches Haus an bester Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa. Die Einrichtung ist modern und gemütlich, vor allem die Terrasse und der Aussenbereich Laden zum Verweilen ein. Das eindeutige Highlight aber ist dir unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand - in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht man eine herzige kleine Bucht mit Sand-/Kieselstrand, kleiner Bar und wunderbar blauem Meer.

Maison magnifique

Magnifique maison parfaitement équipée, confortable, à 4 mn à pied de la plage. Les propriétaires sont adorables, de délicieuses pâtisseries locales nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Une voiture est indispensable pour pouvoir visiter. Nous avons adoré notre séjour, merci Christina

Il paradiso

Casa semplicemente perfetta per soggiorno in famiglia e con amici. Area esterna dotata di tutti i comfort: giardino per giocare e rilassarsi, lettini, divani, dondoli e amache, barbecue e 2 tavoli per mangiare, uliveta. Interno separato zona giorno con notte, camere arredate bene e pulite, bagni moderni e funzionali. Spiaggia di guidaloca vicinissima a piedi, mare e vegetazione stupendi. Padroni di casa super carini e accoglienti (abbiamo trovato vino e cassatelle all'arrivo) Ci tornerei sicuramente!! Consigliatissimo

Sono molto contenta soprattutto perchè non c'è cosa più bella che sapere che i tuoi ospiti sono stati bene e hanno potuto trascorrere una piacevole vacanza. Non nascondo che fin dall'inizio ho avuto modo di apprezzare la loro sincerità, disponibilità e gentilezza. Sono sicuramente gli ospiti che tutti vorrebbero avere. E poi vivono in una città meravigliosa che è nel mio cuore e saperlo mi ha emozionata fin da subito. A presto cara Costanza!🥰

Aljoscha e il suo gruppo sono stati molto carini, disponibili e comunicativi. Inoltre sono stati rispettosi della casa che ho trovato molto ordinata. Sono molto contenta di averli avuti miei ospiti!

Super sympa même si pour aller à la plage il faut faire un peu de sport mais pas dérangent nous avons eu le mari qui nous a apporté des casatelles vous pouvez aller les yeux fermés

Rundum schön!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Obwohl es des Öftern geregnet hat, konnten wir auf der schönen überdachten Terrasse draußen essen. Die Kinder haben den Garten in vollen Zügen genossen. Ein kurzer Weg zum Strand, und die Lage als Ausgangspunkt für etliche Ausflüge ist ebenfalls ideal. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Un’oasi di tranquillità a due passi dal mare

Casa e giardino meravigliosi, dotati di ogni confort, perfetta per famiglie grandi (come la nostra) o per gruppi. Vicino al mare, al centro di Scopello e alla riserva dello Zingaro che sono una meraviglia. Cristina e suo marito sono persone squisite, cordiali ed allegre … consigliatissima .. super consigliatissima!
