Amazing Stay

Our family had an incredible stay in the condo!! Beautiful spa-like accommodations, perfect location, and Nicky was so lovely and welcoming. The rooftop deck was the show stopper, and we enjoyed cocktails and sunsets each night!! Our only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay. Thank you to Nicky for being such a warm host! We can’t wait to return!

Amazing Property, wonderful experience....we'll be back!

The property was beautiful and well-maintained, the owners were great and very accommodating, and the town is amazing. The view off the top deck is one-in-a-million and was one of the highlights of our trip. The beach was a close walk and breath-taking. We couldn't have been happier and plan to visit again soon! Great Views!

We had a great long weekend staying here. The view from the deck was amazing, and we even got to watch fireworks over the ocean. With ice cream just across the street, how could you go wrong? The condo was clean, quiet, and calm. It was easy to contact the owner with questions, and replies were prompt. She even greeted us with wine and snacks. We look forward to staying here again.

Water views from every room!

Enjoyed our stay immensely especially the sunsets on the rooftop retreat. This gem of a location has water views from every room. Appointed with all the kitchen and bathroom amenities and more. Thoughtful details like bubbles and snacks upon our arrival. Listen to the sound of the waves at night to lull you to sleep. A million dollar location walk to nearby restaurants and shops. We will be back.

Quintessential summer gem

This was our favorite VRBO stay ever! We had the most fabulous experience at this beautiful condo. The location is perfect - beach entrance, shops, carousel and ice cream are all steps away. The apartment is decorated like a fancy beach hotel and had everything we needed and more. The private roof deck has incredible 270 degree views where we watched the sunset as we sipped our wine. Nicky was the nicest host. It was the best end to our summer. We hope to come back again!

Best views and location in Watch Hill

The rooftop deck is stunning and beautifully decorated with lounge chairs, seating area, umbrella, fire pit, and outdoor kitchen including a grill, sink and fridge. The 270 degree view of the ocean and sunsets are breathtaking. Flowers and plants add to the aesthetics of the spacious deck and it is both private but in the heart of town near walkable shops and restaurants. The interior spaces have luxurious appointments with comfortable seating areas including a balcony with views of the town and harbor. The beach is right across the street with access and beach chairs included. Nicky is an amazing host. She was able to meet us at check in for a tour and is very responsive. This location is truly a gem for a one of kind oceanfront experience.

Two weeks of Heaven

Loved,loved,loved the location, the property and dealing with Nicky. The condo is beautiful...from how tastefully it is decorated to all of the extra special treatments that made our stay so comfortable. Nicky met us on our arrival and gave us the insiders tour to how to enjoy all the additional features of the condo. And, for additional questions she was only a text away...always very prompt with her replies. Then there is the roof top deck which is so well equipped and so comfortable..all that way left was for us to enjoy our time in the sun, and of course, being on the main street of Watch Hill with all the shops and restaurants. More perfect than we could have imagined. So, of course we are booking again for next year. Thanks Nicky for sharing your lovely home with us!

Wonderful vacay spot!

My husband, son and I stayed at this beautiful condo over the long weekend. We were celebrating my 40th birthday. We had an AMAZING time. The location is convenient to everything. The home included everything we needed during our stay. The rooftop was awesome and a great place to just chill, have dinner, and drink and think. I really loved the privacy while still being in the middle of everything. Nicky was great! She thinks of everything even down to the lovely welcome gift that she gave our son. The decor in the condo is amazing. Seriously, there was nothing I would change about the trip except maybe spending a few more days if we had the time. If you are on the fence, stay here!!! You will not regret it. I am singing the praises of Rhode Island to everyone now because of this awesome and relaxing vacay.

Wonderful in every way!

We spent a long weekend at this gorgeous property and were just so thrilled with every aspect of our stay. Nicky is an ideal hostess— lovely, attentive and warm— and was available and helpful throughout the booking and planning process as well as during our stay. The condo is immaculate and the views! Oh my, the views. The roof deck is breathtaking, and there’s also a perfect little balcony off the living room from which you can watch the waves and the goings-on of the street below. (My 21-month old’s favorite pastime!) We fell in love with Watch Hill and were able to access everything—beaches, shopping, the lighthouse, etc— very easily on foot. We can’t wait to go back!

A slice of heaven!

This property is absolutely perfect! The best location in Watch Hill just steps to the beach. The apartment is well appointed and beautifully decorated. The roof top deck is the perfect spot to watch the sunset and relax by the firepit in the evening. Can't wait to visit again.

A Piece of Heaven!

The condo is so beautiful and well appointed. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee or sitting outside when it was raining. But the rooftop terrace is EVERYTHING! We spent every night on the terrace - relaxing, watching the sunset, stargazing, snuggling by the firepit ...... The location is perfect with the beach, restaurants and shops just steps away. Nicky makes sure the condo has everything you need and is super clean and safe with extra precautions for COVID.

Perfection!

As our 13 year old son said, “This place is THE BOMB!” We couldn’t agree more. At check in, Nicky was there to greet us and to show us around. This condo was even more amazing than we had anticipated. The decor inside and on the rooftop was appointed beautifully, the fresh flower accents, the lovely bedding in both rooms were picture perfect. The pictures posted on the listing do not do it justice. Nicky also took extra COVID precautions to make sure this place was sanitized and clean before our arrival. The location and beach views were outstanding! This place was perfect. We will definitely be back in the future.

A wonderful weekend in Watch Hill

What a great Condo! Nicky made everything seamless from beginning to end. The Condo is in a fantastic location and we loved the private roof garden. Beautifully appointed and so clean. The beach passes were an unexpected bonus. We hope to come back in the future!

Rental was everything as advertised. Very clean, quite and comfortable. Extremely close to two great beaches.

Amazing property and location!

I was looking for a spot for my family of four to stay for a long weekend and this place was perfect! Nicky was so gracious and welcoming, giving us a tour of her gorgeous apartment. The apartment itself is amazing, and then you go upstairs to the private rooftop deck...where we spent most of the weekend! The location is absolutely perfect, you’re at the center of everything, but the noise was never a problem thankfully. We stayed at the apartment with our two young children and it was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!!

All-around terrific

My family enjoyed a wonderful holiday weekend at Nicky's beautiful place. The location cannot be beat -- an easy and leisurely stroll to all the charming shops and sights of Watch Hill. The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable -- clearly furnished with design savvy. Check in/out and all communications were easy. So many small details (fancy soaps in all bathrooms, fresh fruit and herbs in the kitchen upon arrival, welcome wine, and even fun bags for our two children) were certainly unexpected but appreciated. Well-stocked kitchen, available beach gear/toys, and all other amenities one could need were on hand. We didn't get to spend much time on the roof deck, but the pictures do not do it justice -- endless views of the water. We certainly hope to return again soon. Thanks, Nicky!

Perfect In Every Way

My wife and I wanted to celebrate our 20th anniversary in a special way. We didn't want to travel too far, and we didn't have a great deal of time. We wanted something luxurious, beautiful and serene. We found all that and more at Nicky's place in Watch Hill! Perfectly located minutes from two of the most gorgeous beaches I have ever been on (and I've been to a few), the space was spectacular. It was immaculate, tastefully designed and furnished, comfortable and with every amenity you could want. But what takes the space over the top is the rooftop deck which is huge, covering the entire square footage of the space below. The view of the ocean is magnificent and endless. The only thing you see other than water and beach is Taylor Swift's mansion set on a cliff overlooking the sea! And as Taylor could have lived anywhere, you've got to know you are in the perfect spot. The place is right at the edge of town, so it's easy to do some fun shopping or grab a home made ice cream or lobster roll. For something more upscale, the famous Ocean House is a five minute walk right down the road for some tasty food or a spa experience. But I've got to say that Nicky's place beat the Ocean House for accomodations hands down! And can I talk about the beaches again? Inches away from the space is an entrancing path (next to Taylor's) that led to East Beach. In the other direction is the unspoiled Napatree Point Conservation Area. Early October there were few people in sight. The sand is powdery, soft, pristine. We took romantic walks that went on forever. Oh, one more fun detail. See that picture of the rooftop deck? My wife and I re-did our vows right there! A beautiful place to celebrate our beautiful love!

Absolutely Magical

Our stay was absolutely magical. Our host Nicky greeted us upon arrival and provided a tour of her stunning home. The condo is jaw-droppingly beautiful. The decor is absolutely perfect and inviting, with coastal colors and themes. Nicky had a bottle of wine waiting for us and soothing music playing. She showed us the entire condo to see if we had any questions, and then took us up to the private roof deck, where the views are truly amazing. You will not find a nicer, more relaxing place to stay. You are situated right across from the carousel and Watch Hill Beach, which we accessed at no charge. We are already dreaming of our next visit. Thank you Nicky for such an amazing place to stay!

Best rental

Apartment was wonderful - new, clean and nicely decorated. The rooftop deck, with its amazing views, was enjoyed morning, noon and night. Watch Hill is a special place - this "in town" condo is the perfect place to experience this wonderful beach community...highly recommend! .....and Nicky goes above and beyond to make your stay special.

Perfect 2 bedroom condo in the heart of Watch Hill

I have rented many houses in this part of CT / RI before, and I must say this is by far the best. Firstly, Nicky is a fantastic host who communicated with us through the entire process of booking the unit, coordinating the arrival, checking in with us, etc.... Now, about the apartment. It is a beautifully designed spacious 2 bedroom unit with a great master bedroom. The living room opens up to kitchen so it has a great open-floor-plan that ensures your family is always together. The design is beach inspired chic. The views are amazing. From almost every window you can see the ocean. And most importantly, the rooftop is breathtakingly gorgeous. You have 180 degree views of the ocean and the mansions of Watch Hill as well as a direct view over the harbor of the sunset every night while enjoying drinks and cooking on the grill. As far as location, let me sum it up this way.... 100 meters to the famous Watch Hill beach, 20 meters to the famous Watch Hill carousel, and all the shopping of Watch Hill literally outside your door. If you're looking for relaxed, classic New England coastal village experience on one of the best beaches on the east coast, then Nicky's place is perfect. I have no doubts we will be back.
