GRATIS strandstole / paraply oprettet på stranden lige foran Regency Towers (gennem 11/1/19 og 3/1/20 - 10/31/20! Nye ejere har opdaterede møbler til spisestue og opholdsstue!

Regency Towers # 406E administreres professionelt af Paradise Beach Homes.

Regency Towers-enhed 406E tilbyder hyggelig, men alligevel eksklusiv ferie. Dette nyligt opdaterede condo tilbyder fornemme møbler inklusive travertingulve, bordplader af granit og fladskærms-tv. Din boligareal udvides nemt via den private balkon med adgang til opholdsområdet. Det vidunderlige køkken har kabinet i stil med gårdspladser, apparater i rustfrit stål, bordplader af granit og Keurig- og 10-kop kaffemaskiner. Den rummelige spiseplads tilbyder plads til op til seks og ekstra siddepladser i morgenbaren. Det store soveværelse udvider den fornemme oplevelse med en smedejernsstue med king-size seng, og privat soveværelsebad og en ekstra bonus med balkonadgang via soveværelset. Conference & Birthday Getaway

We came to partake in a 2 day conference in Pensacola and then relax for the weekend to celebrate my 60th birthday. The condo at Regency Towers was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable to sleep in. The view of the Gulf was gorgeous.

2023 vacation

This was our second time staying in this unit and we were well pleased. The ease of checking in and out always goes smoothly. The maintenance man works hard keeping the pool and area looking clean and well cared for. We look forward to returning next year.

Nice oceanfront condo

Great place, exactly as shown in the photos. The powder room was a nice bonus, even just for the two of us. Only slight downside is that there isn't any convenience store, coffee shop, etc. anywhere close to just grab a few necessities throughout the week. Josh with the gopher carts at Waves was fantastic & almost became our personal transportation & tour guide. Kasey, who works with him was just as great! Fantastic vacation, overall!

Beautiful View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to Pensacola Beach and renting a condo on the beach, plus our 15 year Anniversary gift to each other. We loved this unit because of the Beach front access & views of the ocean. We also loved the beach decor inside, which persuade us to purchase a Pelican decor from Flounder's Gift Shop to remember our visit. Every morning we would enjoy our breakfast & and in the evening our supper out on the balcony. We will definitely be coming back!

Great condo!

We had a great week at this beautiful condo. Decor was great! Condo had everything we needed except a dust pan lol. Balcony is awesome. Condo building was being painted so some noise and smell disturbance from pressure washer/paint fumes in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again😊

The coffee maker was old and not cleaned. Paradise responded promptly with a new coffee maker. Unit could use some updates but overall was good

Nice location for older adults

We booked a beachfront condo with a king bed and had to relocate due to construction being done on the building. The condo we were moved to was nice, but we lost the view and the king bed to a side view of the Gulf and two queen size beds. The unit was nice and provided everything we needed. Would stay again, but would hope to get what we paid for.

Great stay but beach chairs aren’t free

Wonderful condo but the heading when we booked said beach chair set up is free. It is not. Other than that, we had a great stay!

Our condo building had some construction work happening and they notified me early of that, which was good to know ahead of time of what to expect. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated.

Regency Towers 406e

We loved the location….but the unit had broken slide doors 2 would not open. One with a broken handle and open to the elements. Has to all office and maintenance person brought tape to plug the hole. Would love to rent unit again. Maybe owners could put away most of the nic/nac and family photos that are everywhere there was no room for our stuff to unpack. Beautifully decorated but too much chochkee for a rental. The painting to building wasn’t an issue and having a chair and umbrella at the beach was wonderful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 406 East was well equipped and clean. The only thing we saw was the master tile shower had been neglected for some time. There was black mole, so I bought bleach to soak out the mole, but it needed to be scrubbed. The weather was beautiful. Tempertures was in the mid 70’s.

First Time at Pensacola Beach

Asked questions about local restaurants and was very knowledgeable of the area. Condo was a short drive from the local office and was beautiful and cozy. Had a gorgeous view of the teal waters and sugar sand. The balcony was relaxing listening to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. Will definitely be back. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a different experience dealing w/ VRBO. We actually dealt with a reality company and then had to pay a fee to VRBO. This suppose to save fees so I will bypass VRBO and just go through the agency. We were very satisfied with the unit. Very comfortable and clean. Perfect to just 2 adults. The shower room is a bit small. The beach access was awesome. Will most definitely seek out the unit again.

Great accommodations

Our stay was great! The condo was very clean, everything we needed for the kitchen was provided. We had plenty of room for two people. It was very quiet, although there was construction on the West building that could be a little noisy sometimes. The grounds and pool were well kept. The pool is not heated, so it was very cold this time of year. The access to the beach was easy. I would recommend a cart or wagon if you are going to have a lot of stuff to carry, it is a little bit of a walk. The two beach chairs and umbrella provide were great, but we didn’t get very clear instructions on how to arrange for them. Just get one of the kids that set them up in the morning to verify your name and unit and the length of your stay, and they will put your name on them each day. Overall it was a nice vacation. I would rent this unit again!
