Hola Maarten y familia First of all we are very happy that you enjoyed your vacation. The caretakers did report a problem regarding the hot water but informed me that, as is our policy, they attended within 24 hours and that the problem was resolved. As we did not receive any other notification from yourselves we understood that this was the case. I will, of course, speak to them about this. Your suggestion regarding the map is a very good idea and we will consider adding this to our clients´ travel documents. Just for your information the base of the beds in this house are almost new. However we know from experience that some clients prefer either a softer or harder bed depending on their preferences so it is always a difficult one to please everyone. But we take your comments on board. We thank you for leaving the house so nicely and hope that you and your family return in the future. best wishes Linda and the team

Nous regrettons sincèrement d'apprendre que votre séjour n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos espérances. Nous comprenons que le confort est essentiel, et nous sommes désolés que vous ayez trouvé certains meubles inconfortables. Nous tenons à préciser que nous n'avons reçu aucune notification de votre part ou de celle de José à ce sujet durant votre séjour, ce qui nous aurait permis d'intervenir immédiatement. Nous confirmons que la capacité de la maison pour 12 personnes est assurée par le nombre de couchages et la taille de nos espaces de vie (salon et extérieur). Concernant l'emplacement, la description de la villa mentionne explicitement la localisation en « semi-montagne », un atout majeur pour la vue imprenable sur l'océan et le paysage. I am very surprised by your comment, because I am the one who checked in and out of the place with you and you were all smiles and you told us that you had enjoyed the villa and your vacation. So you are very false in front of people. Our villa is as it is in the photos. If you want a modern and cold house, you should not have rented from us! Hola familia! Thank you for your kind comments. We are very glad you had a good time and enjoyed the villa and the area. Unfortunately although we ask clients to go in the pool before putting on sun cream, this does not always happen and can cause the water to discolour. But the pool has an excellent cleaning system so it is not a problem. The great thing about the bedrooms in the attached apartment (under one of the terraces and not actually under the house) is that they are so cool.
