We are a family of five with all of our children now flown the nest for pastures new. Our holiday let is next door to our house and was developed and designed by my husband and myself. When family and friends come to visit they stay at Number 22, so we have tried to create a relaxing space where people can have all the benefits of their own home.
This is a family business as my husband and I are professional people and work full time. We enjoy meeting new people from across the world and introducing them to the beautiful area we have the privilege to live in.

Number 22 is ideal base for accessing central Scotland.

Kinross is a small town in the edge of Loch Leven, just off the M90 motorway that runs south to Edinburgh and north to the highlands. We also have a great park and ride which means you can be in Edinburgh city centre by bus in less than an hour. By car ……

Kinross is a beautiful town offering lots to do for families, couples, and the older generations. Walk up our high street and you will find an award winning butcher, fruit shop, bookshop where you can have a coffee. Gift shops, eco friendly shops and a selection of local amenities such as pharmacies, hairdressers, barbers, a nail and brow bar and beauty salons. We have coffee shops, a wine bar and places to eat all developed and ran by local people. Sainsburys is the main supermarket in the town, however we have local food shops too including a coop.

For leisure the town has two golf course and numerous others within 5 minutes drive. We have a local leisure centre with a swimming pool and gym suitable for all. There are many playgrounds for children of all ages and of course there is our beautiful Loch Leven which has a path all the way around, suitable for walking and cycling. A recent additional to leisure is an outdoor sauna, book online at ‘Wild Scottish Sauna Kinross’ .
