Det luksuriøse Bayview-condo tilbyder et komfortabelt, rummeligt penthouse-hjem, der holder dig over stresset på strandpromenaden og giver panoramaudsigt over bugten fra det 33 fods skyggefulde dæk. Dette store strandhjem er fantastisk til familier eller par og ligger i et venligt kvarter. Vi er en amerikansk familie og på ingen tid ville vi anmode om betalinger til et andet land.

Funktionerne i det åbne rum giver dig mulighed for at nyde udsigten, hvad enten du laver mad, spiser eller mens du fanger familie og venner! Hvert soveværelse har et privat, flisebelagt badeværelse for maksimal privatliv. Generelt er der 1 garage-parkeringsplads og 1 overflade til en mindre bil. Der er et fælles gårdsplads med græs tilgængeligt, også ca. 12x25. Vaskemaskine og tørretumbler er bekvemt placeret med eget bad! I stuen pejs brændeovn. Der er et fuldt udstyret køkken samt alt sengetøj og håndklæder.

South Mission Beach tilbyder det bedste af San Diego strandliv! Kom og nyd roen i den rolige bugt, vidunderlige solopgange og fyrværkeri med kun en kort gåtur til havbrændingen og fantastiske solnedgange. Det er en kort gåtur til Belmont Park med den berømte rutsjebane, butikker, barer og restauranter. San Diego Zoo ligger 15 minutters kørsel og Sea World på 5 minutters kørsel (du kan se Sea World sæsonbestemte fyrværkeri fra balkonen komfort!) DU KAN HAR DET HELE !!! Dette er et af de bedste hjem i Mission Beach.

Getaway Bliss

As a lifelong Sand Diegan, this was our first true staycation. A trip to the bay is a fifteen minute drive from home, so why rent a beach house? You gotta stay at this beach house is why! So convenient! Private parking, beach toys and bikes galore, bathrooms and spacious kitchen steps from the water, and clean comfortable beds after a refreshing shower! Normally we would have to fly to Mexico or Hawaii for this type of resort quality of a stay. We can't wait to stay again!

Great Spot

We had a family getaway to beat the sun, and couldn't asked for a great location to stay in. Very convenient location away from the chaos of the area and very family friendly. Thanks for being a great host Richard!

Great location

The condo sits right on the boardwalk of the bay which gives beautiful views and access to the beach! It’s a great condo our family of 7 was quite comfortable

Great vacation home

Took the kids and the grandparents for a long weekend. The home had everything we needed and more. Each room had everything we could ask for. The kitchen was stocked I was able to make us breakfast every morning had our coffee enjoying the sunrise.

Wonderful Vacation

The property is perfectly located and is wonderful. Richard was a great host and everything that you'd ever want for the beach and your stay is at the property. Thank you for allowing us to stay and enjoy!

Ideal Location

If this is your first time to visit San Diego with your family the location of this property is ideal. Your family will experience two environments. The actual property is situated on the relaxing bay with calm waters and peaceful setting. Literally, you can walk to the Oceanside beach for the more active environment. Our children loved the opportunity to experience both “worlds!”

Comfortable place to stay with your friends right by the beach

Great property. The only annoyance is the overly cleanup requirements during the checkout given that there's a hefty fee for the cleaning service.

Wonderful

Great location. Great having washer and dryer in house. Large kitchen. Had to park our large truck in public parking. Garage full stocked with beach equipment - paddle boards, kayaks, bicycles, etc.

Family vacation

We stayed with our 2 teens for 10 days. It was a great location- quiet on the bayside but just a couple of minutes to the busier beach side. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed- the bikes and paddle boards were great to have! The views of the bay were amazing and we could see the sea world fireworks on the weekend nights! The unit is a little older and dated but the location and amenities more than made up for it.

A Wonderful Vacation

We spent 12 days in this unit. It takes up the entire top floor of a 2-story free-standing house. Below on the ground floor are 3 other units. The place is very well equipped, comfortable, spacious with a wonderful large kitchen that has everything you need. The 3 bedrooms are large and each has its own bathroom. It’s a great layout. The unit is directly on the Bay and we often had a grilled dinner on the porch overlooking the water. The Bay Area is much more quiet than the ocean side. But if you’re looking for action the ocean side is only 3 blocks away. The unit included use of the garage, 5 bikes, 3 paddle boards, beach toys and beach chairs. We had everything we needed!! It’s in a great location. We biked to the beach, restaurants and Belmont Park. There were only a few negatives: 1) the floor could’ve been cleaner when we arrived; 2) you do hear the airplanes but we gradually blocked them out; 3) one of the tenants below us regularly left around 5am in the morning, waking me and my husband up in the master bedroom since the driveway was right by the MB windows. Nonetheless it was a fabulous, relaxing vacation. I recommend staying here!

Spacious apartment on the bay

We enjoyed our week here. Very spacious and a bathroom for each bedroom is so nice! We were so glad to be on the bay side which is so much more peaceful than the beach side. But it was great to be so close to the beach for boogie boarding. We loved having bikes, paddle boards, bocce ball, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. to use! Being able to park in the garage was nice too. The seating in the living room wasn’t the most comfortable besides the recliner and of course there is a lot of airplane noise (which is true anywhere in the area) but otherwise a really nice stay. Great communication with the manager. Thank you!

The Perfect Cove Getaway!

If you're looking for a vacation stay that has it all, this is the place! Beautiful bedrooms with their own bathrooms attached, an open and spacious kitchen/living space, gorgeous bay views, and in the perfect location on the quiet side of the peninsula! Very quiet, relaxing, and the amenities are fabulous. During the day you can borrow bikes and paddleboards to explore the quiet bay, or venture out onto the exciting boardwalk, and in the evening enjoy the views from the second-floor patio! The hosts were communicative and friendly, and the house was completely spotless when we arrived. Check-in was a breeze. My group and I had a wonderful time, and we suggest this spot to anyone looking for the perfect, quiet Mission Beach spot!

Perfect property

The property was perfect! Spacious rooms. Owners have everything you need either for the beach or inside. Great location for the bay and beach. Agent very helpful, checking in and out a breeze.

Great vacation at the bay!

Love this place. The view is spectacular, the home perfect for our family. Everyone loved staying here. Can't wait to come back. Had everything we needed for our stay. Our son loved the paddle board, his kids loved watching him use it. The beach and board walk kid friendly. Quiet, peaceful and the ocean steps away.Thanks for a great week.

Family reunion

Wonderful bayside retreat with all the comforts of home that has the calmness and views of the bay with the Ocean only a 2 minute walk away. This was our 3rd year in a row here and we look forward to another week (or two) next July.

Perfect spot

Had the pleasure of spending Thanksgiving week at The Bayview. Combo family get-together to celebrate the holiday and my mother-in-law's 70th birthday. It was the perfect spot. Nice and quiet on the bay side. Beautiful home. Convenient to all of the San Diego activities that we had planned. 6 adults & 2 teenagers -- plenty of room for all of us. My mother-in-law is already looking at dates for a return visit.

Great family beach vacation

We loved everything about this place. Kitchen was well equipped, laundry facilities, fabulous large bedrooms (all of them!). Great grill, very comfortable outdoor living on spacious deck. Extra parking for a small car was added bonus. Even the neighbors are friendly and helpful. Contact person was very responsive when we developed a leak in a downpour. We are already planning to return next year.

Fun in the sun!!!!!

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home for a week. We all enjoyed the beautiful bay and loved the frequent short walks to the ocean where we enjoyed surfing, boogie boarding, sunsets and so much more. Our teenage kids loved the park that was just a short distance walk as well. The rides, the food, shopping....it was all remarkable! It was a great location. Quiet on the bay and a little more festive on the ocean side. It was a great mix. We would highly recommends this place and maybe one day we will be able to return to this extraordinary place.

spring break on the quiet side

Lovely beach-front home on the bay, very quiet (except for our last day when a neighbor was doing some sort of jackhammer project, but that was no fault of the home!) just a quick walk across to the ocean side and Belmont Park which was filled with spring break revelers. Lots of fun to visit that scene and then come home to our quiet beach. We had adults and teens and it was a great location for everyone. We did surfing lessons just across on the ocean side, went to the zoo and Disneyland, and kayaked in LaJolla's sea caves. Lots to do! Owners super responsive and checked in on us even during their own vacation.

Beautiful view

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful condo on the bay. It was very clean and spacious. The view of the bay was wonderful. Every night at 10 pm we watched the wonderful fireworks from Sea World right from the deck. Lots of great places to eat and have a drink right within walking distance.

Well we didnt buy a vacation rental in South Mission Beach, it's our home! We looked up and down the coast from Oceanside to Imperial Beach and just fell in love with the neighborhood atmosphere of South Mission Beach. Those who live and vacation here are long time 'residents'. Our location is secluded because the beach is only occupied by residents and tenants. Just the right mix of access and isolation. You will love it.
