This newly remodeled ocean front property is a fabulous duplex. Our unit is comprised of the first floor and a section of the second floor for a total of 1505 sq. ft. Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom San Diego retreat. Enjoy the sound of the ocean as the waves crash outside your window.
This superb house features 2 bedrooms with king size beds and the third bedroom having 2 bunk beds which sleeps 4. It's perfect for families or friends looking for a getaway. With 2 bathrooms, everyone can freshen up smoothly. Relax in the spacious living area or enjoy a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Additionally there is 1 parking space for a small vehicle inside the 2 car garage. The south side is your assigned spot. But best of all is the Outside Ocean Front Patio. It is a shared space with guests that might be occupying the other duplex located within the home structure. The south side of the patio is designated solely for your use.
There is nothing like having a vacation staying in an oceanfront property. Come see the green flash.

Amazing place with spectacular views and right on the beach. Something we've yearned to do for the past few years when visiting the area. It's a splurge but so worth it! Can get warm on the patio when the sun is out, but I mentioned needing umbrellas there to the owner already so hopefully she will add that. Has a nice selection of beach toys and beach umbrellas, however. Great location on Mission beach with easy access to restaurants nearby. Loved watching the people walk by on the promenade and the waves roll in. Minor problem included a very very tiny garage – barely fit a Camry and had to squeeze to get out of the driver's seat. Have to park in a nearby paid parking lot if you bring a bigger car. Landlord was responsive, but didn't explain that she would only give us the entry code when the house was clean and ready to move in. Minor issue, but it would have been helpful to know that the week before. Otherwise was very responsive, which was appreciated. Fixed a plumbing issue within an hour. Would definitely like to go back someday for a special occasion.

We had an amazing stay! Mary was incredibly attentive and responsive, and I loved how she sent very specific pictures to visually describe the information on the instructions sheet—made everything so easy to follow with no confusion. The home itself is beautiful, updated, and thoughtfully equipped. All the appliances were top notch and appeared very new. The beds were insanely comfortable—I was obsessed with the sheets! We also loved that the house is within walking distance to the Mission Beach boardwalk, and extra street parking was close by. Check-in and check-out were super easy and clear. We would 1000% stay here again and can’t recommend it enough!!

Wonderful property right on the beach with an uninterrupted view from two of the bedrooms. Super clean and comfy beds. Really clear communication and easy access. Super walkable to food and shopping. Plenty of amenities like towels, iron, food seasoning, appliances, etc. Perfect for a family weekend.

This house was absolutely perfect. It had everything you would want for a stay on the beach. I took my two adult children and two grandchildren, we had more than enough room. I have rented houses many times for vacations and I have learned the pictures don’t always tell the real story of a house. That is the case here as well. The pictures are nice but the house itself is so much better in person. The decor is just beautiful. It is very cozy as well, I felt right at home. If you are looking for views this place is perfect. Ocean views and sounds through the whole house. I had a view small issues due to my own ignorance. I had to contact Mary, the house manager, and she was great. She got back to me right away and helped me solve the issues. She was very kind and patient with me. We are planning to return in the future. I can’t say enough nice things about our time there. It was perfect.

Beautiful location and great people watching

My family of four stayed at the property for a long weekend. We would stay again. Mary, the property manager, was very helpful and informative. The house was very clean and well appointed. The outdoor patio and shower were great as well. You cannot beat being steps away from the beach!

Great location, great house!

We had an exceptional time staying here! The set-up of the house is great and has ample space for family and friends of all ages. You cannot beat the location! To hear the Pacific Ocean when you wake up in the morning is priceless, we wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect location

This house is on a quieter section of Mission Beach while easily walkable to Balboa Park and the pier, making it a perfect spot for my family! Restaurants and bike rentals are just a short walk away. The house is very clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

Beach House Stay

The house was very clean. Near by food and stores for shopping. Parking just down the way was easy to access. Owner was very friendly. It was easy to check in.
