Bob has excellent communication and gives you a detailed letter with directions to the condo, down to check out instructions. This villa was perfect for our family of five. The kids really enjoyed the pool, that was only steps away & the two beach cruisers that come with our rental. The beach is a short 10 min walk. Overall we had a great vacation!

Haley, so glad you all enjoyed your stay. Booking the night before your arrival posed a few problems as to getting our villa info to you, but we got through it ok. Hope the kids had a great time, and you all got back to Texas with a bunch of great memories.

Excellent stay!

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa! The rental as well as the entire complex were clean, quiet, and safe. We went for a girls getaway weekend and loved having the bicycles to explore with, and being right next to the pool for afternoon swims after a morning at the beach. Could not ask for a better host, five stars for everything!!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and hopefully not the last. This villa was perfect for our family of 6. It’s so close to everything. The bikes were great for my teens and husband. Our 4 year old loved Celebration Park which was so close to the beach and some awesome dining! The pools on the property were great to relax in at the end of the busy days!
