Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this beautifully redecorated 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath villa offers spacious comfort, an uplifting coastal feel, and an unbeatable location just a short walk to the beach. Designed for easy island living, the two-level layout provides plenty of room to gather and relax, while still offering private spaces for restful nights. Guests will enjoy access to three on-site pools, a recently resurfaced hard court tennis court, and close proximity to Coligny Plaza’s shops, dining, and entertainment.

The bright and inviting great room features comfortable seating, a TV, and a sleeper sofa, while the adjacent kitchen with breakfast bar creates a welcoming space for family and friends to congregate. The dining area comfortably seats four, making meals at home simple and enjoyable. Step outside to the back deck to fire up the electric grill or unwind after a day in the sun.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a King bed, TV, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a Queen bed with a twin trundle and its own private bath, making it ideal for families or guests traveling together. A stackable washer and dryer on the second floor adds extra convenience during your stay. This villa comfortably sleeps up to four adults and two children.

With four complimentary adult bikes, four beach chairs, and a quick walk to the shoreline, this villa is a true island explorer’s paradise. Pet-friendly for up to two well-behaved dogs (with additional fee), and offering pools open from April through October, this Ocean Breeze retreat delivers comfort, convenience, and classic Hilton Head charm.

My family and our dogs stayed at this property for a full week. There was ample space and the kitchen was well stocked. Getting to the nearby beach was a breeze. We went on foot, while pulling a wagon and it wasn't bad at all. Going on the bikes was even better. The only negative thing that I have to say is that we did have a difficult time initially finding the place. Going to the pin dropped on 48 Ocean Breeze helped put us on the right side of the complex.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: -AC in guest bedroom is not effective.-A small couch and a not so nice "easy chair" for 4 people? NO. That photo of the living room is NOT what's there. The chair/love seat on the right is NOT provided. Wow. False advertising??-Walk to the beach is not "easy" as advertised (when I inquired using your query system"-Parking in that place is a nightmare, and parking spaces are way too narrow-Condo was nice and clean

A great place to stay. Clean. Convenient. Great beach access.

Had a wonderful 8 days. Beach access via a nature path in the back was great. We really liked Alder Beach access point. It's a little farther from Coligny square than we've stayed before, but still very worth staying here.

Nice place!

This is a nice place to stay. It is also centrally located to the beach, Coligny Plaza and Sea Pines. They had plenty of dishes, silverware and all things needed to cook with. We would definitely stay here again!

Great winter stay

Loved the place! It was quant and lovely. Great walkway to the beach. Management company was super responsive and came same day for anything I needed. Would recommended this place to anyone.

Overall a great property and experience. The property was clean and check in was easy. Great spot to visit Hilton Head, a deck over looking one of the properties community pools, a 10 minute walk to the new park and a 5-10 minute walk to the beach access.

Overall nice stay. -The walk to the beach is about ten or fifteen minutes, and it’s a pleasant walk on the bike path most of the way. -Very convenient location on the island- you can walk to Coligny Circle. -Loved being able to bring our dog. -Primary bed was very comfortable with multiple pillow and cover options. -Nice options for window covering in the bedroom. Blinds that could be half-opened for light plus privacy, and also blackout curtains for sleeping. My only real issue was that the living room was a little small for two adults and two adult-sized teens. There is seating for four, but not really anywhere for four adult-sized people to relax for a movie or games or whatever. Same with the patio. It looks onto a green area shared by several units and was nice and peaceful, but the only seating is a high-top table for two with tall chairs. I would certainly stay here again, but perhaps not along with three six-foot plus boys/men!

Pros: The unit was spacious and a great location to the beach - only a 15 minute (mostly shaded) walk. The kitchen was well appointed and had quality cookware, which is a rare and appreciated find in a condo rental. Parking is ample albeit a bit tight if you want to park close to the unit. Beds and pillows are actually comfortable, blackout curtains helped us all get decent sleep, and we barely heard any noise from neighbors. Having 2 included bikes, beach chairs, wagons and a few beach toys were also nice surprises to be included!Cons: The unit is a bit difficult to find, and nearly impossible to explain if you're looking to get food delivered. After booking, it would helpful to receive more detailed driving instructions once you enter the property. The Wi-fi was quite unreliable, so don't plan to get any work done remotely. Even streaming a movie at night was a challenge. Cleanliness, especially the bathrooms, could really use improvement. While there have definitely been some upgrades done, the unit is older and probably more difficult to get really clean. But there was hair on the floor, bathtub and sinks which wasn't a welcoming sight.

Great Stay

Very nice condo, plenty of room for a family of 4. It’s in a great location! 5 minute bike ride to the beach, 10 minutes walk. Biked and walked everywhere! Comfortable beds. Air conditioning works great!

Worth the money

This place was definitely worth the money. Everything was as described. We would stay again if it was available on our next visit but unfortunately it is booked! We loved the location, nice neighborhood, and enjoyed having the bikes and beach chairs provided.

Wonderful location!

Condo is decorated so cute! Very beach. It was super clean and had everything we needed with the exception of coffee filters. But that’s what paper towels are for! Ocean Breezes is a fantastic location.

We had a great trip to Hilton head. Property was nice, pics are exact, bikes were a nice bonus. Had great start up stuff such as trash bags, paper towels, dish soap etc. Wagon and chairs for beach use were nice. Only thing I’d suggest is a print out of path to beach as it was a tad tricky to navigate what was the closest/shortest route. Other than that we have no real complaints at all. Would recommend to others.

Holiday at Hilton Head

We were so very happy with our accommodations. The unit was spotless and had so many amenities. We loved the beachy decor. The close proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops was an added bonus. And of course, having bikes and beach chairs available made it even better. We would definitely rent this unit again. The only thing that I could have used was a one or two cup measuring cup. There might have been one but I couldn't locate it. Thank you for an enjoyable week at the beach!

Its location is a quick bike ride to the beach, which they did a couple times a day. The unit is maybe 50 steps to the nearest pool. It was great to go in the mornings before it got too crowded. So convenient! The condo was very clean when we arrived and also had enough paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. The pod coffee maker that was in the pictures was missing from the condo, but the management company had one sent over the next morning. We appreciated that!

Overall, a nice stay with a few suggestions for improvementI recently stayed at this property and overall had a good experience. The home was as shown in the photos and matched the listing description. The space was comfortable, and the location worked well for my trip.I did want to share a few items that could improve the experience for future guests:•Wi-Fi: I had asked in advance about the Wi-Fi connection since I planned to work remotely during my stay. It turned out the internet was provided via a hotspot rather than traditional Wi-Fi. There were some connectivity issues initially, and a property manager needed to come out to help get things connected. It ultimately worked out, but clearer communication in advance that the property uses a hotspot (rather than standard Wi-Fi) would be helpful for guests who plan to work remotely.•Arrival Instructions: I arrived around dusk, and it was somewhat difficult to identify the property. Leaving the front porch light on for late arrivals and providing slightly more detailed arrival instructions (what to look for when turning in, landmarks, etc.) would make check-in smoother.•Cleanliness: The master bathroom (king bedroom) tub was not fully clean upon arrival, which was disappointing. Everything else appeared generally tidy, but this is an area that could use more attention during turnover.Overall, we enjoyed my stay and appreciated the property, but these adjustments would make the experience even better.

Sorry the internet caused extra hassle — the unit does not use a wifi hotspot. The internet provider had an outage, and the hotspot is what we put in as a backup in case of an outage. The wifi was restored within a few days by the provider. Apologies that the property was hard to spot at dusk. We’ll leave the porch light on for expected late arrivals and expand the arrival instructions with clearer landmarks and turn-in details. I’m also sorry the master tub wasn’t fully clean. Housekeeping has been notified, and we’ve updated our turnover checklist and added an extra bathroom quality check between stays. Not as advertised

I would’ve given this place a decent review, however, after some issues with incorrect photos and information in the listing, I cannot give a good review. I called immediately upon check in and never got a response back. I left two emails for the following week with no response and then when I finally called again a week later I received a less than helpful answer. Basically they did not want to hear a complaint. They changed out the beds and we were not notified. They changed out furniture in the master. There were even other changes that I won’t mention. Our family would’ve gone back there, but not with the response we received. Beware!

Great vacation 👍👍

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this apartment. It was spotless and had everything you possibly needed for your beach vacation. Just short walk to the beach and with the buggy and chairs available for us to use was wonderful. We also enjoyed the bikes every day. We definitely recommend this place for anyone. The island rental company was great to work with too. They took care of us. We are retired now so we will definitely be back 🙌
