Everything about this cabin rental has been excellent. The communication from the start went smoothly. The booking also went smoothly. The cabin is located so conveniently to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Close to local restaurants that are delicious. The cabin was very clean and spacious. We had 5 families with us and we had plenty of space. The hot water was super hot.(which is always a good thing with a rental) The kids enjoyed the game room and the movie room. We had a bear come right up to the cabin. Our neighbors said they saw 3 bears while we were there. Parking was never a problem. Plenty of space for all our vehicles. Hot tub was nice and warm and then we came back in to a very cold cabin. Which was very nice on these hot days.We really enjoyed our stay at Diamond in the rough. We definitely will be returning.

Lots of little things did not work on the property. Light bulbs were out, blinds did not work properly, windows did not open or stay open, gas igniter on grill did not work, video game didn’t work in game room. Furniture is sparse. Cleanliness below standards. View was good. Welcoming to pets.

Only bad thing is every dish pan and pot and utensil that we grabbed had to be re washed theres was old dry food stick on everything. And place was very dusty. I was sneezing my whole stay.Also some of our towels and covers were stained .Luckily we brought some of our own. Overall cleaning crew needs to do better. We had a few issues with theater connection and working the stuff inside the cabin but all my answers and concerns were answered in a timely fashion Thank you very much for that.

The house was very beautiful and clean. It was easy to access and host kept us up to speed on how to access the property and leave. Beautiful views and accessibility out on the porches. The only 2 concerns were that the house address was not correct on Google maps and outside trash cans were too small and could have been emptied a couple times during our week long stay since bears were a concern,

The cabin had everything we needed, other than being short on toilet paper for 14 guests (after running out the first night we learned we needed to get our own). It was also close to many things like Food City (we made several trips), downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Dollywood! We had a great time and it was a beautiful place to meet up with family for a long weekend.

Overall great place to stay

Might consider updating some appliances and supplies like pots and pans and cleaning supplies (broom, etc.). The oven broke during our stay and we ended up not being able to use a lot of our groceries. Otherwise was a beautiful place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a wonderful time with my family. Wish I could have stayed longer. Should have more groupon on larger homes and more lighting in area.

Toilet Paper and paper towels ran out quickly.

Elk Springs Resort was very helpful rebooking due to the unforeseen circumstances.
