The property was PERFECT! It’s much bigger than I thought it was going to be over the 3 floors. It was really clean, the air con was very powerful, it literally took 5mins to cool the place down. We loved having breakfast on the balcony with the sea view. The kitchen was very well equipped which worked well when we cooked at home.

We have stayed at this property three times nowIt has everything you need for a stay in coral bay with a very short walk from the accomdation to the restaurants and bars which offer a wide variety of food

A spacious townhouse with beautiful views of Coral Bay and the sunset. Well appointed, nice kitchen with a large fridge. A kind and reactive host. We didn’t use the pool as the beach was quite close. As we arrived quite late, the welcome pack in the fridge was much appreciated!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this townhouse to anyone visiting Coral Bay. The house is very spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable holiday.A lovely surprise was the complimentary welcome package waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived late at night. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel welcome from the very beginning.We also really appreciated the late check-out, which the host kindly arranged for us. It made our last day completely stress-free.The location is excellent – just a short walk to beautiful beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, and everything you need. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.Thank you for a fantastic holiday. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers!

Town house close to it all !

Lovely town house we liked it as in walking distance to beach and restaurants and a car space for our hired car which we recommend if you want to see this beautiful island and visit the many restaurants out of coral bay too.

Lovely relaxing holiday

This property is in the perfect location. Very quiet at night, but 5 minutes walk from a huge selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Beach is about a 15 minute walk or you can easily jump on the bus. Great pool, good size and mostly not very busy, even in August. The property was like a home from home and had everything you could possibly need and more!

Fantastic town house apartment

10 nights as a family of 4, we had a fantastic time at the accomodation which has a really clean and quiet community pool. Location is great a 5 min walk from the main strip and 10-15mins to coral bay beach. Would definitely return thank you to Lisa and Felix.

Amazing town house in Coral Bay

Lisa and Felix have provided excellent accommodation, well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. They even provided a folder with a guide to the area, discounted bars, restaurants and a list of places worth visiting. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

When reviewers put 10/10 you tend to sometimes think “Oh yeah”… but in all honestly this place was 10/10 for us. Amazing location just 5 minute walk from the main strip… but quiet. The pool was lovely and never too busy. The house was perfect and very comfortable.If I had to pick a negative it was the lack of shade by the pool but still not a major problem so am sticking with a 10/10 rating.I will definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Needed holiday

Fantastic

Easy process to rent the townhouse location fantastic no car required. So quiet. Wonderful sea and sunset view from the balcony. The welcome pack was the best we have ever received and the townhouse has absolutely everything you need for any length of stay. Lisa booked the taxi transfer back to the airport also super easy. Clean, comfortable and a super location loved our time here hopefully be back again 🤞🤞

Lovely Holiday

We had a lovely stay at the townhouse. We received a welcome pack on arrival which was a lovely surprise. The townhouse was in a perfect location across the road was a walkway which lead straight to the strip. Pool was a few steps away and was clean. We will be recommending it to family and friends. Perfect location

The townhouse was in a nice quiet area with lovely views of the sea and surrounding area. Very close to all the bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The townhouse was superbly equipped with everything one could possibly need. The welcome pack was much appreciated and we would recommend this property to any and all. We will hopefully return in the near future. once again thanks for making our holiday so enjoyable.

Coral Bay village town house

The house was in a great location for the beach and bars/restaurants and also for access to other nearby towns and villages. The house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed including a welcome pack for our arrival. The view from the 1st floor balcony was brilliant. Only one small gripe, and that is the onsite bar/restaurant is no longer open and appears to have been closed for sometime, other than that we had a fantastic 2 weeks. Bernie and Val.

Lovely townhouse in a great location with all the home comforts you will need For a relaxing stay in Coral Bay . Great private private sun terrace and stunning view of the sea and Paphos coastline . Nice pool to cool off in a 30 second stroll away or enjoy Coral bay beach which is a 10 walk and the strip with a good choice of restaurants is only a 5 minute slow walk away . Great to have access Wi-Fi and TV but let’s face it it’s all about the sun and relaxing with great food and the friendly Cypriot people . All in all would deffo recommend

Good Rental with the odd improvement required.

Good communication with hosts. Welcome pack excellent. Good quiet location. Three storey house was overall clean and well equipped but feel that the bathroom/shower needed improvement and kitchen cupboard under sink had a smell. Description states view of swimming pool but this is incorrect as the pool is accessed between the next row of buildings. The pool area was sparse with no loungers etc. Decent accomodation overall.

Hi w We are pleased you had a great holiday however some of the comments we are unsure of ? The bathroom is new a season ago, the toilet was spotless complete with bleach and toilet duck, shower gleaming with the screen descaled in between every guest? Toilet duck provided etc?in a hot climate you need to ventilate the room so keeping the window open when you have had a shower, this wasnt done during your stay , The description says sunny first floor balcony with lovely sea views not communal pool views? It says there is a large communal pool with roman steps for ease of access and lovely mature gardens on the complex. We provide not only the outside area with sun loungers , unusual for a townhouse, that’s offers privacy being fully enclosed plus we have the fold up portable sun loungers to take to the pool area for guests. most love this pool area as its such a large pool and lovely and quiet so you have the option of sunny enclosed garden area or by the pool for getting those rays. kind regards Lisa

The house is situated in a nice little development within easy walking distance of beach, shops and many restaurants. The frequent bus service from the strip into Pafos meant that no car hire was needed. Lisa and Felix have thought of everything. Taxi was booked both ways; the key safe was easy to operate and meant that we did not have to worry about losing a key at the beach and the welcome pack was the best we have ever received. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. The safe in the bedroom was an unexpected bonus. The lower sitting room was a cool peaceful relaxing area. Lovely sunny outdoor spaces too.

Villa stay

Hi Lisa+Felix. Thank you very much for letting us use your villa for our holiday in Cyprus this year we enjoyed it immensely, the villa was ideal for us because of it's central location with the strip just a gentle stroll away as was the local bus stop, thank you for the welcome pack it was a nice surprise, your villa is very nice and well looked after with everything we needed for our stay. The only niggle was the hot water system doesn't appear to be heated by the sun so we had to keep using the emersion boost button but again thank you for letting us stay. Hi we are so glad you had a lovely stay with us and would come back again its lovely for future guest to hear about the villa being well equipped, good outside space and fab location . so glad you enjoyed the welcome pack, we feel this helps guests settle on esp on evening arrivals so they dont have to go off shopping on arrival. there arent solar panels on this development but the immersion is in the bathroom and heats the water really quickly and efficiently kind regards Lisa and Felix

Well managed & equipped townhouse close to Coral Bay.

This is an excellent property that is well managed & equipped with a great location within 500M from Coral Bay bars & restaurants. We went is August and the complex was quiet & very relaxing but within walking distance of all you need. We didn't even hire a car which was a first for many years as the local supermarket was 15 min walk & many excursions picked us up at the Ascos hotel which is adjacent to the property. It is always difficult to get that balance between being near to all the amenities but also having a healthy distance buffer for peace & quiet but this property struck that balance perfectly for us. We never needed to contact the lady that managed the property whilst on holiday because everything was sorted. It is also good value for money. We get more than we expected. Well done to the manager + owner. That is how it should be done.

Home from Home with Sunshine

We had a fantastic stay at the townhouse , it was quiet , spotlessly clean and well equipped . The area is perfect for eating out at the strip In coral bay which is a 5 minute leisurely stroll although the kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook . We didn't hire a car and Lisa booked us a return taxi which was brilliant and we used the local bus that goes all the way into Paphos harbour for 1.50 euros each way . The sandy beach of coral bay is a nice walk of about 15 mins great for kids and adults alike although we enjoyed going for long walks in the mornings either locally or from the Harbour at Paphos passed the lighthouse and along the coast and in the afternoon going for a swim and then just lounging ( the townhouse has sun all day ) if you want it . The internet and tv is as good as at home so my husband didn't miss out on his sport as they have all the normal English channels and some more so he was happy , Men and their sports ! Would love to visit again soon and can thoroughly recommend staying here what ever the type of holidays you enjoy it covers all bases .

Appartement très bien équipé, au calme et avec une vue mer incroyable. Notre hôte a été très disponible et pleine d'attention.Je recommande ce logement à 100%.

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.

This property is in the most perfect location for holiday makers, genuinely no car needed, the communal pool is a stunner offering sunny relaxing days.It is hard to get a good value holiday in an area such as Coral Bay and this provides it.
