We had a great time! Our host (Jim S) kept in contact with us, check in was easy and the property and beach were just everything I was hoping for. Can't wait to return.

The courtyard was thoughtfully designed, and included a large communal grill and accessories. The access to the ocean was remarkable and the beach was beautiful which was the primary reason we chose to stay at Pelican Point.

Surf trip to Rincon

Was a surf trip with mu two sons and their friends.Perfect location. The host could not have been more knowledgeable or helpful with places to surf or eat. I can not wait to go back.

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay and was stunned by the view and the location right on the beach! We had an apartment on the ground floor (D) that opened right into the garden and the beach. We made use of the hammocks, the bbq and just loved our stay. Kerry was very responsive and the playero even asked to clean our rental car. Honestly the stay exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back.

We try and make this part shine, even during weddings or events hosted here. Probably 33% of our guests are returning families/guests that visit us each season. Locals across PR book with us a year in advance (especially in the summer months) as they can bring their extended families and enjoy the famous Sandy Beach, BBQ's inside the beachfront courtyard, & maintain their privacy in the apartments. Always you're welcomed here Nathalie, you guys were awesome.

Excellent property to have a great family vacation

We had an amazing time at this property, it’s a beautiful place and very comfortable and convenient access to the beach right off the backyard, the property has everything you need from umbrellas to very well equipped. We got the great opportunity to meet with the property manager wish is an incredible human being who went the extra mile to make sure that our stay was as we expected.We definitely recommend it this property and for sure we will be looking forward to stay there again.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Pelican Point Review

Unbelievable spot on the beach. If you enjoy waking up and having your coffee overlooking the surf, this is the place to be. If you surf, you cannot beat it. Jim was a great host and helpful in connecting us with local resources such as boards/restaurants/etc. Will be back. Kevin

Best VRBO I've stayed at

Very nice location right on the beach. Like you go out the back door and BOOM, you're in the ocean. One of the best sandy beaches I've been to. Not crowed either.I loved the courtyard, we ate almost all our meals out there. The condo had everything you need in the kitchen, separate bedrooms, and even satellite TV. It was so relaxing. Surfboard rentals were just 2 properties down. There are restaurants within walking distance and a large grocery store in town with everything you need.

Wisconsin winter escape

What’s there to say? Perfect weather. Amazing location on Sandy Beach with restaurants and coffee within walking distance. The location is even more beautiful and relaxation inducing than the pictures convey. The beach, water, waves are amazing. Had several bbq’s in the courtyard. Great gathering place. The owner Jim was more than welcoming and ensured that myself and other guests’ were more than pleased with our stay. Going back in July with my daughters. Recommend without reservation!

Second time staying in the same unit. Even more fun this time.

This place is AWESOME. When the water is calm it's super clear and great for snorkeling and spearfishing. When the waves show up its a top notch surfing beach. Not too many places in the world that have both but this place does. Not to mention the back yard is literally the beach. The property is clean and really safe. The hammmocks, grill station (huge), and outdoor tables were really cool. Nice AC, wifi, and a good TV for relaxing indoors. Town is just a couple of minutes away and there are tons of restaurants everywhere. It was sad to leave, but I will definitely be coming back again for a third time.

Very short stay

We had to spend the first night without power, due to a power outage and no electric generator provided by the owner. The outage continued for the next day and we have to move to another place. Excellent location and a great view. Very important to know that Rincon has continuous power outages after Hurricane Maria and you have to paid in full for a night with no electricity for refrigerator, AC & TV. José

Beautiful

We cannot wait to go back! The property is beautiful and the location is perfect! We walked to restaurants, shops, and to the old Spanish wall down the beach. The entire time we were there I just could not believe how beautiful it was! The shared outdoor space is what makes this property stand out from the others. We spent lots of time on the swings and in the hammocks. My son chose to sleep in the patio hammock rather than in a bed and I kinda wish I had thought of it first. The owner sent a list of recommended restaurants and things to do before we arrived which led us to good food and a great sea glass spot! The property manager went out of his way to be helpful. We plan to return each year!

We had a wonderful stay! Jim (host) and Eddie were absolutely fantastic; they were friendly, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything. The location couldn't be better, with direct beachfront access and beautiful views. There's also a cute little restaurant and bar right next door, which made it so convenient to grab a meal or a drink without going far. The area was quiet and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront getaway!

Perfect Location in Rincón

This is a great property at a great location. Close to all the popular surf breaks in Rincón. It has everything you need at a reasonable price, and the setting can’t be beat. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance or a short drive as well. Very smooth check-in / check-out process.

Great stay for niece’s wedding & mini vacation!

My family & I stayed for 5 nights & it was fantastic. Easy check in with lockbox. The apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean, well stocked & spacious ( Apt. D ground floor). Everyone staying on the premises were super friendly & generous. I felt like I was truly on an island. The decor of the apt. Is rustic island vintage vibe with the BEST view !!!! I love the courtyard absolutely a private paradise. For an apartment it was fully stocked & Jim made sure there was start up paper towels, bathroom tissue, a small bar of bath soap, dish detergent & there was even salt, pepper, coffee filters & start up coffee etc… these are items that an owner doesn’t have to supply because this is not a guest house, hotel room, or B&B, you are renting an apartment so this was very nice of Jim. We were very appreciative! There are so MANY great things about this establishment that I can go on & on. If you want that tropical authentic Puerto Rico experience this is the place but if you are looking for a resort environment with toiletries & amenities then this place is not for you. THANK YOU JIM!!’ WE LOVED YOUR PERFECT PARADISE. We are looking forward to staying there again when visiting my family in Rincon.

Pelican Point is Our Happy Place!

This is the perfect beach getaway! Sparkling clean, gorgeous location and very attentive owner. This property never disappoints. We had a lovely time with our family. We absolutely LOVED this place. The apartment was clean, super cute and right on the Ocean with the most beautiful views, you will ever see. It is in walking distance to many local places and we always felt safe and protected. Jim, the property owner, was so helpful. It was evident that he wanted our stay to be the best it could be.

Great courtyard with a great view

Our favorite part of the stay was being right on the beach. The outdoor courtyard area was really nice. Rockers, loungers, hammocks and tables are all available to use during your stay. The outdoor cooking area was another great touch. We cooked out with the most amazing view. Our host was easy to reach, friendly and accommodating. We’re already talking about coming back with a bigger group of people. Now, let’s talk food. Def get a burger from Big Kahuna. Yes, a burger in Puerto Rico. Also, get a pincho from the side of the road stand just before getting to the Rincon lighthouse. Oh and the Rincon Bakery was the best of the several we tried.

Best place in Rincon!

We absolutely loved our stay at Pelican Point! We are extended family with kids, teens and adults. We rented the PH and apt D on the ground floor. It was super convenient for our group.In fact we commented several times throughout the week how happy we were with our choice of where to stay in Rincon. The apartments are clean and beachy. The courtyard with hammocks and chairs are perfect and makes it so you don’t have to rent. The beach is the best in the area and has a sandy bottom. There are also several very good spots to eat within walking distance that are very good. Most of all Jim was very helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk with! I highly recommend Pelican Point! We will be back.

Rincon Oasis

To say our unit and host was impressive, does not give our stay justice. If you’re looking for a beach front, stunning, serene rental, look no further.
