Stairs have a steeper pitch than a standard staircase and made from varnished hardwood with slightly narrow treads.

Fabulous sitting room with wonderful views over the saltmarshes to the sea and estuary. Wood floor, comfortable corner sofa and leather chair. Large flat screen television with access to Netflix (please use own login), iPod dock, wall mounted electric flame effect fire. Patio doors to first floor deck with contemporary style garden furniture and parasol.

Outside:
A small courtyard garden with garden furniture and a hot tub at the rear. Access from the sitting room, is a fabulous decked area with garden furniture, and parasol.
Parking on the driveway for a smaller car and on-street parking (which is restricted in summer).
