Velkommen til stranden!

Gæster i enhed 203 bliver mødt af et vægmaleri, malet af ejeren, af vores smukke strand. Andet unikt kunstværk findes i hele enheden.
Granit bordplader, en smilhval og en interessant frø er funktioner i køkkenet.
Den røde, gule og sorte farveskala i stuen er dramatisk fremhævet af et smukt tyrkisk tæppe. En nysgerrig pelikan holder et vågent øje over rummet.

Det lyse, luftige soveværelse er det perfekte sted at slappe af efter en travl dag på stranden. I det tilstødende badeværelse er karikaturer af mennesker på stranden og "Evolution of a Beauty Queen" sikkert et smil.
Denne enhed er beliggende nær den vestlige ende af bygningen, så du kan slappe af i skyggen og nyde de betagende tidlige morgen solopgange sammen med den vidunderlige udsigt over golfen og stranden. Nærliggende trapper giver dig hurtig adgang til stranden - kun få skridt væk!

Condo is on the Beach and the view is great. They supply the beach chairs and umbrella which is a big savings and really nice. Very family friendly.

This property was amazing!!! My family has be going to Destin area for 8 years now and this was one of the cleanest condos we have been too.The other ones have not been dirty or bad at all. I was just amazed at how there was no sand anywhere upon arrival even on the back porch. The beach was an easy walk from the room and was not crowded at all. There where no restaurants with in walking distance witch would have been nice but not a deal breaker. There was plenty within a short drive. Again I believe this is worth it to have a less busy beach.

Amazing hospitality, they left us a bottle of champagne and a cheesecake for our anniversary. Amazing place. Great view, very quiet and clean. Short drive to all of the good restaurants and shops in the area. We didn’t want to leave! We will be returning. Thanks again.

Loved everything about the HRSC. Was very quiet except for one family that seemed to think everyone would like their music, which we did not, nor how loud they played it. One of the maintenance guys also had to tell them that they were not allowed to drink their drinks in the pool. Other than that, it was fabulous.

Beautiful views!

We loved our stay at Unpack and Unwind! The balcony had beautiful views and we even saw some dolphins. The beach chairs and umbrella were a bonus. We even extended our stay an extra day. We will be back!

Reviewer Comments: We were to stay in unit 203 for 30 days we asked to be moved after 12 days, due to constant construction around us.The staff were accommodating and allowed us to relocate to unit 109. So far All is good.This experience rating is given midway thru our stay.

Destin Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a Beautiful condo. We enjoyed the view of the Emarald green gulf from the balcony and saw dolphins every morning! The condo was very clean with comfortable furnishings. The beach chair service was a great bonus. This unit on the second floor was next to the stairs just steps from the beach. It was only a short drive to restaurants and activities. The Holiday Surf and Racquet Club was very well maintained and safe. We would definitely stay at this complex and this condo again.

Perfect Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location of the complex & the unit itself. We have the view of the tennis courts (in good condition)& of the gulf. Kitchen has the necessary utensils one needs; adequate bath towels. Cons: bed was on the firm-side; felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Couch looked & felt worn out. Not a deal-breaker for us but considering this is a Racquet Club complex we expected Tennis Channel to be available, especially since BNP Paribas was on that week.
