Hello, and thank you so much for staying with us! We are happy to hear you enjoyed the location, and easy access to the beach. As well as the beach service, and the push carts and luggage racks to help you with unloading your luggage. We are sorry to hear you had a few issues as well. In regard to the Wi-Fi, we have just got a new system in which there is a router directly in your unit which will only be accessed by you during your stay with us as well as a Wi-Fi that you can access when in the lobby. The Wi-Fi in your unit should have been a great speed and with minimum interference so if there was a big issue, we are very sorry to hear this and will work with our provider to ensure that does not happen again! In regard to the items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage liners. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, but we do inform each guest with our confirmation emails that we do provide the first round of each of those items, but it is up to guest to provide the replacement for those first items during their stay if they are needed, as we are a condo association and not a hotel. With that being said we will absolutely take your feedback into consideration and try to address this for the future!
