Øverste etage (syvende) endeenhed Tættest på stranden, så tæt på, at du kan høre de bølgende sammenbrud og føle den saltede brise!

Holiday Surf 701 har flisegulve i køkken og badeværelser med tæppe i stuen og soveværelserne. Enheden sover 6 med en konge seng i master, to enkeltsenge i gæst soveværelset og en dronning sovesofa i opholdsrummet. Familieværelse og soveværelse er ved havet med balkon. Selv gæsteværelset har en fantastisk udsigt over stranden!
Med et 42 "fladskærms-tv i stuen og fladskærms-tv i begge soveværelser, alle med DVD-afspillere og gratis WIFI.

Holiday Surf 701 er blevet opdateret pænt med et frisk køkken med både en K-cup og Drip Coffeemaker til din fornøjelse, samt nye soveværelsesmøbler inklusive en ny Sealy-madras. Gæsteværelset har også nye luksuriøse skummadrasser til den ultimative komfort.

Best trip!

Very clean kitchen stocked with everything you need. Had Tupperware bowls we used to put sandwiches for beach. Plenty of towels and opportunity for linen exchange. Loved having umbrella and chairs provided with our room. Staff excellent nice area felt safe at all times. We are talking about going next year and get a 3 bedroom condo.

The Perfect Beach Condo

First visit to Destin

This was our first trip to Destin and it was beyond our expectations. Gorgeous views of the ocean and it was wonderful to have your morning coffee on the balcony while listening to the ocean!

Beautiful property

Our stay was great. This property and the beach are smoke free. Great for some but not advertised. I’m sure most visitors are smoke free and great for them. Again, the property is beautiful but it doesn’t advertise the laws of being a smoker.

Destin holiday

Location was great, beach access was awesome. The room could use some updating but was fine overall. Complaint was the acces to our room from the one elevator location. It was quite a walk outside but there were carts to utilize for transporting groceries etc.

Always excelent

We have been staying at this property for the past 2 years and planning on doing it every year, we always try to get the same unit. Love the place, the view, the people. I highly recommend it. The personel also great people to accomodate your needs and fix any issues you have.

Amazing, simply amazing!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. From the beautiful views of the beach and water. The staff was super friendly and helpful! We were having some issues figuring out the TVs and the gentleman at the front desk came up and showed us how to fix the issue. Mr. Wayne was the sweetest! Starting off the day with his smile and places to go and see while we were there! Overall, it was just amazing!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not impressed with the inside. Felt like a cheap motel. Outdated and worn out.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Could use some updating in furnishings and fixtures. Twin beds in the 2nd bedroom were placed in a position that makes it impossible to open the closet so be prepared to move the bed a little. A cost of paint, some counter tops and a few things could really help this place. But it has all you need for a fun week at the beach.
