Når du går i vores condo på MARKET STREET INN i SANDESTIN ™, vil du blive taget af udsigten til lagunen poolen. Det inviterer blå farvande og palmetræ beder dig til at tage en dukkert. Tilbring varme sommeraftener lounging på den store balkon og tag den tropiske atmosfære!

Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret ... så hvis du vil lave en hurtig snack eller en fuldblæst middag ... har du alt hvad du har brug for. Køkkenet har plads til seks med yderligere bar sæder til tre mere. Vores soveværelse med soveværelse har en kingsize-seng, fladskærms 40 "TV & DVD-afspiller og et stort badeværelse med dobbelt forfængelighed og et separat badekar og bruser. Gæstesoveværelset har en queensize-seng og fuld sovesofa, 40 "fladskærms-tv og DVD-afspiller sammen med et andet badeværelse. For din bekvemmelighed tilbyder vores sommerhus en vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, gratis garageparkering og gratis WIFI.

Great location and condo

We arrived while construction was being conducted on the balcony of the condo; however, the owner made the situation right immediately. The location is ideal for a family, and we enjoyed our off-season stay.

The property is exactly as pictured. Neale was beyond amazing and communicated back so quickly for any question we had. We definitely recommend this rental and location. We will definitely stay again!!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. We loved being able to walk around the wharf dinning, shopping and watching fireworks! Everyone was friendly and fun. We will be back.

Truly Impressed

We've stayed in San Destin 4 or 5 times and this was probably our favorite rental. Great location and beautiful rental. Loved it!

Spring / Golf Get away

Great location, great weather! We enjoyed all the amenities of Sandestin resort and the surrounding communities. First time visiting this area. We stayed a week and loved every minute of it. We will be back again - hopefully sooner than later!

Perfect location

Loved everything about this condo. It was perfect for our family of 5. The view and proximity to the pool were so convenient. Something going on at Bayside Wharf every night. Tram to the beach was helpful. Only downside to this condo was the parking situation. When we arrived the parking deck was full. Having to unload luggage was not the easiest process. Other than that, amazing!!! We would stay here again for sure!!

Great Condo!

We had a great week in Sandestin! The condo was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and it was extremely clean upon arrival. Whoever does the turnover service does a phenomenal job! This was our second year staying in Baytown Wharf and it’s the perfect vacation for young families. Something for everyone!

Everthing was great. If you are staying here make sure you take extra covers it gets cold in there.

Check in was GREAT dont have to wait im line just go straight to the room. View to watch kids at pool was perfect. Easy access to garage amd pool area. LOVED IT.

Perfect Family Getaway

The property itself was very clean, updated and had everything we needed for our stay. We were alerted to a small problem with the floorboards just prior to our stay but it didn’t bother our stay at all. We also had a problem with the WiFi during our stay and the tech/management was responsive within minutes to help us solve it. Communication was fabulous and friendly! We can’t wait to visit again!

Just what we needed!

We enjoyed our stay. The communication was great and easy to follow. The area is very well maintained and pretty easy to maneuver. I appreciated the parking spot in the garage. The condo was very nice. The space was great and decor was lovley. I enjoyed the patio every morning for cofffee. The area eventhough busy was quiet and relaxing.

Beautiful Grounds

We thoroughly enjoyed the properties and all that was available. Since we were off season, it was not busy at all at the shops and restaurants. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the pools were lovely, with plenty of lounge chairs. The condo itself is nice but it could use a few updates, specifically a new mattress and dishes that are not chipped and stained.

Family Vacation 2023

The property is absolutely beautiful and private. Close to everything. Clean and convenient access to restaurants and shopping. The only negative is that the bed mattresses were not too comfortable. However, that would not be enough to keep me from coming back!

Had a great family vacation!!

The condo/property was very clean and we had a great view of the pool with lots of families enjoying the water. We were within walking distance of shops, restaurants and activities. The beach is 5-10 minutes away but there is a tram that runs all day. It's an easy on/off to the beach. Our property manager, Neal, was great and responded quickly to questions. What a fun time! I would stay here again!

We loved our stay! Everything about the listing was accurate and no complaints about anything. The location is perfect because the tram is included in the stay so we took it to beach each day then hit up the pool that is steps away and then back to our room to get ready for dinner. Then steps away to many dining options. Only thing that was hard was the garage parking is tight and it’s hotter than you know what down there so loading and unloading the car you needed a shower after. I would stay here again and again!

Great condo as far as location and cleanness.

No problems with anything, however I would suggest to the owner to have a small cooler in the unit. Also, really feel like it would be a great if there was someone selling beer at the pool, but that more for the actual property management.
