Hi Cynthia, Thanks for your feedback. We are glad to hear the place was clean, though we are sorry to hear the stay didn’t quite meet your expectations. Just to clarify a few things—our listing does mention that we don’t provide coffee or filters, but we’re always happy to answer any questions in advance of a booking. We do provide tissues, including extras in the cabinets, and would have gladly brought more over if we’d known they were missing. There is outdoor seating near the laundry room for guest use, but I’ll make a note to clarify that better in the listing.
