Retirement Trip

Clean, cozy condo with a wonderful view from the lanai. Perfect for having coffee and listening to the waves and watching the whales. Would definitely stay again.

OCEANVIEW PARADISE

Love the oceanview from the patio. Beach at walking distance along with upscale restaurants and bar and grills. Plus bus stops very close. Condo was well stocked and comfortable.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our time in this condo. It was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and a nice lanai for eating outdoors. The unit's location gives a bit more privacy on the lanai than some others in the same condo complex. There was ample parking and restaurants within walking distance. We also really appreciated that we were allowed to stay in the unit past the regular checkout time because nobody was checking in the day we were leaving. With a late flight that made the last day much more convenient - thank you!!. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Amazing Vacation

We had an amazing stay! It’s the perfect location. There are shops near by and a cute fruit market. The pool and bbq area are fantastic! You can hear the waves in the living room in the evening. You can fall asleep to the rolling waves if you sleep in the living room.

Cozy little Condo

We enjoyed the condo. It had just about every amenity we could ask for. The view from the lanai was outstanding. Noise was minimal. Please replace key box as it is rusted and difficult to replace. Overall a great little place to stay.

MY HALF MARATHON IN MAUI

This unit was beautiful. We couldn't be any closer to the ocean than we were. The view, the hospitality of our host.. First Class. I would book it again and again.

Paradise on Maui

Hearing the waves all night long was heavenly! Perfect one bedroom place on the beach! Coffee on the patio was beautiful with the birds singing. The shaded patio was a bonus. Such a great location on the island! We watched whales spout from the front yard on beach! The views of Molokai were gorgeous! We moved to the Westin and did not have as good of views or the sound of the waves. Fantastic stay!

Amazing location for whale watching!

For a family of four (two kids), this was perfect place. Location is awesome as we got to see many whales during our stay in March. Amazing sunset views in the evening. You can see Molokai island. Kids were able to enjoy there time in water. Unit does not have AC, but there are ceiling fans and extra fans available. Overall had great experience.

Convenient

Able to park the huge truck the rental company gave us due to no others available! Nice place and location. Would be nice to have a metal front screen door for the wind, and for the stairs to the beach to be fixed. But we loved it, thank you!

Everything was wonderful. The one thing I would mention is the Restroom on the bottom floor going to the pool. I was at the pool a few times and needed to use the restroom. There was a lock on the door and no way to get inside. This was a little disappointing since hanging above it, it said Restroom, so it really didn’t make sense.

Well located property

Getting into the unit was easy but no one available to provide parking pass after 5 pm. The view was as advertised but a little disappointed that there was no beach at the property. However, plenty of great beaches within an easy drive and one you could walk to in about ten minutes. Host had no one checking in after our stay so was very accommodating with a late checkout so that we could enjoy Maui for a little while longer.

Paki Maui

We had a lovely time. If you require brand new, may not be for you. Unit was cute, nicely maintained, clean (most important) and comfortable. Could tell there has probably been periodic updates. Great feeling of private ocean view from lanai. Bedroom has shuttered window by outer hall walkway, so could get noise of people walking or talking as going by, but all rooms are of same design. That being said, we found it fairly quiet during our time. We did close at bedtime and were comfortable with the ceiling fan going. Lovely little sheltered beach to play and snorkel though had to work way down rocks over wall to get to. We could walk across street to pick up food which was great. This is definitely a place we would return to. Thank you!!

Condo in Honokowai

Condo comfortable. Lots of amenities packed into small space. Beachfront, could watch whales from lanai. Really appreciated the good binoculars!! Fans great, didn't get hot. Big doors opening to lanai felt like inside-out living space. Easy check-in and out. Boogie board, beach umbrella, cooler bags, beach chairs provided and great to have. Comfortable bed in bedroom. Small kitchen if you want to cook but had everything we needed, including good ice maker. Corner unit so was nice onky having neighbor on one side. Only slightly negatives. With windows and doors open there is transiet noise, i.e., people walking by in halls, trash pick-up, lanai next door.... But short lived and to be expected for number of units packed in. View from couch is next door building because unit is on end. But if you face the ocean on lanai, you can ignore that view. First floor unit off ground so have to walk out backside, downstairs to parking lot and then take sidewalk around to front of unit. Again, not a problem but good to know ahead of time, esp if you have kids. Easy communication with manager. Location great for walking around Honowokua. Farmer market across street several days/week. Sand beach next door at park. Ocean in front of unit has tiny sand beach at low tide with a reef out front so there is a little protected swimming area. Pool, hot tub, bbq available at other end of condos. Good value for beachfront 1 bedroom spot that is a part of a larger pack-them -in condo spread.

Perfect Unit!

THIS condo is in the perfect location!! At Paki Maui, where it's immensely lush is Christine’s wonderful, private, quiet condo with easy access to waterfront AND activities. The property is beautiful and well maintained with a waterfall, tropical gardens to walk through and a koi pond. Unlike most other condos, the lanai IS super private! It’s been updated since I was there last year and has charming new flooring and a remodeled, gorgeous walk-in shower. She provides Tommy Bahama beach chairs, boogie boards, noodles and an umbrella so that you don’t have to rent/buy them. Christine is so easy to work with and the wi-fi is top-notch so you can take and post videos and/or tiktoks or facetime family and friends all while your toes are in the sand!!! I’ve been vacationing on Maui (mostly at Paki Maui) for over a decade and if your party is 2 to 3 people – THIS is the condo for you!!

Great Stay

This was a great place ro stay. We enjoyed the view with the sunsets and rainbows. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and playing which was really helpful. It is minutes from great beaches and LaHaina shopping areas.

The place was perfect, just as the pictures show. We landed in Maui hours before we planned to, and Christine was able to accommodate us with no issue. Would definitely stay again.

Great little condo perfect for the on-the-goers

My boyfriend, best friend and I stayed here and it was perfect for us. Christine was a great host with friendly communication and accommodated an early check in. As some of the reviews note, it is on the smaller side but who really hangs out inside a condo when they are in Hawaii anyway! The rental came equipped with beach supplies (towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler) which was awesome to have on hand and made our beach experience 10x better. It should be noted that there is not AC but there are plenty on fans to utilize. The location was great and felt very safe. Personally, I didn't want to stay right in the middle of the downtown area but this was a convenient 10-15 minute drive to the hustle and bustle of downtown Lahaina. There was plenty to choose from within walking distance including a beach park right next to the rental property, coffee shops, Farmers Market (get the smoothie bowl- amazing!), convenience stores, food options, spa, grocery store, etc. There were quite a few beaches within a 5 minute drive of the rental too.

Nice condo on the beach

Nice little condo on the beach. Beautiful views. The room was nice but could use some upgrades. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and Christine was great to work with.
