That is so kind of you Michael and Gloria. Too bad so sad that you couldn't stay longer as the weather was glorious compared to the rest of the world's ice and snow covered areas of over 14 states. So glad you got to spend some quality time with your family and were able to quickly get around this big metroplex. As in Iowa, Phoenix is like a grid system on graph paper. I sure enjoyed spending time with you when you arrived and today to say farewell and safe travels. Come ANYTIME~

Many patients from MAYO and a few other medical facilities in close proximity have stayed here and we call it the "healing house" as everyone who went through their processes and stayed here is doing quite well now and that's comforting in itself. I'm glad you are relatively close to drive and if you need to come again, for whatever reason--maybe not MAYO for your health's sake but for just to be in Phoenix for other reasons other than medical, you are certainly invited. Ah, Nicole. Your whole family was a true delight. You are welcome anytime. You left the home in such perfect shape like you found it and I really will miss you being here. Truly loving Ohio mid-westerners are always so nice and it was a pleasure meeting everyone of your dear group. I am so glad that you would be returning to stay at my property in the future. I did notice you mentioned a couple of challenges on your review. These challenges would have been avoided if you would have shared a few minutes (15 minutes at best) of your time to meet with me at the property and go over the do's and don'ts. I spend almost $300 per month for upgraded (1,000 gigs) internet and TV services/movies/music. Never do I get that there are internet connection problems. I am very glad that our property has many upgrades; being well stocked, extremely clean/sterilized, extra bedding, towels, sheets, cooking and kitchen utensils; on and on what people tell me; In fact they say they have never had a VRBO this well stocked. Those are things to hoot about--less things you have to buy once you arrive! I realize graduation can be a hectic time for everyone but you were here for 5 days and I tried to gain that 15 minutes early in the a.m. or late in the day but you chose not to be available. I find that by meeting with guests things normally run very smoothly and no hiccups whatsoever. Once again, I am glad to hear you will returning and at that time I can meet you and see you in the future. All best wishes and fond regards; I'm glad you sent me your photos so that I can at least see what beautiful people you are. For those reasons, I do not do instant booking; I want to know who I'm renting and opening my home to for the duration to be able to please and convenience you. This is not a hotel. You left the home immaculate and the maids though of course take 3 hours to go back through everything so that it is germ free and to your cleanliness test. What great guests I am blessed with and then you come along for a graduation for Mayo Hospital for your daughter-in-law and set a new bar. Its too bad for the past 5 years you didn't find us until just now when they will be moving to their internship which luckily w be just a few hours from your home in Nebraska. I so wish there would be a next time as I have many lovely repeat be-back guests and love conversations and sharing each others' experiences. True friends. I feel like I had known you for years.
