Very nice place has all the things you need to prepare meals,cooler, beach towels and chair and shelling sifters we loved that! Also the neighbor, Julie is very nice and sweet !

My husband and I had such a wonderful time staying here. The location was great! We were within walking to the beach, restaurants, and coffee shops. We loved the area it was truly a peaceful stay. Highly recommend!

Host was prompt in answering all questions and suggested places to go and things to do. Property was clean, very nice, comfortable beds, and within walking distance to beach and free bus. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Washer and dryer was included.

Great place to stay

We found it just as described, nice quiet location, short walk to beach, lots of extras provided, Joel checked in with us a few times which we appreciated, we have rented at different places but never had the service Joel gives, he is really concerned you enjoy your stay and needs are met which they certainly were. Would definitely recommend this cute place to stay.

Great little spot

Perfect place to stay a couple blocks from the beach. A great location on the island for families. The house is well maintained and the yard has a lot to offer with different tropical trees and plants.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay!The place was spotless and very well-maintained.The location couldn't be better-just a short walk to the beach and super convenient for getting around the island.Everything was exactly as described, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. Perfect accommodations for a beach vacation!

My 4 year old son and I had everything we needed and then some for a lovely beach vacation! The home is clean and well maintained, you are provided with supplies for the beach so we didn’t need much at all! Would certainly stay again!

This was our first time visiting Anna Maria Island, and both the property and host exceeded our expectations!The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and from the moment we arrived, the property felt warm, welcoming, and truly like a home away from home.Host was an outstanding from start to finish. He was responsive, thoughtful, and even checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. His attention to detail and genuine care for his guests made the experience even more special.We loved everything about this property and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Anna Maria Island. Perfect beach getaway

Wow, we had the time of our lives here. This little place is exactly as described. 8 min walk to beach, in the most neighborly part of the island. Everything you need is here, well stocked kitchen bikes, beach gear galore. All you need is a bathing suit!

Amazing trip to AMI

Joel was very helpful and gave great suggestions for our first trip to AMI. Having the bikes on site was an amazing perk! We rode 3-4 miles every day to explore the island. Only a two minute bike ride to the beach! Would recommend this property!

Fantastic First Time in AMI

This was our family's first time staying on AMI and Songbird made it great! The location right in the center of Holmes Beach made everything easily accessible by the bikes (that were provided) or by walking. The house was exactly as advertised and met our needs. We were comfortable both indoors or on the back patio overlooking an expansive backyard. I would highly recommend staying here!

A great place to stay on beautiful Anna Maria

The house is clean and comfortable and very well equipped, every thing you could possibly need seems to be available here from buckets and spades to picnic baskets, torches and food processors! It is also very well placed to get to the beach, local shops and restaurants and the free Anna Maria trolley. There may well be some smarter homes for rental on the island but not at this sort of price and Joel is great to deal with, he makes sure that his guests are well informed and happy with all aspects of the rental.

Did it really have to end?

Our stay at Joel’s house was wonderful. My girlfriend and I, my daughter and her friend all had a great time on AMI. Joel goes above and beyond by great communication before and during our stay. Very quiet neighborhood, house was clean and it had everything you need for a awesome AMI beach vacation. Thank you Joel for a great stay.

What you see on line is what you get. Small space as advertised great for a single or couple. Clean and efficient. Host was great with any support needed. This is old Florida type cottage. Great central location on the island. Make sure to stop at Scotty's Deli.

Our family of 4 absolutely loved our stay! The house is as described and has everything you need. Kitchen is well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. No beach chairs since Helene, but we honestly didn't need them because we spent all of our time in the beautiful water! Beach access was very easy and we never had trouble finding somewhere to park. PSA : Rent a golf cart! We had a wonderful week at Quiet Nights of Quiet Stars and are already planning our next visit. Hopefully sooner than later! Joel was great with communicating with me before, during and after our stay. Even with my silly questions! He's a great host and we look forward to renting from him again soon!

Great location and loved the bikes.

We stayed at the Songbird, side B, the last week of February and wish it could have been longer. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for 2. It is in a great loction. Joel called a few times while we were there to see if we needed anything. He is a wealth of information for resturants, activities, etc. One day we went to Brandenton for a spring training baseball game which was so much fun. We rode the bikes to resturants and to the beach every day. The island is so beautiful. We hope to return again during the winter months.

Amazing Vacation

This wonderful cottage has all the comforts of home and a few extra! Joel is absolutely wonderful to work with! We stayed through tropical storm Debby, and still had a terrific time. The cottage was well stocked with books and movies to carry us through the rainy days. The bikes were so much fun, we enjoyed exploring the island with them. There was always something to do, we loved the free trolley, I think we only actually drove once all week. Captain Kathe's Pup Pup tour was amazing, she was very fun and laid back. We have two children ages 10 and 17 and there was something for everyone. They are still talking about the trip and we can not wait to return!
