Beachfront ejendom med opvarmet pool på Sunset Terrace

Sunset Terrace er en rolig familie orienteret kompleks, der består af kun 18 enheder. Dette er ikke din typiske Florida megaplex. Vi er stolte af begrænset udlejning. Dette smukt indrettede, nyligt renoveret to soveværelser, to badeværelser Condo er placeret direkte på stranden, og tilbydes med fuld bekvemmeligheder. Enhed 107 har et stort soveværelse med queen size seng, tv og master badeværelse samt privat balkon og et andet soveværelse med to enkeltsenge og badeværelse. I lejligheden har en rummelig opholdsstue med screenet i Lanai med udsigt over bugten. Der er også en spisestue og spise på køkken bar til at supplere det fuldt udstyrede køkken. En queen size luftmadras med elektrisk pumpe er også til rådighed for yderligere sovende rejsearrangementet hvis man kan blive revet fra lounge stole på Lanai. Vaskemaskine og tørretumbler inkluderet i enheden. Strand stole, legetøj, gummibåde også inkluderet.

The condo was amazing with amazing views and only steps to the ocean. We loved that there was a storage room downstairs for all your beach stuff. That was very handy.

Absolutely great experience

We stayed here from 4/19 - 4/26/25. The condo unit is located in an exceptional location. We practically had the beach to ourselves the entire week. It is centrally located and near countless restaurants, bars and other beaches. They provide a storage unit with beach chairs, umbrella, floats and other beach items. The balcony overlooks the beach and gulf and it is a mere 100 feet to the water. I have stayed in many beachfront condos and while all of them have minor things that you could complain about this one provided everything we needed for our stay. The unit was spacious and comfortable. The pool at the condo site was an added bonus. The hosts Karen and Michael were great and communicating with them was a breeze. If we ever come back to this area again we will definitely be re-renting this unit.

Nice place, property managers are very easy to work with. Furniture beginning to become outdated, but you cannot beat the price and location.

The best ocean view

We loved the condo and the location! Very nice and quiet. Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Literally steps away from the beach and the sunsets were amazing! Would definitely stay again!

Awesome location and Awesome Weather

This property is in a great location, easy access to beach and if you don't feel like a beach day a great pool. Beach supplies provided were good ie: chairs, sand castle making equipment etc. It was very hot and did not see a umbrella so we bought one and left for others to use. Close to shopping and great restaurants Great place to stay

Location, Location, Location

This is a wonderful location in Bradenton Beach. We are repeat customers . We love the condo, your own parking spot, the chairs in the storage area for the beach, and of course the beach and sunsets. You can't go wrong renting from them.

Perfect and Roomy!

We were 100% happy with our stay! This condo is exactly as described and the owners did an amazing job communicating. For our family of 5, this place was very roomy. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the ability to see the beach from our room day and night! We were only there for 4 days for a wedding, and this was perfect!

Ahh, The Beach

Overall, great view, location, and space. Well stocked unit as described with comfortable beds. We are older adults and found the stairs manageable--comfortable to climb at our slow pace. :)

Beautiful place

Anna Maria Island is a beautiful island and this unit is so nice. The pictures do not do it justice. The views from the balcony are gorgeous. The storage unit has plenty of beach supplies for everyone. The unit comes with an assigned parking space which is nice. The unit is close to the trolley stops which we used several times. There are plenty of towels, beach towels, pillows, and blankets in the unit. You can not go wrong with this unit.

Girls Weekend

The location of the condo was great, but the condo itself needed some attention that would make a big impact on returning. Outlets needing replacing, master shower didn't work, Ghost ants all over the kitchen, guest bath lights didn't work, guest toilet ran continuously, master bedroom TV had no sound, living room TV not a Smart TV so we couldn't stream any movies. A little effort on the owners part would have definitely made a huge impact. We will not be back.

Great Beachfront Property BUT In Need of Good Clean and on loud street

Condo was right on beach and had a great view. Also loved it was a small, quiet complex, but while updated nicely the unit itself was very dirty - kitchen in particular needs a deep scrub and floor made our feet turn black. Had to wear shoes while in unit. The kitchen is also missing many essentials - only one wine glass!:). And, while complex is quiet it is right on the main island street which is busy and loud. We had a hard time talking while using the pool - Overall a good value for the money, but needs to be deep cleaned.

Outstanding Family Vacation!

My family and I spent the most relaxing and wonderful week in this condo! The views of the beautiful beach and sunset are stellar, and we spent countless hours on the balcony enjoying it all. The area is safe and seems fun, although we did not venture out due to concerns regarding Covid. Between the beach and the pool, our children were always having a great time. The pool is shady in the evening, and we appreciated the owner's use of pool and beach items in the storage unit! We were able to cook every meal in the kitchen. The bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. Much of the furniture and wall paint is newly updated. We used Wal-mart grocery delivery, and would definitely recommend it! The nearby Publix delivers to this location as well (both stores have pick-up services). We would recommend this unit, and look forward to returning some day to experience all that the area has to offer!

Fantastic location on wonderful Anna Maria Island, but condo could use a few fixes

My family of five loved our week on Anna Maria Island. The location of the condo couldn't be better- it is only steps to the beautiful and uncrowded beach and only a block or so to the nearest stop for the free island bus. My kids also made good use of the heated pool! We really appreciated that the owners provided so many towels and beach toys/chairs and a beach tent so that we didn't have to bring any of that with us. Our only issues with the condo were that it seems to be in need of a deep cleaning and there are a few things that need fixing such as the front screen door, the laundry room door, and the balcony furniture (2 of the 3 lounge chairs are cracked). None of these things put much of a damper on our week, but for the price paid I feel they should be addressed. As for Anna Maria Island, I couldn't recommend a better beach vacation! We loved the island because it is very laid-back, quiet, and not bursting at the seams with people. It is truly a relaxing place. We highly recommend Starfish Company in Cortez for delicious seafood and The Happy Paddler for guided kayak tours or unguided rentals. We took our kids out in kayaks for 4 hours and had a blast!

Disappointed

Place is in need of a lot of attention. Was not clean, Clothes in dryer all washed together like dish towels with bath rugs. Pot and pans were so bad we had to purchase new ones to cook with. Hair dryer box but no hair dryer, We purchased and left there. Toaster was so rusted you did not want to use it Furniture is disgusting.. They had a cover on one chair and didn't even fit it Couch was very worn and gross. We had sheets covering furniture at all times. No ceiling fans in any rooms Place smelled very moldy and there were not fans to help ventilate. Light on porch didn't work but my husband did fix that Every time you used hair dryer the breaker would go off. Beautiful setting but place needs so much work.

Thanksgiving on the beach

I am an avid reader of reviews before booking and the reviews were all over on this place. My take away is every review is accurate. The location of the condo is perfect! It’s easily accessible, great parking space, the screened patio makes the place even better, the whole wall opens to enjoy the view/sounds of the gulf, plenty of beach towels/toys/chairs, the pool was so warm, spacious inside, full size washer/dryer was convenient. 5 star all the way on those things, but…it does need some TLC. The blinds need serious help. Several pieces are missing or fall off in your hand when you try to adjust them. We ended up hanging blankets everyday to block the sun. The kitchen is well stocked, but with old mismatched items. An overall top to bottom and inside out cleaning and some touch up painting would be nice. There is no smart tv so no streaming, but plenty of cable/on demand options. The master shower head needs help…we all ended up using the main bathroom shower which did have great pressure. There were some mystery light switches and the main door knob/lock wasn’t always cooperative. The “wet” chair has been covered, but the footstool still felt wet the whole time. We just put a towel over it. After all that I will say this was the PERFECT Thanksgiving break and exactly what my busy family needed for a week! We are already talking about doing it again—same time, same place—next year! Thank you, Mike and Karen, for a great stay and lots of memories!
