I hjertet af Bethany kun 1. 5 blokke fra Hollywood Beach og en blok til downtown, er dette hjem perfekt til flere familier. Konstrueret i 2016 af Delaware-bygherren Marnie Oursler, stjernen i DIY / HGTV-showet Big Beach Builds. BEMÆRK: Huset lejer kun * søndag til søndag * i sommersæsonen og er IKKE tilgængelig for nogen senior strand uge huslejer. Rabatter til rådighed for lavsæson leje af 3 nætter eller mere. Sengetøj ikke inkluderet og kæledyr ikke tilladt - ingen undtagelser.

Det nye hus er indrettet i en moderne California stil og sover komfortabelt 16 (6 soveværelser, hvoraf tre er king size master suiter med bad, 5 5 badeværelser, 2 udendørs brusere). Med et åbent gourmetkøkken (Wolf Range og ovn, SubZero, TWO Bosch opvaskemaskiner og frisk urtehave hævet seng) separat butlers spisekammer og stort opholdsstue, grill og screened-in veranda, spisebordsstole 16, en elevator og lille kontor, to separat vaskeri områder ovenpå og nedenunder, plus et separat tv og opholdsstue for teenagere, gør dette hus nemt familie beachside ferier nemt.     Wonderful property with a great check-in & check-out house manager. Quick walk to the beach. We appreciated the separate kids living room to give some noise separation. Overall, beautifully decorated and great layout. KITCHENKitchen is well stocked and has basic spices. The big ice machine was helpful. While you may see two fridges in the pictures just be cognizant that one is the owner’s fridge. The butler’s pantry was great for organization & not seeing everyone’s groceries all over the place. One item we are suggesting to add is a griddle to make pancakes. BEDROOMSBeds were comfortable.We wish the kids bunks had a proper handle to assist climbing up and down. The wood area is wide for little hands and even adults. As the ladder doesn’t have an angle it’s a bit challenging. Perhaps owners could look to install grab bar for way up.BATHROOMSNice to have so 3 en suites for families plus another two bathrooms. Appreciated the stools in the kid’s bathroom to help little ones get to the sink.MISCELLANEOUS Wish there was a mat inside of the entry foyer on bottom floor. Coming in from showers before entering the house inevitably means wet feet.AC worked well. This was the first house we stayed in with an elevator. Elevator was great for getting items to the different levels. It’s a feature we will now look for.Having the rental of 2 umbrellas & 4 chairs that are set up each day at the beach made it so easy!

    What a Stay!

    The Big Easy is simply beautiful, spotless, and well equipped. I highly recommend it for a large group of all age ranges. It's convenient to downtown and the boardwalk and there is plenty of parking.

    Amazing New Home 2 Blocks from the Beach!

    Amazing beautiful new home that was perfectly designed for large groups at the beach. Property manager helped us check-in and out of the property and was easy to communicate with. Owner was easy to communicate with and had an organized binder on the house and restaurants with personal recommendations. Home was more beautiful than the pictures and descriptions on VRBO! I have been coming to Bethany Beach for 50 years and this was my best stay ever!

    Great Time at the Big Easy

    Large Group Beach Vacation

    Great stay!

    3 different families stayed in the house with 6 kids ranging in ages from 7-14. We had a great time! The house was exactly as listed and really well stocked. Having 3 masters was nice for the adults. The owners gave a ton of information about the area and amenities before the stay which was really helpful. The property manager, Sandy, was lovely and flexible. The chair/umbrella rental at Steen's was a nice bonus. It was nice being so close to downtown. The beach is about a 2 block walk, which isn't bad. If you have a big crew, this is a crowded part of the beach, set up your spot early if you can. Overall, wonderful experience.     Family reunion perfect house

    The house was gorgeous and the absolute perfect location. We were able to walk to all the shops and walk to the beach -a block away everything. The house is very large and spacious. No one felt crowded fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. Was lovely, if we had a family reunion again, I would book for sure!!

    Family Reunion

    Our 3 children, spouses and 9 grandchildren came to Bethany Beach to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. I can't say enough about The Big Easy!!!!! Location was awesome - about 2 blocks off the beach. We rented umbrellas and chairs in addition to the ones provided by the rental home to make it easy for everyone to go to the beach with very little in tow. In addition, everything in the town was within easy walking distance so using cars was rarely needed. The owner, Anna, was SO fast to reply to my questions starting over a year prior to our rental and even when she was out of the country! Anna provided detailed information just prior to our rental week which made the process go very smoothly. The house was so beautiful and easily accommodated our family in all the bedrooms. We even found the home to be so well stocked with kitchen items, books, and entertainment for the children. They absolutely loved the kids' gathering space. The grand-kids even got to tour the firehouse across the street. There was plenty of room for parking our 4 cars. You can not make a wrong decision to rent The Big Easy and we certainly would never hesitate to rent this home in the future.

    Wonderful family vacation at The Big Easy

    My 3 sisters and our families had a wonderful stay at The Big Easy. It’s honestly tough to say what we liked best about the house- our kids loved the back porch, bunk rooms, and kids’ hangout room. The adults loved the spacious great room and proximity to everything- it’s an easy walk to the beach and to town. Thanks to the thoughtful layout, we were more than comfortable even as a larger group. We truly felt “at home” and made memories during this trip that we will never forget. Thank you to Sandy as well for being so responsive and welcoming! We hope to return.

    Lovely house close to beach and shops

    We held our fifth annual family vacation here this year. There were enough bedrooms and room for all of us to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped for almost any kind of cooking. The kids loved being on the ocean side of the highway and so close to the shops, especially the ice cream and candy stores!

    Beautiful property for our multigenerational beach holiday.

    Our family had a wonderful week at “The Big Easy.” Over the years we have stayed in dozens of rentals up and down the eastern seaboard and everyone agreed this was the nicest and most cared for. Everyone enjoyed the well-equipped and nicely appointed kitchen and cooking up wonderful meals. Location is great to walk to town for ice cream and bandstand, and the included umbrella and chair service for the beach made for a lot less to haul the two blocks. Tip for future guests: use the exhaust fan over the stove early and often when cooking with heat. It will help dissipate the residual heat and keep the third floor a more comfortable temp for everyone.

    Can't say enough!

    Our best Bethany trip to date and it had everything to do with the house and location. 4 adult sisters, their families and "Nonna" spent a week and loved every minute of it. The home is comfortable, clean and well-equipped, not to mention, just beautifully decorated. If I had one concern it was that maybe the house was TOO NICE for us, but turns out we didn't mind that at all! We, adults, loved that the beach and boardwalk were so close and we could let the kids come and go without concern.

    Perfect Beach Home

    80th birthday celebration

    We had a great time at this amazing house! It was everything the pictures showed and more! The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to easily cook all the meals we wanted. Two dishwashers were brilliant! The open floor concept made family time cozy and comfortable, but when anyone needed their own time they could comfortable retreat to the privacy of their own rooms! We look forward to coming back!!!

    Wonderful home!

    We stayed at The Big Easy for Thanksgiving and the house is absolutely wonderful! Upon our arrival we met with Sandy, the house manager, and she walked us through the house. She's terrific! The house is in perfect condition, incredibly comfortable, very clean and has a well stocked kitchen. The location cannot be beat and our only complaint is that we had to leave after a week!!!!     One of Our Best Vacations Ever !

    Our family was extremely happy with the property - it had everything we needed and more. Our grandchildren never missed having a swimming pool. The guys drove to the beach early each day to get your provided rental chairs and umbrellas and picked a spot on the beach. They also set up our chairs & umbrellas we brought from home (as we had a group of 15) the girls made lunch and packed the coolers, body boards, sand toys and we all headed out for our fun day. The walk to the beach was a 5 minute walk. We also brought our sand /beach cart which helped a lot. The showers in the garage area were the best for cleaning up after coming home. The open family room area was great for our sing - dance - along we had one night with the children - they had so much fun they asked to do it again the next night! We had plenty of parking for our cars. . A home not to miss !!!

    The Big Easy is just that!

    Great property and location. Even though this is just across the street from the Bethany Firehouse, never had a problem with that. There was construction next door but not much anyone can do about that. Overall, we loved it and will hopefully get it in 2023.

    Gorgeous house that has EVERYTHING!

    I can't say enough about how amazing this property is! The owners thought of everything. Sandy the property manager met us on arrival to give us a tour and answer any questions, she was lovely and available by text if we had any questions during the week. The house is stunning, spacious, very open floor plan. Plenty of bedrooms (3 masters) and bathrooms. The elevator was very useful for packing and unpacking the car as well as grocery runs or if you just didn't feel like walking up all the stairs:)-perfect for Grandparents who joined us on our trip! The rooms all had ceiling fans which we took advantage of. Each room had power strips with extension cords (again they thought of everything). These were very useful for my kids and teenages who always need to be charging something. There is a sprawling desk area if you need to do some work. I found myself needing tape and scissors at one point, and YES, they had it! 2 sets of washer/dryers ended up being fabulous, beach towels went right into the basement laundry area so we didn't have to lug them upstairs and we laundered our clothes on the main floor. Pillows & beds were comfy, plenty of light streams in the windows but also has great shades for the evening/nights. The screened in porch was fabulous too....with a ceiling fan for those warm nights. Also there is a teen lounge which was so great because the teenagers had a place to go that wasn't on the main floor where they could lounge and watch TV and be loud, away from the kitchen:) Every kitchen utensil or appliance was readily available. 2 blocks from the beach 1 from town, super easy to walk everywhere. I also have to mention that the 2 umbrella/4 chair rental that the owners provide each day was such a huge bonus! I really could go on and on, but you understand, we loved it! Thank you for allowing us to rent your gorgeous home. We will be back for sure.

    We are a family of four who enjoy relaxing by the beach creating lasting summer memories for our kids. We loved the small beach cottage we originally purchased but it wasn't big enough to accommodate friends and extended family. That is why we built the new house in 2016. The location in downtown Bethany is perfect for our family and yours! We specifically wanted to be on the ocean side of Coastal highway place so our children could safely explore downtown and the boardwalk and watch a movie on the beach or get an ice cream cone.

    The location of this house is it's best feature -- just one a half blocks from the beach and 1 block to downtown. There is parking for five standard cars in front, in the garage and behind the house. Bright, colorful and casual. This is beach relaxing at its best.

    Location, location, location! This house also allows multi-generation vacations, with three master rooms as well as an elevator to help those who can't navigate the stairs.
