Dette helt nye, åbne koncept rækkehus har en første sal køkken med smukke granit bordplader og en rummelig morgenmad bar, der åbner op i en vidunderlig underholdning plads med udsigt til havnefronten og masser af naturligt lys. Glasskydedøre åbner op til en hyggelig terrasse med plads til grill, underholde, og nyde udsigten over havnen. Der er et rummeligt soveværelse og badeværelse på første sal, samt en vaskemaskine / tørretumbler. Den anden sal er en hems stil rum, der har 2 ekstra soveværelser og et komplet badeværelse.

Wonderful property

The Villa is perfect for a small family - super clean, not far from Alex Bay, and just a short drive down to Clayton. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Vacation Home in Alex Bay!

Very relaxing townhome in Alexandra Bay. Had coffee on balcony each morning. Though did not use kayaks nice extra. Great location with surrounding activities. Do the boat tour of Bolt Castle. Close location to Kingston, Canada. Beautiful townhome, nice owners, nice neighbors who were very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was not what I expected when staying on the water, but perhaps that was my expectation. It looked over a small water way, with a run down house just across the water with trash (old tires and furniture on the lawn). We just chose to look to the left instead of straight across. It was right before the start of the season so they were prepping the boat slips which was fun to watch. We enjoyed the town and liked that it was close by.

Weekend getaway to reset

Mother & daughter get away this past weekend was fabulous. If this isn't the cleanest property I have ever stayed at, it has to be an extremely close second. The owner has obviously taken great care to ensure occupants are comfortable and feel at home. Tastefullly decorated, comfortable beds, everything you need in a kitchen - which is super clean! 2 bathrooms - again super clean. The upstairs bathroom is smaller and while the property can accommodate 6 people, 2 of those 6 should be children. The bedroom downstairs and loft area upstairs are comfortable for adults. The third bedroom area is suited for younger children. This was a last minute rental and I cannot say enough about how pleasant an experience I had with the owner. Responsive, answered all my questions - just a pleasure to interact with. Location is good - a leisurely 10 minute walk to town. Sunset park with some ice cream that you pick up on the way was beautiful. And of course the kayaks being available right downstairs - we took advantage of each day. Wonderful experience!

Best Boathouse location!

So happy we chose this rental. We brought our own boat from VA. The marina is literally next door, opposite canal side from row of boathouse. The elevator/lift made bringing in luggage a breeze- carts available too. Close walk to town and on quiet street. Super comfortable furnishings, clean and fresh rooms towels linens, nautical touches throughout you really feel immersed in ‘The River’ life. The river and area cannot be justly described, it’s truly stunning. Hopefully you bring a boat, if not, a boat tour is a must to fully appreciate The 1000 islands. Boldt Castle was a worthy visit and this location could not be any easier to boat over and dock at castle or restaurants if you prefer float over feet! The men came to fish for smallmouth bass. The river is crystal clear; you can see bottom even at 25 ft deep, and it’s quite a sight to see the catch. There were always pretty little blue tail baitfish by the boathouse too. Geese, loons, heron, ducks, kayaking or lounging in balcony deck plenty of wildlife to admire. I did plenty of shopping in town, unplanned but couldn’t pass unique items for birthdays showers Christmas gifts. There’s much more than just touristy tee shirts. The museum is bigger than it appears and the staff are longtime locals, friendly and fun to hear interesting detail how the opulent life arrived in the islands. A week wasn’t enough time. We will be back and this rental is where we would choose again and again !

Lakeside bliss

Superb experience all the way around! Communication, cleanliness, view, boat house, size of the place. This is our second time visiting the harbor villas. There is a convenient marina right across the inlet to launch your boat or jet ski. Thank you for the stay!

Quick get away with the boat

The property was overall great and close to many things via boat or car. It was also especially nice that the launch was across the marina with trailer parking which made the entire process easy. We went most places by boat despite it being a little cloudy a few days. Laura was an amazing host and checked in on us throughout the stay to see if we needed anything via txt. Great property for the 4 of us (3 teen age kids 1 adult)

Family vacation

Lauren is a great host: quick responses and great recommendations. House is very clean, well appointed, great location and comfy beds. The boat house is a great bonus: we kayaked a few days and also rented a boat…..was great to be able to stop back to pick up extra supplies, people etc. We had a great week…. Highly recommend!!!

Great stay

We really enjoyed staying at this property, it was comfortable, clean, everything worked, great location, and great communication with the property owner. The boat house was a really nice feature, we brought our boat for fishing and exploring the islands. Alexandria Bay was a great little town with plenty of places to eat and the people were friendly. We would definitely highly recommend this place if you are going to the thousand islands area.

What a beautiful villa! As soon as you open the door it smelled and looked clean and inviting. Everything you need and want was in there to use. Beds were really comfortable too. This villa is highly recommended! Had an amazing vacation! Thank you!

Extremely expensive

For the price of this place I expected to have toilet paper and soap in both bathrooms. There was about a tablespoon of laundry soap that was obviously watered down and enough for one load. The four remotes that were there were confusing to say the least and after trying for a half hour, gave up watching any TV. The dishes, pots and pans were all mismatched and appeared to be garage sale quality. The propane grill was completely rusted to the point where we cooked hamburgers inside on the stove.

Hi Paulene, I'm so sorry you had such trouble. I wish you had reached out to me while you were at the property. It sounds like I could have addressed a couple of these issues in real time. However, there are some things you mentioned that I need to correct: -I confirmed with the cleaning staff that there was in fact a full roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms to get you started. We do not supply toilet paper, soap, or laundry detergent for the duration of your stay. The detergent that is in the unit is for the cleaning staff to launder the sheets and towels when they turn over the property. I explain that in the property description to ensure guests know what to expect before they arrive. -The TV remotes are fairly standard (one for the JVC TV, labeled "JVC", one for the firestick that is a standard firestick remote, one for the Samsung DVD player that has "Samsung" written on it, the fourth remote may have been for the fireplace or fan, but it should have been fairly obvious that the controls on it were not for an electronic device). I'm sorry you weren't able to watch TV. I wish you had reached out to me while you were there and I could have helped you with that. -The majority of the pots are from a matching set of "Emeril Lagasse" cookware...I've also added some additional sizes for convenience in fun colors from Homegoods. -Apologies on the grill, it was inspected and cleaned before your arrival. It gets a fair amount of use and although it was thoroughly cleaned, the grates were worn. I immediately replaced the grill, and the guests that checked in after you had a brand new stainless steel grill. I would have taken care of that during your stay if you let me know while you were there. -as far as your comment on "extremely expensive", we are actually very competitively priced as a 3-bedroom, central location AND the boathouse included. Renting a boathouse alone for your boat will cost you around $100 a night. I'm not sure what you are comparing your prices to, but likely nothing on the water.

Wonderful place, fantastic host!

My husband and I had a great stay at Lauren’s place! The condo was sparkling clean, well appointed, and the boathouse was absolutely perfect for our needs. Lauren was super responsive and everything worked out great. We look forward to coming back next year!

I am active duty Navy, and my husband is active duty Marine Corps. We have had a very adventurous 7 years so far in the military and have loved every minute of it. We are currently stationed in Norfolk, Virginia.

I am originally from Syracuse, New York, which is located just over an hour and a half from Alexandria Bay. My family would come up to the Thousand Islands to take advantage of the incredible scenery, boating, and fishing. Day trips to Canada were also a favorite of my family. I knew that I always wanted a property located in this quant boating town. "A-Bay Get-A-Way" was the perfect fit. It is right on the water and is the "best of both worlds"...it's away from the noise and traffic of downtown, while still walking distance when you want to be a part of the vibrant downtown scene.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The boathouse is so convenient and such a wonderful amenity, allowing easy access to the St. Lawrence River.
