Luksuriøst, chic og overkommelig byhus i Rehoboth. Cykel til STRAND!

Perfekt hjem til den store gruppe eller familie, der ønsker at komme væk og plads til 10 personer. Desværre kan vi ikke leje til fester under 25 år efter retningslinjerne for husejereforeningen. Ingen kæledyr. Alle sommerleje er fredag til fredag.
Dette fint indrettede rækkehus blev bygget i 2004 og er centralt beliggende lige ved rute 1 nær det berømte Rehoboth Beach afsætningsmarked. Komplekset har en pool (tæt i september) og en tennisbane og ligger kun 1 km fra stranden. Gå, cykle, kør til hele stranden har at byde på !! Alle de bekvemmeligheder og bekvemmeligheder, du ønsker på din familieferie. Du kan være sikker på, at din familie vil vende tilbage år efter år for at bo i dette komfortable familievenlige strandferiehus. Dette to-etagers dobbeltværelse og har 2000 kvadratmeter opholdsstue. The Keys of Marsh Harbour er et samfund af enkelt- og tvillinghuse, der bringer følelsen af Florida Keys til Rehoboth Beach-området. Dette innovativt designede strandsamfund har en FÆLLESSKABSPOL, perfekt til en hurtig dukkert ELLER DAGENS AFSLAPNING, tennisbane og smukt anlagte grund med prydgræs, blomstrende træer og en dam ved indgangen. Det er stille og fredeligt. Dette samfund er meget praktisk til næsten alle de lokale attraktioner. Vi er bekvemt placeret ved rute 1 i Rehoboth bag Jungle Jim's Water Park, en vidunderlig attraktion. Vi er beliggende lige ud af rute et under forretningskontorerne kun 1 minut til stranden / strandpromenaden. Vores hjem er en kilometer til stranden / strandpromenaden, men det er en meget nem og hurtig køretur. Fra mindedag til arbejdsdag er der en bus, der samler op ved siden af vores kvarter. $ 2 for voksne og gratis for børn, du behøver ikke længere at bekymre dig om parkering. Denne bus kan tage dig til stranden, film, forretninger eller mange andre steder. Transport er rutinemæssigt hvert 15. til 20. minut til de fleste steder og kører fra tidlig morgen til sent på aftenen. Med denne mulighed kan din gruppe opdeles og rejse, når og hvor de vil.

This property was beautifully maintained and extremely well stocked with everything that we would need. We purchased the linen package which was well worth it. Jill, the host, was very responsive and delightful to work with. The grounds and pool were lovely, and Jungle Jim's waterpark is right next door! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Rehoboth beach and highly recommend this property!

This property was lovely, with lots of space for our family of five — we didn't even end up using one of the bedrooms. The location is terrific: right near our supermarket, quick access to town, lots of good restaurants nearby, and walking distance to both a gym and Jungle Jim's water park. Communication with the host was excellent, and she even let us check in early and check out late since no guests came before or after us. Highly recommend — we would absolutely stay again!

Absolutely amazing house. Stocked with everything you could possibly need like a cooler , beach chairs, every type of kitchen appliance like an air fryer . Check in was really easy and smooth. Host is easy to reach and fast to reply. Great home for what you oay.

Amazing stay! Property is an ideal location to be near the outlets and a short drive to the beach. Great walking distance to a local restaurant and grocery store. We wanted for nothing as the house was fully equipped with all our needs! And we were amazed with the cleanliness of the home. A huge thank you to our amazing host! We will remember this trip forever as our youngest was taking her first steps around this house! And how can we forget the orange decorative phone that our oldest loved making "phone calls" on! We can't wait for our next visit.

Perfect House!

This house was in the perfect location just a quick 4-5min ride into Downtown Rehobeth! Plenty of space and amenities to make our stay feel like home. Would definitely book again!

Nice Little Getaway

Everything to make you feel at home

The house felt like we were visiting family. Everything we needed to be comfortable and relax - and to have fun. Access to the garage with games and beach supplies (and bikes!) was amazing. Unfortunately it was cold but the pool was so close by and nice. We hope to be back!!

Rehoboth Vacation

First time visiting in Rehoboth. The house were excellent. Perfect for accommodations and amenities. Owners had house stock with items such as beach chairs, coolers and even bikes. Communications with owner Jill were quick and responsive. Family loved the neighborhood community and pool. Would definitely book again if visiting the area in the future. The property was as described and pictured and was close to all the places we wanted that we wanted to see. Highly recommend for booking.

Fun family weekend!

We were able to enjoy a very nice relaxing, comfortable, and safe environment. We had all of the accessories and items that we needed to get through our weekend, no issues or concerns, or anything major to report or complaint about.Working with Jill was very easy and pleasurable, we are looking forward to our next vacation dates at this location again in the near future. Perfect summer rental

Highly recommend! We were 6 adults and a 1 year old. Plenty of space for everyone. The house is very clean and comfortable, all the appliances, kitchen tools, etc you need. Community pool is a short walk from the house. Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping nearby. Easy drive to the beach. Would definitely return!

A home away from home

We came to town for a lacrosse tourney and wanted to stay the week. Im so hlad we did. The place had everything we wanted or needed and then some! From the comfortable beds to the extra utensils, pots and pans, new grill, and every tv station you can imagine, we were happy. The communication from our host was easy and she was very quick with her responses and incredibly helpful. Hope we can make this a regualr thing.
