Host was very kind, welcoming and communicative throughout the entire process. Nice view of the bay (despite the construction), great pool & gym and amenities. Great location overall. Would stay here agin

Thank you Patrick for your review! I always meet my guests and show them around, give them local tips, reply to any question they may have. Even if the check in is at 7am if the guest wants. Always online or in person to help with anything they may need. The amenities you are right, I believe they are the best ones in Miami! Increíble swimming pool with sun (not common at all in Downtown and Brickell because the other towers), and great gym and spa. Location is unbeatable. At the heart of the city. In front of the main park of the city with many events and things going on. Many restaurantes, supermarkets, shops and bars walking distance. Also tons of public transportation and convenient stores just downstairs. Construction is finishing next week and we will have a brand new building! All the best! Take care!

I stayed here for a month for a business trip and it was exactly what I needed. My plans changed several times, but the communication with the host was excellent all along the way to coordinate access. The location was perfect and it was so great to have a washer & dryer in the unit, as well as a kitchen. Sitting on the balcony, overlooking the park is the perfect way to end the day. I would definitely stay here again!

WZA 2020 Perfection

We stayed in town for a fitness competition that was in Bayfront Park and this place was perfection! The owner was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and the building was pristine. I recommend this property 100%

Bayfront Park is a beautiful park at the heart of the city. It is by the water where you can walk, run, bike, etc. many boats pass by, there is some music and the night fountain lights and music show every night. Beautiful and cool! The park always hosts many cool events from concerts, races and seasonal events. Playground, food trucks, Bayside, etc.

Best location. At the heart of Miami. Literally street 0 (Flager) and Avenue 0. Where it starts north / south and east / west. The best New Year’s concert at Bayfront Park in front of us. Great ocean views. Many restaurants and supermarkets by walk. The pool is fantastic. Host was super friendly and great communication. Easy super early check in.

Thank you for your sweet words towards me. I always try to meet my guests and give them the best advice. Check ins as early as 6am is fine and late check outs as midnight as well! Location is the best yes. So many cool things around: museums, restaurants, night life, the park with the events, walking by the water, etc. Glad you enjoyed the Olímpic swimming pool with sun all day long (very uncommon in Miami with so many towers around). All the best !!!

Biscayne Blvd

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was perfect, right across the street from Bayfront Park. We had easy access to public transportation, walking distance to the grocery store, and a secure building too! The owner was very kind and accommodating, going the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay! The condo was nicely decorated and comfortable. The pool was warm and beautiful! We would stay again in the future!

Hello Jennifer! Thank you so much for your nice review! Very sweet your words about me but is my personality. I always try to do my best to make the stay of my guests the best as possible! Yes, the location is amazing, ocean views, across the street from beautiful Bayfront Park full of activities and events all the time for all ages. Walking distance to a lot of free public transportation (the trolley to Brickell, Midtown, Coral Gables...) and the Metro Mover that takes you wherever you want in Downtown, Bricell and Midtown. Supermarkets (Whole s Foods) and grocery stores (Walgreens, 7eleven and CVS across the street too. The building is amazing and yeah, the pool is gorgeus I love it ! Take care !!!

Hot Miami views

The location was great right down the street from the American Airlines arena. Within walking distance to some great restaurants right on the water! The air conditioning unit went out while we were there so it was unbearably hot in the unit. Hopefully that gets fixed soon!

Hello !!! As I explained and show to you the screenshot of the email from the Operations Manager of the building, that weekend they were fixing the A / C in the entire building. Now it works perfectly fine again. And as you said, yeah! There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops... All of them walking distance! Same with the American Airlines Arena with many conferences, concerts, events...

Great trip, perfect place

We came down for the ironman Miami race week end. The owner greeted us on Friday with a smile and helped us with our large amount of luggage. The trip was a success starting there. The condo was awesome with an unbeatable location, downtown Miami, close to everything. The view of the Bay with all the boats is incredible, and especially with the sunset when it hits the water. I slept on the sofa which was very comfortable while my wife slept with the 2 kids on the king bed. The place was very clean and we had all the amenities we needed. Internet was a key for us as we needed to work and it was speedy fast. Condo is close to the Bay Front park with several restaurants/groceries walking distance. Finally we didn't even have to rent the car we had reserved. I would definitively recommend this place and hope to go next year again.

The host took a few years off from renting the apartment because he was living there himself. The apartment could not be more perfect. The best location in Miami, right in the city center with many events going on nearby, shops, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. You can walk the marina and restaurants of Bayside, to Bayfront Park, the Miami River, Brickell, etc. It's only 15 minutes by Uber to Miami Beach, Coral Gables, the airport, Coconut Grove, Midtown, Wynwood, the Design District, and Key Biscayne.We loved the pool with sunshine all day long, perfect for playing with the kids. There are areas for adults and separate areas for children. We also really enjoyed the social room with ping pong, billiard tables, and other board and card games. The views of the bay and the park are espectacular from the apartment. Clean, modern, and tidy.You have everything you need for cooking, and of course, clean and fresh linens and towels for the shower and the pool.We walked to a concert at the Kaseya Center (American Airlines Arena), and then took a free trolley right in front of the building to the cruise port. We also went to Miami Beach by bus from across the street for only 2.25. The Metromover also takes you to Brickell.It was a perfect stay, and the host was very kind, accommodating our 7 AM check-in and a late check-out as well. Communication with him was excellent throughout our stay.

You are very welcome. Yes. Extremely early check ins are 100% possible except if I have a check out that day. Otherwise if you have a red eye flight you can go to bed directly, or coming back from a cruise is fine as well. I always try to help in everything I can, from things that the guest may need plus my local tips and recommendations. Glad you like the apartment with the great location and the ocean views !!!
