Fun and perfect location

Perfect location just over the nightlife but no chaos during the night. Super pool on the roof, very beautiful apartment. We liked it very much !

Great spot

This was a great place to stay. The kitchen says fully equipped but it does not have an oven and only 1 pot and 1 pan. Needs a little TLC in some spots but overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the balcony and area of the property.

Excellent party location

Not a place for kids, but if you love to party and hear/see live entertainment every day, this is the place for you. Rooftop pool is beautiful, location is awesome and we had access to everything we needed within walking distance.

Wonderful if you can sleep thru loud noise.

This place is a great for South Beach. The room is above the Palace I think its the loudest restaurant out of all the row of restaurants and bars but its I can sleep thru anything.

Noisy Nights

Didn’t like staying in the same building as an all day and night ‘show’. Loud party crowd. Parking is 4 blocks away. Had to use shower, tub water faucet didn’t work. Otherwise, nice balcony view, easy beach access and clean room. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Nice location and appartment

The location was perfect, close to the beach and shops, restaurants. Its located on top of Palace. We had a great time, the straff was helpful and nice. Swimming pool on the roof 😎

I think the location was great, in case you want to save some money while staying there, the place has a kitchen and everything you need to make a meal. The supermaket is very close to the location as well near Washington and you will save tone of money.

Place is right on the strip in the middle of everything but it could have been cleaned better before arrival and that only give u 1 roll of tissue balcony was full of ashes but I love the condos it looks just as the picture stated

The location is everything

I really enjoyed the location. Room was clean. Pool was clean. View was lovely. My only problem was parking. Parking was absolutely ridiculous. Other than that hiccup I had a great trip

Great location/Great views

We’ve stayed at this property for several years now and it never disappoints! The space was great with the one bedroom and the view from the balcony goes all the way to the ocean. The roof top view is even better!! If you want somewhere quiet this is not the place for you as there are nightly shows downstairs but that wasn’t an issue for us.

Great experience

This condo was excellent! Just as the website description. The only thing I think should be changed is the entrance to the Hotel building. You have to walk all your luggage on the strip on front of restaurants and everyone sitting outside and people walking the strip.

Great location, but non-stop noise

We arrived early and pulled up to the front of the building. There was a drag show going on and when we pulled up my GF asked why we stopped. I told her this is where we were staying. They let us check in early for 25 cash. The apartment was nice but could use some fixing up a bit.We were warned that there was some noise by the owner, but we had not expected the show downstairs to be making non-stop noise from morning until 2AM. It shook the entire building.The rooftop pool was beautiful but it was open to the public so it was difficult to get a lounge chair.Even with the noise, we enjoyed the stay.

Clean and easy stay

The suite was beautiful. A few broken appliances but only in a cosmetic way. The sink was not in place and would slide around but it still worked. There was some broken tile peices around the bathroom as well. The shower/tub was very relaxing with the rainwater shower head. Each unit is run by a different host. Rob and Val are easy to get im contact with. However they are strict with the check out times. It is an 11am checkout time and there are no exceptions to getting a later check out. Others at the hotel had different experiences. I would definitely stay here again. The units are gorgeous and roomy.

Nice apartment, but LOUD

Nice location, roomy apartment, nice balcony, fun roof top pool and bar - all as advertised. But the apartment is located directly above a loud entertainment venue that is rocking (and I mean loud vibrations and thumping) every night of the week from 7:30pm - 12:30am, and all day on Saturday and Sunday. It was so loud that our host had to relocate us to another building. Luckily, we were relocated and enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Great Location

Me and my family had a great time on our stay here. The location of the Vrbo is excellent as its a 5 minute walk to South Beach, as close of a stay as your going to get. All the clubs and restauruants on Ocean dr are just down below but we really loved being so close to tbe beach. Time on tbe balcony was great for feeling somr Miami weather while having some food and drinks. The only thing bad thing to say was that the dishwasher after a couple times of using it was not cleaning the dishes great and we would have to wash them by hand all the time. Someone cane in and did the dishwasher for us but it still was needed to rinse by hand after that. Im sure this is an easy fix thought and would not let it put aside from the fact of the greatness of this Vrbo, best location your going to get when wanting to stay on South Beach

Deceptive

If you’re into bone rattling base until 12:00 am then this is the place for you. It was very dirty and not very secure. The general public had access to the interior of the building via the stairwell. The unit was directly above the drag queen stage. Annoying music and yelling every night. Late into the night. We will never stay there again. Building and unit we stayed in had a horrible odor. Very disappointing.

The place is in the heart of South Beach; close to restaurants and entertainment; in fact, it is above Palace Bar. The noise coming out may be a problem for some, but a broken toilet seat, a ripped couch, a leaking tub faucet, a dirty microwave, and a broken dishwasher can irritate everybody that stays there. Also, the sliding doors leading to the balcony are broken. It takes two people to open if you want to go outside. Overall: thumbs down.
