The location and view is great. You do have to walk passed guest next door if you go out to the beach. The cleanliness was just okay. The bed was not comfortable. Communication was great! Folly is a nice peaceful beach

The property itself is a magnificent getaway and I would encourage anyone who was looking for spectacular night, sky, an amazing beach experience and being able to open the window and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean to definitely rent at this property. My only qualm is with the cleaning crew. they could do a little bit better. I don’t enjoy finding hair in the bathroom and on the sheets. Otherwise, it was amazing.

I did not book this place or see the property description. This home is used for 3 separate vacation rentals, so privacy could be a problem. The other renters were quiet, so it was ok. Other than that, everything was good enough.

This little getaway was exactly what my husband and I needed! While there were a few signs of wear and tear and dated (like the balcony was a little worn and the wood paneling in the bathroom), it honestly just added to the charm of this adorable nook at Folly Beach. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back again. The management team was incredibly kind and welcoming, and communication with them was smooth and spot-on the whole time.Such a sweet and cozy escape. We loved every minute of it!
