Perfect!!!

Our stay at this accommodation was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, the beds were comfortable, and the flat was very spacious and clean. We also very much appreciated the Nespresso machine :) Check in and check out went smoothly, and Edouard was very accommodating to our needs. It was also very convenient to have the Charles Home business office right downstairs from the flat. We will most definitely be staying here again, and look forward to it.

Overall excellent experience. Best possible location near Brussels Central Station.

The support extended by the Property Manager from time to time was exceptionally good. The microwave oven developed a snag and the Property Manager promptly replaced it with a new microwave oven. He was always more than happy and prompt in answering all our queries. We would certainly like to visit again and stay at the same property.

This is a beautifully appointed, perfectly located property. We appreciated the many interesting, beautiful and unusual works of art throughout the apartment which added to our enjoyment of our eight day stay in Brussels. (Loved the huge photos) The furnishings are very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The location made it easy for us to travel throughout Brussels, on foot and via train. Geräumige Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit bequemen französischen Doppelbetten. Das beste war die Lage, um die Ecke der Grote Markt und die Galerie Saint Hubert. Gegenüber das Parkhaus und der Central Bahnhof. Die Pralinen haben uns am besten bei Mary geschmeckt. Brüssel ist Liebe auf den zweiten Blick, also erkunden und an den hübschen kleinen Plätzen erfreuen.

Best place to stay our entire trip

I wish i could give this place 10 stars. The location is amazing - only a minutes walk away from the Grand Place, Mannekin Pis, Delirium Cafe, and tons of other great sites and restaurants. The apartment was very spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Edouard was an amazing host to us - he let us store our luggage in their office prior to check in and moved it up to the apartment for us when it was ready which was very much appreciated and honestly above and beyond because we did not pack light ;) He was incredibly nice and helpful answering the few questions we had almost instantly. There is no way I'm staying anywhere else but here when we come back to Brussels.

Fantastic place so close to The Grand Place

We were welcomed by Pauliana and everything from then on was absolutely perfect. The location is fantastic so close to everything in Brussels. The apt is very clean and perfect for the 4 of us. We were blown away by this apartment. The only thing it needed was a few fans or AC. It was really unusually hot for Brussels. Would not hesitate in recommending this place and would stay there again for sure:) thanks

Lovely apartment in a sensational location

Loved our trip to Brussels, and our stay in this apartment . Everything is right at your doorstep, it's the perfect place to explore from. The apartment is warm and comfortable with everything you need. The water in the fridge was an added bonus!

Beautiful Brussels!

We had a wonderful stay in this accommodation. The train station was 5 minutes away as was the center of town, the Grand Place. The apartment was modern and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was wonderful, stocked with glasses, silverware and dishes and there was a Nespresso coffee machine. The washer and dryer, also in the kitchen enabled us to bring one suitcase between the two of us. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room for the two of us. The street is quiet with little traffic and the apartment was directly over the management office. Edouard or an associate was available for any question or assistance during the weekdays. They were personable and professional and we liked knowing that they were always around if we needed them. We did not need a car and used the trains to visit Antwerp, Brugge, Ghent, Liege and Haarlem, all of which we highly recommend. Another must if you are a beer drinker is the Delirium Café. It is nothing to look at inside, but the beer choices are worth the trip! Check out this website to do some independent walking tours: http://www.gpsmycity.com/gps-tour-guides/brussels-479.html We happened to be in Brussels on United Nations Day and the entire Grand Place was lit in blue. It was magnificent and unforgettable as was our entire trip!

Perfect Location, Perfect Place, Just Perfect!

Stayed here with our family of 5. This location and the set up was just what we needed. We were able to walk to all the places that we wanted to see. It is very close to public transportation, and the staff is great. There is a great Italian restaurant just down the block that was amazing. We were able to walk to two of our tours that started from the Grand Place, which is just a couple minutes away. Took the train to Amsterdam and Central Station is just a 10 minute walk away. It was also nice to have a place with 2 bathrooms instead of just one. Worth the cost, you won't be disappointed.

Top of the Line Rental in Brussels!

Having rented properties all over the world for the last 16 years and being owners of a luxury rental home in the USA, we have seen some of the best and also not so great property rentals all over the world. This rental knocked our socks off! Seriously, whomever designed and decorated it thought of everything you would want as a guest. Top notch decorating touches, a Nespresso Machine with coffees, water and coke in the fridge, flat screen TV's in living room and both bedrooms. It's in a very safe and secure building in a safe area of town, walking distance to just about everything you would want to do and see while in Brussels. There are tons of restaurants and upscale shopping just around the corner. Edouard and everyone involved were very helpful and professional. Highly recommend!

Great apartment and location!

The apartment was excellent in terms of facilities, looks and location. It is very modern with some really striking features. It was well equipped and in an ideal location, 5 minutes from the station and 5 minutes from the main square. The host was there to greet us and made us feel welcome.

Absolutely great property !

I can only confirm previous comments about this property. It has everything you would be looking for : - great location with most sites of interest within walking distance (muséums, Grand Place, Parks, shops, restaurants,...) - public transportation available within 200 m (train, metro, buses) - extremely clean, fully equipped and nicely decorated apartment (exactly as shown on the pictures) - despite the central location, the apartment is quiet, particularly the bedrooms overlooking a small backyard - extremely helpful and efficient staff both in mail communications and on site for check in and check out Thanks a lot ! We'll definitely be back !!!

Amazing modern apartment

Amazing modern apartment, newly re-furnished, with absolutely everything you'd need in a perfect location in the heart of Brussels approximately 3 minutes walk to the 'Grand-Place'. An ideal apartment if staying for either business or pleasure. The host (Edouard) was superb, providing punctual replies to emails, sms or calls. Edouard was incredibly helpful and we couldn't have asked any more from a host (even pointing us in the direction of the chopping boards - stored in a hidden drawer under the oven!), and replenishing salt and pepper! Unlike other apartments I've stay in in central Brussels this one has great sound insulation - so I managed to sleep really well. A great entertainment system is also installed; with a Bluetooth Bose speaker system, Blueray, and 3 large flat-screen TVs. It comes with a washing machine, dishwasher and decent iron and ironing board (useful for business travellers), plus a Nespresso machine and 20 coffee capsules - great! It's also worth noting that it has a small balcony which catches the sun as it sets - great for an after work beer in the evening. Although it comes with 2 king sized beds, it also has a really posh sofa bed too which is very comfortable if you have friends to stay. One final point to note is the fabulous artwork and decoration. Having stayed in many apartments across Brussels in the past - I can definitely say we'll be back to this in the future! 10/10!
