Nybygget hjem i gated Village Walk!

Vi er glade for at kunne meddele Village Walk Phase 1-pool er nu opvarmet!
Kom og leg i vores Pirates Cove Beach hus! I det øjeblik du går ind i dette hjem, vil du føle dig som din på ferie. Lyse, sjove farver og masser af naturligt lys byder dig velkommen. Gulvet er designet til at give dig store pladser til at nyde din tid. Den åbne køkken stue og spisestue er det perfekte samlingssted til familiemiddag og endda filmaften med et dejligt fladskærms-tv. Spisebordet har plads til 10 til at rumme store familier. Master suite ligger på første sal og har en king size seng. Der er tre soveværelser og anden sal inklusive en anden master suite. Alle fire soveværelser har eget badeværelse og tv. Den anden skibsfører har en konge sammen med et privat badekar, minikøleskab, vinkøler og kaffekande. Denne suite kan låses fra resten af hjemmet. Det tredje soveværelse et sæt køjesenge med en fuld i bunden og en tvilling på toppen. Det fjerde soveværelse har en dronning og ekstra plads til en pakke n play om nødvendigt. Hjemmet tilbyder mange ekstraudstyr som et tagterrasse, der tilbyder vidunderlig udsigt over solnedgangen. Alle hjemmets bekvemmeligheder er her, 5 tv'er, dvd-afspiller, grill og hjemmet er også kæledyrsvenligt!

Før du rejser til Port Aransas / Village Walk, skal du planlægge det rigtige antal køretøjer, du kører i henhold til nedenstående regler:

1) Pirates Cove VW33 leverer 3 brolagte parkeringspladser, 2 i indkørslen og 1 i garagen til 3 mellemstore køretøjer. Hvis du lejer en golfvogn, skal den passe ind i et af dine 3 rum.
 
2) Parkeringskoder vil blive leveret af Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals.
 
3) Alle køretøjer skal parkeres i indkørslen til VW33. Ingen parkering på gaden, ingen parkering i røde zoner og ingen parkering i andre Village Walk indkørsler
 
4) Ingen både, trailere, busser, autocampere er tilladt i Village Walk
 
5) Bugsering håndhæves strengt
 
Pirates Cove VW33 giver rigelig parkering for 12 gæster, hvis du planlægger det rigtige antal køretøjer inden din afrejse vil forbedre din ferieoplevelse.

2025 Pirates Cove Port A

Another Awesome Port Aransas Vacation !! Pirates Cove in Village Walk was perfect for our group. Also enjoyed the privacy of a gated community. We enjoyed beautiful beach during the day, chilled swimming pool in the early evenings, and good restaurant food, spectacular 4th of July fireworks, and golf carting around the island.

25th year vaca in Port Aransas

We all really like Village Walk community. The location is good for us because we spend most of the day at the beach and we can drive on to unload. The location is close enough to go back and forth as needed.

Great Vacation Home

The home is more spacious than it appears in pictures. It has plenty of seating for dining and relaxing. Other homes often lack that, even though they sleep a large number of people. We especially appreciated the small second kitchen upstairs because our daughter was able to clean baby bottles and store baby food near her room. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. There were even storage containers for leftovers. Having two sets of washers and dryers was an added convenience The two community pools were so close and enjoyable. We had good phone service while we were there. The check out process was simple and quick. I highly recommend this vacation home.

The house was perfect for 4 couples and the location was excellent... conveniently to everything. The house was perfect because it allowed us to stay under one roof, plus provided plenty of privacy in addition to open common spaces. The rooms were good size, with comfortable beds and the A/C worked great (of utmost importance on the Texas Gulf Coast!) My single complaint is that we needed more towels.

The beds were comfy, each bedroom has its own bathroom including a half bath downstairs, there are drawers and closets in each room, which is rare to find in some beach houses. The main living area is spacious and comfortable.The upstairs patio it huge and the outside area is perfect for post beach cleaning and unloading.We had an amazing stay here and would definitely book again!

Great Port A Family House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful house that is tastefully decorated and furnished. There are many benefits to renting Pirate's Cove for a family (2 sets of washer/dryers, full kitchen and kitchenette, covered balcony, numerous bathrooms and convenience to the beach and Port A dining.) What kept this house from being a 5 star are three items: the advertised wi-fi either did not work or was not strong enough for service, the gas grill had no propane and Village Walk can be loud. Obviously, the noise actually cannot be cured but the other two items should be addressed. We will definitely stay there again as the opportunity arises.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. We had 8 people total and the accommodations were exactly what we needed. Just a short drive around the block to the beach. We will definitely be back!
