Sandy Shoes er et nyopført hjem ved vandet beliggende på nordsiden af Russell's Island. Beliggende ved hovedvejen lige ved vandet er det meget privat og afsondret væk fra det hele. Sandy Shoes er udstyret med alt hvad du har brug for i din ferieudlejning, men spørgsmål er altid acceptabelt. Hjemmet leveres med en 4-personers golfvogn til nem rejse til og fra byen. Huset leveres med kajakker, så du kan kajak til nærliggende strande eller sidde ude på dækket, få en cocktail eller ude i lounges med en god bog. Vi er sikre på, at du vil nyde dit ophold i Spanish Wells, men mest af alt med os på Sandy Shoes.

This little house is exactly as pictured. It was clean and comfortable. I spent my days swimming around back with a few fishes I befriended. From the deck we saw turtles poking their heads out of the water and even a sting ray! Driving around in a golf cart was so fun and the island is surprisingly quiet in August. Food at all restaurants was delicious.

House and property were very beautiful, view was amazing. Host was excellent and very responsive. I would recommend it and stay again.

Sandy Shores is the perfect quaint place to stay especially if you want a peaceful place and surroundings! The home is very clean and amenities provided were more than adequate. Christy, the host, is readily available and extremely helpful. She handles everything to get you to Sandy Shores and shows you around Russell Island to get you started. You can go to the beach or get into the water at Sandy Shores; everything is provided to get in the water and have fun! Or, you can sit on the back deck or go and sit under the provided perfect shady tiki tree and enjoy the calming sound of the blue water as you watch the sunrise or sunset. A grill to cookout is also available. Several restaurants are close by if you don't want to cook. We enjoyed Russell Island tremendously but the best part of our stay was staying at Sandy Shores with Christy as our host. We definitely plan to return to Sandy Shores!

Sandy Shoes was perfect for my husband and I. We loved the view from the patio and the beach area. The host answered all our questions and took care of our golf cart rental. She was professional, polite, and prompt.The house is perfect for couples or a family of four. It was very clean and neat. You will need water shoes as the entry into the sea is rocky, but that can clearly be seen in the photos which were very accurate. That is easily solved. I ordered a pair on Amazon for 7.Did not snorkel but it looked to be a nice spot for that and we saw several sea turtles swim by. We love Spanish Wells and will return.

Our family has had the best time here! The perfect location, and amazingly spacious house for our family. The hosts were so accommodating and made us feel at home. We can’t wait to come back!

I really can’t put into words how amazing this house was. The location is perfect - a short golf cart ride to everything, and the best snorkeling steps out your door. The house is perfect for a small family. Sunset views, sunrise views, crystal clear water, no waves, kayaks and SUPs, snorkeling gear… I could go on. Christy is what really sets this property apart from the rest. She helped arrange everything and answered all of our questions for the past 3 months as we planned for this trip. My daughters got to hold starfish right outside their back door, swam with sea turtles, and saw the most amazing sea life right behind the house. TyMan charters was also great to interact with sea turtles and do some snorkeling away from home. Peace and quiet abound - there isn’t a lot of “excitement” on the island. The restaurants were very good (The Vault and Shipyard were our personal favorites) and Papa’s Scoops is a must. We loved just cruising around on the golf cart exploring the island. The Swings over th water are a 4-minute golf cart ride away, and that beach is also very nice. We saw a little reef shark and a barracuda there. There is literally nothing bad to say about this place. It is exactly as Christy describes it and the pictures show, and we will happily be back some day.

This was our third year staying here. We love Christy and her husband. They live on the island so if anything comes up they're right there. I love the spot because you see more marine life vs the beach. Water shoes is a must. But if you want beach just hop on the golf cart, go down the road. You can see it from the house. Beautiful house. I don't think we ever turned the TV on cause your outside the whole time. But Christy is fabulous. Schedules the taxi ferry and golf cart. Cause thats all you need is a golf cart to get around. Very safe island! We're just trying to get to where we can come twice a year. Lol!

Amazing stay on an amazing island!

I wish I could give our host 6 stars. Lovely people and a gorgeous property on an amazing island... Find your way there, and then allow yourself to get lost.

Absolutely Wonderful!

This was our first time to Spanish Wells/Russell, and it will not be our last! The Sweetings were attentive, helpful, and considerate. Our house was beautiful and spotless. We loved the private beach area and all the amenities that came with the house. We couldn't be happier!

Loved everything about it!

We enjoyed this house so much! The location was perfect for us and I loved having both the sand and rocky shore. The house was beautiful and suited us perfectly! Christy and Shane were absolutely great also! We definitely recommend using them for a boating excursion! We can’t wait to come back!!

Absolutely beautiful

Sandy Shoes was absolutely perfect! Christy and Shane were the best!! From the moment we arrived to our departure, they made our vacation stress free!! We are so glad we chose Spanish Wells to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary!! It was truly amazing!

A Piece of Paradise

Everything about our trip was amazing! Christy and Shane were so helpful and always responded within minutes to any questions we had. The property was perfect, and very well appointed. The beach and access to the water was even better than advertised. The location of the property felt so private but was also just a quick golf cart ride away from the restaurants and stores. We will absolutely be coming back to the island again and would love to stay at one of Christy and Shane's amazing properties!

Incredible views from and beautifully appointed home!

We had the chance to spend a long weekend with our teenage daughters, and this home was perfect! The host is magnificent and super accommodating. The house itself was in immaculate condition, had all the things we could’ve needed, and was located in a beautiful area. We would love to come back as soon as possible. We cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Sandy Shoes

The house was very clean and cute, and the property is located in a very quiet area along with an amazing view. The owners were very nice and helpful with everything. We had no problems with communication or with the house at all. This is the perfect house for a relaxing stay in spanish wells.

Wow! Such a pleasant fun place to stay! Property was amazing and just as advertised. Christy was fantastic to work with and took great care of us. We went on three excursions with Shane, Shannon, and Eli and they were a wealth of knowledge of the area. The adventure was amazing. Best Vacation Ever! We will be back. Thank you Christy and Shane!

The best vacation home and hosts you could ask for!

Christy and Shane were so great, anything we asked for if they couldn’t provide it, they found someone who could. They wene far and away the best hosts we have encountered, I cannot day enough great things about them. Beautiful island with the friendliest people! The house is just as advertised, so charming, clean and modern! We could not have found a more perfect location for us. There are steps leading right into the ocean from your own private beach. We cannot wait to visit again.

Christy , Was the perfect host!. From arranging our cab and meeting us at the docks. She also showed us around the island which is beautiful. The only thing we thought there was a beach that you could walk on from the house. But with the golf cart you could be at a beach in 5min or less.

Paradise under the stars

We stayed here over Christmas with 2 teenage daughters and had a great and relaxing 6 day stay. I have never had a host as attentive and helpful as Christy. They made sure that we were met at the airport and shuttled all the way to the island, and gave us a quick tour of the island. The cottage was perfect and so relaxing. I have never seen so many stars at night as we did on this island. We even slept out under the stars on Christmas night. It was surreal. I have stayed at many rentals, but Sandy Shoes stands out and I would recommend it to anyone. (Also the starfish and snorkeling right off the shore was great..just wear water shoes).

Sandy Shoes is Shangri La!

Sandy Shoes wraps you in it’s charm the minute you walk inside. The view is spectacular, and everything you need is at your fingertips. If not, Christy, like a “Genie”, will have it on your doorstep. Shane and his brother , Shannon make a boat excursion on Seagillian interesting and fun, and wizzing around on your own golf cart is awesome. Don’t hesitate Go!
