Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay and found the house clean and comfortable. We apologize that communication regarding early check-in wasn’t as smooth as it could have been. We also appreciate your understanding that we’re located in a very small, mountainous area where cell service and internet can sometimes be unreliable. We always do our best to stay connected and respond promptly, but the local connectivity can occasionally make communication a little challenging. Thank you again for staying with us, and we’d be happy to welcome you back anytime!
