Velkommen til paradis! Du har fundet den perfekte Condo til din Hawaiian Vacation. 2-103 på Surf & Racquet Club er en smuk, 2 soveværelse, 2 bad direkte oceanfront stueetagen ejendom. Dette hotel har alt, du behøver. Wifi, tennisketsjere, Strand Gear, alle tilgængelige for din bekvemmelighed.
Ejerne har omhyggeligt ombygget hele køkkenet i marts 2017 !! Se billederne!

Den Keauhou Surf og Racquet Club er et lukket samfund af ejerlejligheder. Der er tre professionelle stil tennisbaner med nat belysning; en tennis pro er på hånden dagligt for lektioner eller spil forbedring coaching.

Den store, nyindrettede swimmingpool er ideel til "omgange", og også for små børn vandaktiviteter. Swimmingpool baserede træningspas tilbydes hver morgen. Brusere og toiletter er bekvemt placeret i den store pavillon nær swimming pool og tennisbaner.
En af de mest interessante funktioner i Keauhou Surf og Racquet Club er de talrige arkæologiske steder. Disse bevarede områder giver et glimt af Hawaii leveår siden. Hvert websted har en udstationeret beskrivelse af de aktiviteter, der fandt sted mange år siden.
Den Keauhou Surf og Racquet Club har mange haver og vandrestier. Blomster og tropiske løv er rigelige. Der er flere udendørs grill områder for gæster til at bruge.

Great location within easy walking distance to local snorkel beach, shopping and private-like black sand tide pool beach next door to complex. Kitchen was well equipped to cook at home. Owners closet had beach chairs, pool toys and other items to use. Grounds are beautiful, well maintained and home to many types of birds. Unit could use some maintenance to drywall around washer and dryer but both were clean and usable. Be aware that you will need to sign a contract with rental company and pay extra for insurance for this unit. The master bedroom is open to the living area with only a sliding screen for privacy which wasn't an issue for us as we had no other guest. Second bedroom had twin beds with a door. Management was accessible by phone if needed and provided a nice welcome treats. We enjoyed our stay here and would consider staying here again.

Amazing Location and Amenities

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We LOVED this property! From the thoughtfully stocked kitchen, to the plethora of beach and activity amenities (boogies boards, cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc) and the AC in every room, this was a truly great place to stay. That’s not even mentioning the excellent location and property amenities - close to everything and in a gated community, with access to a pool, tennis/pickleball courts, barbecue grills, and, of course, right on the water. We LOVED sitting out on the lanai in the mornings and watched the waves, and then eating dinner while watching the sunset in the evenings. This is a truly wonderful place to stay and we would certainly book this again!

Great condo in a great location. Simple access to the condo with no key to worry about. It was easy in and easy out every day. Perfect view of the daily sunset. First floor condo made it easy to pathway and view the sunsets. Quiet place with only the crashing waves being heard. The condo was well furnished. It had quite a selection of beach gear. It even had a fishing pole! Definitely will stay here again

The location was amazing!! The kitchen had all the utensils and pans we needed. The beach and pool gear were an added plus!!

Views are amazing, check in is easy, check out is easy, the place is clean and exactly the space we needed. Close to shops and beaches. Definitely recommend!

The views from the lanai are absolutely breathtaking, and we spent hours just relaxing and taking it all in. It felt like a true home away from home - peaceful, comfortable and perfectly located. Highly recommend this place, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely ground floor two bedroom condo. Had two beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkel gear along with a medium sized cooler. Great patio with two lounge chairs and two reclining chairs along with a high-top table with four stools. I wish the facility would remove the small hedge so we see the ocean from the entire patio rather than only half of it. Loved falling asleep hearing the waves crashing! The other recommendation was to have shower mats for floor. I would definitely recommend.

This condo is in a beautiful, private complex with amazing views of the ocean from the large lanai. The condo is less than a mile from the grocery store and several restaurants, and we were only 5 minutes from the Keauhou Bay, where many charters are located. The condo had beach chairs, towels, and cooler for guest use. We loved the air conditioning and the washer/dryer. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent

This is our 3rd year staying in this condo complex. We just love the location, views and everything about it. It’s close enough to numerous restaurants and shops but far enough away from traffic and noise. Perfect.

Wonderful Stay

We usually get a big house but needed to stay a couple of nights before we could stay with family so we found this beautiful place. Right on the ocean and very clean accommodations. There is a little beach area you can walk to. The whole experience was very nice. Thank you for sharing your home!!

The pool was nice, never super crowded, mostly older people sitting in the chairs not actually swimming which was fun for my kids to have almost the whole pool to themselves.never heard too much noise above us. Kitchen is decently stocked with needed supplies.

Relaxing vacation with kids

Spent a wonderful and relaxing 10 days at this property with my kids (5 and 8). The condo was clean and quiet, lanai had beautiful views, kitchen was well stocked, furniture was comfortable. All around a perfect vacation, and I’d definitely stay again on a future trip. Mahalo!

Great Location!

Very close to great snorkeling. Condo had towels and everything you need to have fun at the beach. The air conditioning worked great. The grounds are beautiful and the sunset views were outstanding. Very comfortable and clean. Only one minor issue was not having a designated parking spot. Would stay here again.

I love the view from the house and it was close to Kahalu beach and many other tourist places. There are beach matt, boogy board and many other items that we can use. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed as a family of 4 (two teenagers) for 5 nights. The place was very spacious. My teenagers were able to share a bedroom with their own beds and had their own bathroom. Our master bedroom was very comfortable once we figured out the A/C. The rooms were not pitch black for sleep but they were plenty dark for us. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, etc. A standard coffee pot so we bought coffee grounds. Not much for spices other than salt/pepper (no big deal to us as we only cooked eggs every morning). Plenty of towels for showering as well as beach towels and it was great having the washer/dryer as we used it several times. They provided laundry detergent, dish soap, TP, paper towels that lasted us our entire stay. They also provided beach chairs, umbrella, noodle, and boogie board; although it was too small for our adult sized boys so we ended up renting ones for $9 a day at Boss Frogs just a few miles down the road - really good deal. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Oceanside rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay, enjoyed the pool, and listening to the waves crash from the lanai. We even saw some whales off the coast, I would happily book this rental again. Only minor issue was there was a car stored in the designated parking spot that wasn't communicated beforehand, but wasn't an issue as there were amble visitor parking spots.

We loved our stay here! Quiet, safe, relaxing, beautiful sunsets every night. Beds were comfortable, AC worked great. Check in and check out was easy. We would definitely stay here again.
