Experience ultimate island living in this completely updated oceanfront two-bedroom condo. Conveniently located on the first floor, unit 127 features a large northwest-facing lanai with panoramic views of the ocean and downtown Kona and is perfectly positioned to shelter the interior from the afternoon sun. The corner location offers a bonus of several extra windows, allowing almost continual breezes which keep the interior cool and inviting even on warm summer days. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with custom bamboo cabinetry, stainless appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, under-cabinet lighting. The kitchen opens to the spacious living room and offers ocean views, while the living room and master bedroom open to the private covered lanai.

The Master bedroom is located just off the living room, where Shoji screens allow privacy if desired, or open to create a more spacious living area. Cal King Bed in Master Bedroom. There is an adjoining bathroom with a large walk-in shower and sink w/ quartz-topped counter. The second bedroom sits towards the front of the unit, with a second bathroom close by. Queen Sized Bed in the Guest Bedroom. This bathroom has also been upgraded with a luxurious walk-in shower and quartz countertops. An inside laundry area w/ stacked washer and dryer sits just inside the front entrance. Additional upgrades include newly tiled floors, new windows & screens and new paneled doors throughout. This truly is a gorgeous condo!

The grounds are beautifully maintained and include barbecue area, sparkling salt water pool with restrooms and a large library with hundreds of books available for the enjoyment of residents and guests.

Great stay!

The condominium was as represented and in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean from the Lanai. We had a minor problem with the AC but the property management team was quick to resolve the problem. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time in Kona. This rental had everything we needed for our trip. We enjoyed watching the sunset while eating dinner on the lanai and the pool wasgreat temperature for the kids!

Great location, awesome view

We really enjoyed the full 2BD 2BA. The outdoor furniture is great for eating and playing games. We liked having such a comfortable outdoor space to spend time. After talking to locals, I was able to find a safe entry for snorkeling, but was advised and I agree this is not a spot for beginners. Lots of fish and fun formations. Would definitely stay here again!

Great pool. Great Lanae

This is a well run condo association. The common areas are well maintained. Assigned parking spaces assured us proximity to our rental. Best pool of my many rentals. Large, warm, clean. Lots of sitting area and chairs and lending library surrounding pool. The large lanae/belcony views the neighboring pool area and ocean. Good for whale watching. It was shaded all day long in January, so stays cool. All appliances worked well. There were many dishes and cookwear to choose from. The sunsets were wonderful.

Had issues with living room ac unit and made multiple calls about it and it never got resolved. So a little frustrated with that. Having to reset breaker box was inconvenient and not really something a guest should have to deal with. The microwave handle is detached from the bottom so have to be careful when opening or could pull off whole handle. We still enjoyed our stay. Just wanted to give you a heads up on some improvements that could be made.

Great rental, very well stocked. Not directly in front of the beach, but on this island there really aren't many beaches. We could still sleep to the sound of the pacific ocean 24/7 and the sounds of nature were everywhere! We had a momentary issue opening the lockbox, but we contacted the mgmt team and they responded immediately and were able to resolve our issue. I highly recommend this property.

Little home away from home

We really enjoyed the location and amenities of this condo. Great view of the ocean with wonderful breezes each day. A much large patio than a hotel where we could enjoy breakfast each morning. The pool had lots of loungers and trees when you needed shade as well as a library to borrow a book. There is a great viewing area for the sunsets each night. A bit of a walk to the restaurants and bars but it helped burn off the delicious meals. The front room is very bright so best for morning people. We would definitely rent again.

Absolutely lovely condo - well equipped in terms of kitchen and beach towels/umbrella/chairs/boogie boards - nice to have washer/dryer too. Somewhat obstructed view of ocean but lovely to hear the waves all night long .. nice lanai. Also the primary bedroom faced the ocean view but also patio lighting of the adjacent condo complex which left their lights on all night long. Maybe a request could be made to them to turn off lights at some time?

Great kitchen - fully stocked with pot, pans, silverware, plates glasses. Nice having 2 bathrooms. The things I would add is another TV in the second bedroom and a price that wouldn't strain our budget. We would stay there again if we could afford it.
