The house is in a good location on Vista Cay and is perfect for Universal and Seaworld parks. You can walk to Epic if you wished to. The house is spacious, with three large bedrooms all with own en suite. The amenity kit from the host is great and facilities at the main pool are really good. The description of the house was that this was newly renovated, I do not think l this is accurate. The flooring on each floor is warped, move or have lifted. The kitchen also requires some TLC. Sadly our AC broke on the afternoon 2 days before check out. The host was great at sending someone to review, and sadly couldn’t be fixed. The stay overnight wasn’t pleasant we could not sleep in the heat. The host kindly provided alternative accommodation the following morning. Overall, the house is clean and functional. Would be perfect if the flooring was addressed.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and honest review. I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed the convenient location, spacious layout, en-suite bedrooms, amenity kit, and the excellent community facilities. The proximity to Universal, SeaWorld, and Epic Universe is certainly one of the great advantages of the home. I’m very sorry, however, for the issues you encountered during your stay. In particular, I sincerely apologize for the AC failure and the uncomfortable night you experienced. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially so close to the end of your trip. I’m glad we were able to arrange alternative accommodation for you the following morning, although I recognize that this did not make up for the disruption. I also appreciate your feedback regarding the flooring and kitchen. We take these comments seriously and will be reviewing these areas with our maintenance team. Your observation regarding the description of the renovation is also noted, and we’ll make sure the listing accurately reflects the current condition of the home. Thank you again for your feedback. We’re grateful that you found the home clean and functional overall, and your comments will help us identify areas where we can improve and provide a better experience for future guests.

Positive experience

Great location - walking distance or short drive from store and lots of restaurants. Property manager was very responsive prior to stay. Keyless entry made check in seamless with the code sent well in advance. The first floor bedrooom has a twin and a queen (not 2 queens), but the rest was as described and was perfect for our family. We are likely to seek this property for future visits.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The accomodations were decent for a family trip. There were a few things that I needed to report and I could never get a live person on the phone. Comfy Home

It was very comfortable, and TONS of room for everyone! The only thing I would suggest is if you are staying longer than 2 days bring your own garbage sacks, dishwasher soap, bath soap, etc. They only gave you enough provisions for 2 days and we stayed 10. Lots of stairs, so if you have older people with you something to consider. But it was a very nice property.

Fantastic experience, made for a great trip

This unit was fantastic. Clean, spacious, and well maintained. Location was fantastic for going to both Universal and Disney. I was able to drive the older teens over to Universal Citywalk for the New Year's eve count down, AFTER returning around 9 from Disney Animal Kingdom, everything was that convenient. The resort was also wonderful, as we were able to swim every day, and even use the workout facility. The housing situation was perfect for two families. We put one couple downstairs, one couple upstairs, and all the teenagers in the upstairs room with bunk beds. We had a wonderful time and were able to relax and connect. Will look forward to staying again.
