Ny på lejeprogrammet! Dette er en stor 2 soveværelser 2 bad enhed med vores patenterede million dollar udsigt!

Alle vores huslejer har fuld sengetøj, en vaskemaskine / tørretumbler i enheden og fuldt udstyret køkken, så alt hvad du skal bekymre dig om er at have det sjovt! Derudover tilbyder vores kompleks en pool, grill / picnic område, GRATIS WIFI, bilvask område, strandpromenade til stranden og et praktisk marked ved siden af! I månederne marts til oktober tilbyder vi også GRATIS strandservice! Vi ligger kun 5 minutter fra både Fort Walton Beach og Destin på den smukke Okaloosa-ø og kun 3/4 mile fra fremragende restauranter, natteliv, butikker, vandaktiviteter og Gulfarium!

Vores Condo-enheder er ikke-ryger, og The Nautilus er et kæledyr-fri ejendom.

This condo was everything we needed for a last minute get away. It had a nice gulf view and it was an easy walk down to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the extra beach supplies like the bag, cooler, and towels were a nice bonus. We really enjoyed our stay, and hope to visit again soon.

Great stay!

It was a cute and clean condo. Very convenient to the beach and to the pool and to all the restaurants nearby! Had a great time would definitely recommend this.

Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay and should have stayed longer. We most defiantly come back here for future stays and enjoyed the free beach chairs.

Beautiful and Comfortable

The room was excellent with comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed with up-to-date appliances. Brand new washer and dryer was a real nice addition. Beautiful views of the beach from the balcony.

Beautiful condo with spectacular views!

We stayed here for our spring break. It was in the perfect location—quiet, but close to Destin! The property was beautiful—the landscape was well kept and the heated pool was kept very clean. The condo was so cute and homey. Every single bed was very comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! My family and I loved every minute of our stay here. Cannot wait to book again!

Great location

This was a great condo that served a great purpose for my daughter’s cheer competition. The check in process and the condo was as described. Only thing to note was the sofa needs a deep cleaning, shower curtain needs to be changed on a regular basis as well as throw pillows on the beds. All in all it served the purpose for our short trip! Location was great for what we needed!

Unit 2411

Loved the location! Steps to the beach!!! Staff was very friendly!!! Upon check-in we noticed there was shattered glass on balcony from the glass table that sits on balcony…maybe caused by wind? Notified staff and they immediately cleaned it up. Convenient store next door for any snacks or basic needs. The floor in our condo that we stayed in could use a good mopping, our feet were black!!! I’m Not sure if it got missed or what. Other than that the place was perfect:). Would stay again.

My family and I had the best time staying at this unit. We had a beautiful view. The unit was completely stocked, One of the best I've ever stayed at is in terms of the kitchen and linens provided. anytime we needed anything we were able to get in touch with the leasing office and had our questions answered almost immediately. This is a wonderful location in terms of close to beach, pool and other activities. I 100% recommend this over saying in Dustin as it is much quieter calmer and restaurants are great without a long wait.

Reviewer Comments: My family and I have been coming to these condos for over 20 years- have said in both gulf front and gulf view units and we’ve never had an unsavory experience. The unit was renovated nicely and had all that we needed for the week. The only complaint was that all the cookware needs to be replaced as there were bulges dead center do the skillets would rock on the cooktop and/or were extremely scraped up. Other than that the beds were comfy and it was nice and fresh upon arrival. We love the beautiful beaches and water and the location is right next to a connivence store for any last minute sweet tooth runs ;)! I will always recommend this condo!

Spring break family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Nautilus. The condo we stayed in (2411) was updated and clean. Kitchen & master bedroom/bath were spacious. There were a few issues with appliances during our stay, the main one being that the washer had an issue causing a very loud banging during the spin cycle. We were not able to use the washer much at all during our stay. However, the owner has already ordered a new washer and it should not be an issue in the future. There was also one day when the elevator was not working, but the other elevator remained operational and it was fixed within a day. Check-in and checkout were extremely easy and the location on the beach was great. Parking in the parking lot was easy to get in and out of, much prefer this to a parking garage. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Nautilus to others in the future!

Easy parking, and next door to a Tom Thumb convenience store (not gas) for quick needs. I would highly recommend.

Annual mother & daughter trip

Upon arriving check in was so easy and the condo was clean and well stocked with what we needed. Convenient location and the beach access was great! The balcony was wonderful, we sat in it every afternoon and evening. The rooms were roomy and plenty big enough to not be crowded. Having 2 bathrooms was a major plus also! The pool area was nice and had music playing. The 2 free beach chairs and umbrella was also very nice, especially with a 4 month old baby. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay here again! Room 2411, a great view and location!
